Here, the sky was still shrouded in a blanket of gray.
This was Earth.
But it resembled Hell itself.
The reason it had beco this way was that a demon existed here.
Suddenly, the gray, overcast sky brightened.
At the sa ti, a figure in a black robe raised his head and glanced at the sky.
This black-robed individual was none other than Black Vegito, the sa one who had been severely injured by Gogeta in the future tiline. The abnormal change in the sky failed to attract his attention. He believed that even Earth's climate trembled in fear of him.
He raised one hand high, thoroughly enjoying the scene before him.
After all, just monts ago, he had finished slaughtering everyone on this planet.
His Zero Mortal Plan continued to advance, and his ambitions had already extended to other parallel universes.
However, at that very mont, a rift suddenly appeared in the sky.
Black Vegito looked up abruptly, his eyes filled with shock. In the next second, sothing completely unimaginable occurred!
A purple figure erged from within the rift!
It was none other than the God of Destruction, Beerus!
Black Vegito panicked.
He had already investigated this parallel tiline thoroughly before coming to it. This was a forgotten world. There was no God of Destruction here. The supre deity should have been the Kaiōshin.
Even if there had been one, Vegito had already dealt with the Kaiōshin, so the God of Destruction should have disappeared as well!
Yet Beerus had actually appeared here.
Sothing was wrong. Very wrong.
Black Vegito shook his head violently and soon noticed the anomaly.
That rift in the sky had to be a spaceti rift. This Beerus was not the Beerus of this tiline.
Having once been a candidate for Kaiōshin, Black Vegito knew perfectly well that Gods of Destruction did not have the authority to travel through ti.
'So why had this guy appeared here?'
Black Vegito began concealing his Ki, preparing to activate his Ti Ring and flee. But at that mont, he noticed sothing strange: Beerus seed extrely weak. Even walking caused him to stagger, as if one more strike would finish him off.
Suddenly, Black Vegito had a thought... to kill Beerus.
A sinister smile crept onto his lips. He never normally confronted a God of Destruction directly. Instead, he killed the Kaiōshin, thereby indirectly killing the God of Destruction.
Now, a critically injured God of Destruction was standing right in front of him.
If he didn't kill Beerus, it would feel like a disservice to himself.
The next second, Black Vegito swaggered over to Beerus.
"Well, well, isn't this Lord Beerus?" What happened? Why are you in such a sorry state?"
Disdain was written all over Black Vegito's face as a beam of energy ignited in his hand. Beerus glanced at Black Vegito and confird that he was the sa person he had seen earlier in the turbulent flow of spaceti.
He looked almost exactly like Vegito, except for the scars on his face.
Moreover, Beerus could sense a faint divine aura similar to that of a Kaiō emanating from him.
Beerus was certain of one thing: This wasn't Vegito.
But he had Vegito's face.
Which was annoying.
Still annoying.
Beerus didn't pay the man any attention. Instead, he focused on the energy beam gathering in the other man's hand.
A fallen tiger gets bullied by dogs. Now, even trash like this dared to challenge Beerus's authority.
Imdiately, Beerus raised his hand and pointed it at Black Vegito.
He muttered softly, "Destruction."
At that very mont, however, Black Vegito instantly transford into his Rosé form.
His body spun a full 360 degrees in midair.
Without pausing, he charged straight toward Beerus with an evil, ferocious smile on his face.
"A God of Destruction?! Today, you die right here!"
As soon as he finished speaking, Black Vegito transford again, this ti into Rosé Super Saiyan 3.
In an instant, he gathered all his power into his hands. The sudden eruption of power made Beerus's entire body tremble.
Beerus imdiately crossed his arms in front of his chest. A barrier ford from swirling purple flas of energy. At that mont, Beerus was truly weakened.
He didn't even use Destruction. He needed ti to regain his strength. But the guy in front of him clearly wasn't going to give him a second to catch his breath.
Boom!
With a deafening explosion, the energy beam finally pierced Beerus's energy shield. Beerus's body was sent flying, utterly miserable, and crashed heavily to the ground.
The once invincible, awe-inspiring God of Destruction was now as wretched as a stray dog.
Even Zamasu dared to step on him while he was down.
"Killing a God of Destruction... this is a first for ," Black Vegito said casually as a blade of light suddenly ford in his hand. He strolled leisurely toward Beerus.
Beerus was completely at a disadvantage at this mont. He never imagined he would be treated like this by a Kaiō. If he had even a shred of strength left, he would have beaten this despicable bastard until his soul scattered.
However... Beerus was no coward!
As the God of Destruction of the entire universe, how could he willingly endure such humiliation from a petty villain? Beerus stood tall once more, drawing upon his last bit of strength, preparing to fight to the death!
Even if he died, he would die standing tall with dignity.
Grinding his teeth, Beerus drained every last bit of power from his body and fired one final Destruction energy sphere at Black Vegito. Beerus knew that if this Destruction attack hit, Black Vegito would die without question.
But he overlooked one thing: His current speed was one hundred thousandth of what it used to be.
In fact, in Black Vegito's eyes, the Destruction energy sphere moved in slow motion.
Black Vegito dodged it effortlessly.
He raised the light sword high, its gleaming blade seeming to proclaim Beerus's death.
But at that mont, a purple light suddenly flared around Beerus's body.
The dignity of a God of Destruction could not be trampled upon! It was better to self-destruct than to be killed by soone else!
If a God of Destruction self-destructed, not only Earth but the entire universe would be affected. Sensing danger, Black Vegito imdiately stopped his attack and rapidly retreated several steps, preparing to escape with his Ti Ring.
He reached out and touched the Ti Ring on his finger.
In that very second, he suddenly realized that his finger had disappeared, leaving behind nothing but a bloody ss.
Black Vegito's mouth fell open as he looked at the Ti Ring in disbelief.
The Ti Ring, still on the severed finger, fell to the ground and rolled a few tis.
Finally, it ca to a stop at soone's feet.
Vegito stood there, casually toying with a Destructo Disc in his hand. His face full of disdain, he said, "Long ti no see, Zamasu."
He turned his head slightly and said to the Beerus behind him,
"Stop it, Beerus. The score between us isn't settled yet. Besides, if you die, how am I supposed to explain that to the Kaiō gods?"
