Not long after Ye Wushuang had left, five people suddenly appeared beside Ice Sea—one woman and four n. The woman was dressed in a fiery red leather skirt and had a voluptuous, mature figure.
The other four young n were all clad in Fiery Red Armor. Their auras were incredibly powerful, likely from their Cultivation of a Fire Elent Technique. The very air around them shimred with a palpable heatwave, causing the ambient temperature to spike.
They glanced at the corpses on the ground, their eyes blazing with fury.
"To dare kill a Disciple of my Fiery Sun Sect, you must be tired of living!" one of the young n said coldly. He then turned to look at Ice Sea, and a terrifying aura pressed down, forcing Ice Sea to collapse onto the ground.
Instantly, Ice Sea was drenched in sweat, completely unable to muster the will to resist.
From their auras, he could tell that these people had reached at least the Qi Vortex Seventh Layer—a terrifying level of power!
One of the five, a young man with thick eyebrows, stepped forward. He looked down condescendingly at Ice Sea and asked coldly, "Did you kill them?"
"No, it wasn’t !" Ice Sea shook his head frantically, saying in terror, "They were killed by soone else! His na... his na is Ye Wushuang!"
At the ntion of the na "Ye Wushuang," two of them imdiately frowned.
One was a young man with a head of fiery red hair nad Luo Xuan.
The other was the voluptuous woman, whose na was Luo Yunjiao.
Seeing their reaction, Ice Sea’s eyes darted. A vicious thought surfaced in his mind: ’Since these people are so terrifyingly powerful, if they make a move, they’ll definitely be able to kill Ye Wushuang.’
Recalling the slap from Ye Wushuang, a venomous light flickered in Ice Sea’s eyes. He quickly confird, "His na is Ye Wushuang! He killed all six of them!"
Luo Xuan’s brow furrowed even more deeply as he pressed, "This Ye Wushuang you’re talking about, is he from the Ancient Spirit Sect?"
"That’s right! He said he was from the Ancient Spirit Sect!" Ice Sea held nothing back; as long as they could kill Ye Wushuang, he would have gladly told them the man’s entire family history.
Luo Xuan’s expression darkened. "Impossible! You’re lying!" he snapped. "Ye Wushuang is nothing but a waste. How could he possibly kill six Disciples of the Qi Vortex Third and Fourth Layers!"
"Luo Xuan, Yunjiao, you know this Ye Wushuang?" one of the other three young n asked curiously, noticing their expressions.
Luo Yunjiao turned and explained, "Ye Wushuang is from Blood Jade City, just like us. But he’s famous for being a complete waste. He joined the Ancient Spirit Sect three years ago and is still stuck at the Body Tempering Second Layer!"
As soon as Luo Yunjiao finished speaking, Ice Sea weakly reminded them, "He’s at the Qi Vortex First Layer now!"
"What!"
Upon hearing this, varying degrees of shock blood across their faces. A young man nad Cai Ming said in disbelief, "Are you telling us that the person who killed six of our n was only at the Qi Vortex First Layer?"
Ice Sea gave a firm nod.
But Luo Xuan refused to believe it. "It can’t be him," he argued, his voice grim. "I rember when he ca back to Blood Jade City a year ago, he was still at the Body Tempering Second Layer. How could he possibly break through to the Qi Vortex Realm in a single year, let alone kill six Disciples at the Qi Vortex Third Layer or higher?"
"Luo Xuan, could it be that there’s soone else in the Ancient Spirit Sect with the sa na?" Luo Yunjiao couldn’t believe it either. She knew Ye Wushuang, and he absolutely did not possess that kind of power!
"We’ll find out if it’s him when we see him," Cai Ming sneered. "Anyone who dares kill a man from the Fiery Sun Sect is already dead!"
"I’ll lead the way! I know which direction they went," Ice Sea imdiately offered, his eyes filled with venomous hatred.
"Lead the way!" Luo Xuan urged. Clutching his swollen, stinging face, Ice Sea scrambled to his feet and led the group in the direction Ye Wushuang had gone.
