Inside the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber.

Mr. Popo employed the sa training thods he had once used to guide Son Goku, techniques not focused on brute strength, but on sothing far more foundational.

This included unorthodox thods like hide-and-seek to sharpen perception, sparring against spirit-imbued training dummies to hone instinct, and long periods of ditative discipline to quiet the heart and sharpen focus.

These routines, which at first glance seed to have little to do with increasing battle power, beca a part of Vegeta's daily life within the tiless chamber.

At first, Vegeta had treated the exercises with skepticism, engaging only with a trial mindset. But as he stilled his spirit and imrsed himself in the seemingly mundane practices, sothing within began to shift.

With each passing day, he ca to understand, these tasks weren't designed to directly boost his strength. Rather, they were ant to temper his character. Only when the heart is still can Ki flow unhindered. Only with a serene mind can one fully master their aura.

The claim he'd once made, that he could gain complete control over his aura in just three days, had been unrealistic, even for a warrior of his caliber.

Still, as a prodigy among Saiyans, it hadn't taken him long. Though three days was far too short, three months of intensive training within the chamber was just enough. After that ti, Vegeta achieved full command over his energy, his aura no longer wild but sharp, silent, and deadly.

As his tightly closed eyes flew open, a new fire burned in their depths. He had reached a turning point.

Without hesitation, he pulled out the Hoi-Poi Capsule that Bulma had handed him earlier. With a sharp bang, a gravity training ship burst forth in a swirl of smoke, unfolding its powerful fra within the vast emptiness of the chamber.

"It's ti," He muttered. "Ti to push my strength even further."

Mr. Popo opened his mouth to offer further guidance, but before he could speak, Vegeta stepped inside the gravity ship and sealed the door behind him with a resounding clunk. It did not open again.

Silently, Mr. Popo turned and made his way to the chamber's exit. The doors creaked open as he stepped into the light.

Outside the Chamber.

Three months had passed in the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber.

But in the real world, only six hours had gone by.

Everyone waited anxiously at the Lookout, straining for any sign from within the sealed chamber. Due to their age, Dr. Briefs and his wife had been guided by Bulma to rest in a quiet room away from the tension.

Click,

The heavy doors of the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber slowly creaked open.

Mr. Popo erged, stepping calmly into view.

Bulma, filled with urgency, hurried to his side, her boots echoing on the marble floor.

"Mr. Popo," She asked breathlessly, "Why are you the only one coming out?"

Mr. Popo bowed slightly, answering with serene pride, "Vegeta has fully mastered his aura, much faster than Goku once did. He achieved it in only three months."

Bulma's lips curled into a triumphant smile. She hadn't expected Vegeta to surpass Son Goku in terms of control, not so soon.

[He really is my man.]

Son Gohan, filled with curiosity, stepped forward and asked, "Mr. Popo… You trained my dad before?"

Mr. Popo looked down at the boy, seeing a glimr of Goku's spirit in his stance and eyes.

"Yes. You are Goku's son, aren't you?"

Son Gohan nodded with determination, clenching his fists tightly. "Yes! Mr. Popo! Once Vegeta's training is done… please train too! You helped my dad grow stronger, I want to follow the sa path!"

Mr. Popo gave a gentle smile and blinked slowly. "Very well. I will train you."

anwhile, Trunks watched quietly, his eyes fixed on Mr. Popo.

mories of his devastated future flickered through his mind, fragnted theories and half-told legends about the mysterious man who lived on the Lookout. Though Mr. Popo never displayed overwhelming battle strength, there was always sothing enigmatic about him.

He had served as the guardian's aide for generations, tending to Earth's spiritual balance. While technically a servant, he possessed a ki far more stable and controlled than even Kami's.

Yet, despite this, he never once intervened in Earth's greatest calamities.

In the future he ca from, when the Androids turned the world into a wasteland of ruin and death, Mr. Popo had remained absent, unseen.

