Since Akira's uploaded videos hadn't yet covered much of Son Goku's childhood, the vast audience across the Wanjie Multiverse was left in the dark about the Saiyan's origins.
When they saw the comnts from Krillin and Bulma, a wave of disbelief swept through the dinsions. Who could have imagined that Goku, a warrior of such god-tier potential, once couldn't even distinguish between a man and a woman? Watching him shalessly deploy a honey trap in the video felt like witnessing a montous, if slightly absurd, coming-of-age.
Moreover, because his closest friends defended him, the viewers understood that Goku wasn't being a chauvinist. He lacked any malicious intent; in his mind, using Bulma as a bargaining chip was just as practical as using a Senzu bean to heal a wound. Even Bulma, the "victim" of the deal, was laughing it off, which was enough to convince the skeptics.
Sanji: "I have to say, even if she's a bit older in this tiline, Bulma-san still radiates such incredible charm! " Sanji: "I'm so jealous of Vegeta! How did that grumpy guy land a goddess? And I'm jealous of that Old Kai too!"
Sanji's gushing comnts didn't sit well with the Dragon Ball cast. Yamcha felt a pang of bitterness, rembering that Bulma was once his girl before Vegeta entered the picture. Vegeta, however, was fuming for a different reason. The Prince's pride was wounded—not just because his wife's beauty was being used as currency, but because Kakarot was the one doing the spending! He made a silent vow: once he reached Earth, he would give Kakarot a beating that would rattle his Saiyan genes.
Zhang Chulan: "Back to the point—what exactly is this 'incredible ability' the Old Kai ntioned?" Duanmu Yan: "Wait, could the 'Mystic' state Gohan eventually reaches be a result of this old guy's power?" Daigo: "It's very likely. A latent potential unlock, perhaps?" Shinjo: "If that's true, then this Old Kai is infinitely more useful than the current Supre Kai. The young one hasn't done much besides lose his dignity and look shocked."
The current Supre Kai, Shin, slumped his shoulders in the Land of the Kai. He had no rebuttal. Looking back at the footage, he realized he had been little more than a comntator, providing exposition while Goku and the others did the heavy lifting. His divine prestige had plumted across the multiverse.
"Ancestor... the reputation of the Supre Kai rests entirely on your shoulders now!" Shin prayed silently.
In the video, the Old Kai revealed his secret: a ritual to unlock a warrior's hidden potential, pushing their Ki far beyond their natural limits. However, the process was grueling—it would take twenty-five hours of ditation. During this window, Earth's only line of defense would be the two youngest Saiyans.
The scene shifted to Earth. Under Piccolo's stern guidance, Goten and Trunks had finally morized the steps of the Fusion Dance.
The first attempt was a disaster. Trunks extended his fingers incorrectly at the climax of the dance. In a flash of light, they rged into a bloated, wheezing child they dubbed "Trunten." Since the fusion lasts thirty minutes, they had to wait out the clock in total embarrassnt before trying again.
The second attempt failed just as spectacularly. This ti, their alignnt was off, resulting in a frail, bone-thin version of the warrior.
Finally, on the third try, the synchronization was perfect. Their fingers t with a spark of Ki, and Gotenks was born!
Piccolo, ever the tactician, wanted Gotenks to defuse so the boys could transform into Super Saiyans before fusing again for maximum power. He also planned to rush them into the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber for specialized training. But Gotenks had inherited the legendary Saiyan arrogance of both Vegeta and Goku. Overconfident in his new power, he ignored Piccolo and sped off to find Majin Buu.
The result was a reality check. Gotenks returned shortly after, bruised, battered, and humbled. Having finally felt the crushing pressure of Buu's Ki, the two boys finally listened, retreating into the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber to prepare for the final showdown.
Sengoku: "So that is a Fusion Warrior! Gotenks perfectly blends the features of both boys. The physical transformation is seamless." Garp: "The power scaling is the real shocker! Individually, those kids would have been slaughtered in seconds. But as Gotenks, he actually held his own for a bit and had the speed to escape. That's a massive multiplier!"
The Multiverse was buzzing. While the Fusion Dance looked ridiculous, the results were undeniable. Warriors from every corner of existence began practicing the movents.
Li Xinnan: "If Dongshan and I perford the dance while our Armor was summoned... what kind of ultimate warrior would we beco?"
This thought ignited a fire in the hearts of the Armor Summoners, Kan Riders, and even the various Ultran. If the Fusion Dance could multiply their base power while giving them a new, more powerful form, it was the ultimate trump card. The risk of failing and becoming "fat" or "skinny" for thirty minutes was a small price to pay for absolute power.
Duanmu Yan, however, stared at the screen with a look of profound disappointnt. As a solo Armor Summoner, he had no partner to fuse with. He began to wonder if he could learn Tien Shinhan's "Four Witches Technique" to create a clone of himself. If I fuse with myself, he mused, would that work?