...
anwhile, Ye Wushuang was making his way through the wilderness, with Yuann Qingng, Yunn Dong, and Leng Hex following closely behind him.
"Why do you keep following ? Don’t tell you’re planning to offer yourselves to in gratitude?" Ye Wushuang stopped and looked at the two young won, a playful smirk on his face.
The trio halted. The two young won blushed slightly. "Young Master Ye, we’re also out here for training," one of them said. "There were five of us originally, but now only three are left. We were hoping you’d let us travel with you."
"Travel with ?" Ye Wushuang was taken aback. ’Them asking to lead their training... haven’t our roles been reversed?’
The three nodded solemnly. They were well aware of Ye Wushuang’s strength—he was at least comparable to the Qi Vortex Fifth Layer. His terrifying Combat Power had left them feeling helpless by comparison. If they stuck with him, they wouldn’t have to fear danger anymore.
"If you want to follow, then follow," Ye Wushuang said, seeing the solemn looks on their faces. He didn’t refuse. He was planning to train in the Endless Wilderness for a while anyway, and having them along could be useful for navigation and avoiding potential dangers.
Taking advantage of the break, Ye Wushuang took a mont to organize his possessions.
In terms of Combat Skills, he had the Spirit-Level Combat Skill Dragon Emperor Mountain Sealing Stamp, the Mad Demon Three Swords, and the newly acquired Barbaric Tyrant Dragon Fist. As long as he successfully mastered the Cultivation of these three skills, they would serve him well for a long ti to co.
As for resources, aside from the Spirit dicine in his Chaos Space that the Dragon Cat had pilfered, his True Dragon Space still contained a pool of Earth-Fire Spirit Milk, Dragon Blood, Spirit Stones, more Spirit dicine, and so Fourth and Fifth Grade Elixirs. It was more than enough to sustain him for so ti.
Furthermore, he now possessed the Dragon Blood Divine Cauldron, which he could use for the Refinent of Spirit dicine into Elixirs.
With all these assets, the next step was clear: break through to the Qi Vortex Second Layer!
Ye Wushuang sched silently as he pressed onward, embarking on a frenzied campaign of slaughter. In his view, enlightennt through combat was the fastest path to advancent.
In the days that followed, Yuann Qingng and her companions joined him in hunting Desolate Beasts and Fierce Beasts.
RUMBLE—!
In an ancient forest, a figure was fleeing for his life. Behind him, the ground shook violently as a terrifying shadow gradually lood larger.
Zooming in, the fleeing figure could be identified as Yunn Dong!
"Everyone, run!"
Yunn Dong shouted in terror as he ran, yelling to Ye Wushuang, Yuann Qingng, and Leng Hex nearby.
Hearing his shouts, Ye Wushuang and the others frowned and looked over, just in ti to see a behemoth the size of a small hill lumber into view.
The colossal beast resembled a black bear, its scarlet eyes radiating a violent, destructive light. Its most striking features were its two massive arms, which were covered in overlapping plates of black tal and looked as if they could annihilate anything in their path.
"Th-that’s... a Desolate Alien Species: the Iron-Ard Grey Bear!"
Gazing at the beast, Leng Hex went pale with fright. Even Yuann Qingng was frozen to the spot, her expression one of pure terror.
Ye Wushuang’s face grew grim. He knew nothing about the Iron-Ard Grey Bear, but he could sense the terrifying power radiating from the colossal beast.
"Young Master Ye, we have to run!" Leng Hex urged anxiously. "The Iron-Ard Grey Bear possesses the bloodlines of the Taichu Azure Dragon and the Violent Golden Bear! Its Physical Strength is terrifying, and its raw power is imnse. On top of that, it has the Heart of Azure Bear, which grants it horrifying Combat Power! It’s savage and brutal—it’ll slaughter every last one of us!"
"The Heart of Azure Bear!"
But upon hearing this, a glint appeared in Ye Wushuang’s eyes.