Trunks couldn't help but think, if the Mr. Popo of his tiline had taken action… if he had found Gohan and revealed the existence of the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber…

Perhaps things wouldn't have ended in such a tragedy. Perhaps future Gohan might have survived. Perhaps the Androids could have been stopped.

Thinking of this, a wave of sorrow and frustration rose in Trunks's chest.

His future self had been left stranded, the death of his father severing his connection to the divine entirely.

One of the clearest examples of that loss was the absence of North Kaiō.

Back in the day, whether it was the Saiyan invasion or the arrival of Frieza, North Kaiō remained vigilant. He guided the Z Fighters through divine insight, relayed cosmic threats, and even imparted sacred techniques like the Kaiō-ken and the Spirit Bomb to Son Goku.

But after Goku perished in the future tiline, it was as if Earth had been cut off from the heavens themselves. North Kaiō's voice was never heard again.

Trunks had pondered this strange silence many tis and eventually arrived at his own conclusion.

North Kaiō, one of the four Kaiōs, rules over the vast expanse of the North Galaxy.

Among the four great cosmic quadrants, East, West, South, and North, each is governed by its own Kaiō. Even divided, these galactic realms stretch endlessly across the stars.

In truth, Earth is but a speck of dust in the imasurable North Galaxy.

The early foes faced by the Z Fighters, whether Saiyan elites or tyrants like Frieza, were infamous across the North Area, planetary warmongers who threatened the balance of entire star systems.

To North Kaiō, they were more than re nuisances, they were blights upon the cosmic order. Their very existence disrupted harmony, and thus, he had a reason, perhaps even an obligation, to aid Goku in defeating them.

But in Trunks' future, after Goku's untily death, Earth no longer had a guardian strong enough to bear that cosmic burden.

The androids began their rampage, but unlike Frieza or the Saiyans, they posed no threat to the greater galaxy. They remained bound to Earth, wreaking havoc only on a planetary scale.

Perhaps, at first, North Kaiō considered reaching out to Gohan. Perhaps he ant to guide him as he once guided Goku.

But Kaiō was a god tasked with watching over countless worlds. His duties stretched across nebulae, empires, and realms beyond mortal comprehension.

In the end, he may have judged the androids to be an Earthly concern, contained, tragic, but localized. His divine focus shifted away.

Reflecting on this, Trunks felt a strange mix of understanding and acceptance. After all, divine aid is a blessing, not a duty owed. It is a gift, never a guarantee.

And thankfully, the winds of fate were beginning to turn.

His tiline had started to shift.

Vegeta had taken the initiative to approach Mr. Popo and enter the Hyperbolic Ti Chamber, forging his path through spiritual refinent and warrior discipline.

That single choice had already changed the trajectory of their grim future.

Once Vegeta erged, reborn through that ancient chamber's harsh trials, it would signal the androids' downfall.

A sense of hope began to rise within Trunks. He clenched his fists softly.

He only needed to wait for Vegeta to return, and everything would be different.

Elsewhere, in a barren, lifeless region of Earth...

A colossal spaceship lood over the shattered terrain, its polished black hull casting a long shadow over the cracked earth below.

"King Cooler! We've arrived," One of the armored crew announced, operating the vessel's navigation system.

Cooler stirred, his crimson eyes flickering open. He surveyed the dead landscape with cold disdain.

"So this is Earth?"

His loyal warriors dropped to one knee, heads bowed in reverence.

"Yes, King Cooler. If not for the interference of certain individuals, we would have landed far sooner," Reported Salza, Cooler's most trusted and ruthless lieutenant.

At those words, Cooler's brow furrowed slightly. A shadow passed across his face, as if stirring a long-buried mory, one tinged with humiliation.

"Hmph… enough delay."

His voice was sharp, cutting through the stale air like a blade.

"All of you, scatter across this world. Hunt down the Dragon Balls. As for the Earthlings... exterminate them all."

A chorus of voices shouted in perfect unison, "Yes, King Cooler!"

In a flash, Cooler's elite soldiers blasted off in every direction, fanning out across the planet with lethal intent.
