Situ Yan blushed as soon as she spoke, and everyone saw her affection for Jiang Feng. No one said it outright, but they couldn't help sneaking a glance at Jiang Feng, their eyes filled with even more envy.

However, Jiang Feng frowned as he looked at Situ Yan: "You're coming too?"

He had only asked Situ Zhenjiang to send Situ Yan with the bomb, not to bring her along for the mission!

Situ Jingjie, standing beside them, was even more shocked; what was his sister, a woman, going to do by adding to the chaos?

"Nonsense, not only am I going, but I'll be watching over you two n. So action plans, you'll have to listen to . Let's strive to get in and out quickly!"

Situ Yan said earnestly.

Last night she stayed up all night, making a lot of preparations, and since Situ Zhenjiang entrusted her with all the arrangents, how could she not go?

Jiang Feng's frown deepened, just as he was about to say sothing, Situ Jingjie spoke in a low voice: "Xiao Feng, maybe we should let her co. Besides, while we lack language skills, she learned several foreign languages in action training school. She definitely understands Kazakh, which can save us a lot of trouble."

Only after hearing this did Jiang Feng reluctantly agree.

Situ Jingjie glanced at his sister, though there was a hint of helplessness in his eyes.

He knew that his sister was willing to take this risk just to stand by Jiang Feng and foster a relationship; there's nothing wrong with that.

But the issue was, if things went awry, the two siblings might end up buried with Jiang Feng in Kazakhstan.

She was truly sacrificing for love!

...

So, after a brief discussion, not only Jiang Feng and Situ Jingjie, but Situ Yan also joined this mission to Kazakhstan.

They set their departure for the next morning.

Jiang Feng initially thought it simple, to disguise themselves as businessn and take a train to Almaty.

But considering they carried ti bombs, they couldn't pass security checks, which was unrealistic.

At this ti, Situ Yan's value showed, according to the plan devised by Situ Zhenjiang, she suggested taking the water route via the Geger River as the fastest way.

However, crossing this border river was not easy, as the east of the Geger River belongs to China, and the west to Kazakhstan!

The Kazakh border guards had set up several watchtowers on the opposite bank, and if any Chinese crossed without permission, the Kazakh soldiers were authorized to shoot!

So that evening, without ntioning her plans to Jiang Feng and Situ Jingjie, Situ Yan acted alone in Beining City.

Even Jiang Feng couldn't find her all night and didn't know what she was up to.

It wasn't until late at night that Situ Yan returned.

She seed a bit tired and shared little with Jiang Feng and Situ Jingjie before heading straight to the tent Bao Qingcang had arranged for her.

This left Jiang Feng and Situ Jingjie perplexed, exchanging puzzled looks.

...

Early the next morning, Bao Qingcang personally led his n to see Situ Yan, Jiang Feng, and Situ Jingjie off to the edge of the Geger River.

This place was even more remote and desolate than the heart of the Great Desert, with barely any habitation aside from a few scattered villages.

This ti of year, although it was late sumr, the Geger River in Western Siberia had very low water temperatures.

Disguised, with large packages in hand, Situ Yan, Jiang Feng, and Situ Jingjie rented a fishing boat from local fishern on the eastern bank, and slowly rowed across the river.

Just as they reached the middle of the river, it seed as if an electric grid had been activated, imdiately alerting the watchtower on the opposite bank, and alarms started blaring.

Over a dozen Kazakh soldiers appeared on the tower, coldly aiming their local AK47s at the small swaying fishing boat in the river, shouting over loudspeakers for the trio to stop and return imdiately!

Wearing a luxurious mink coat, the graceful Situ Yan stood on the boat, waving up at them, holding a letter signaling that she had sothing to say.

The soldiers, however, remained unmoved, even more, trained their guns on her.

Situ Yan continued to fervently wave her letter and then said a few words in Kazakh to the soldiers on the tower.

The soldiers were a little surprised, slightly lowering their guns, a few even rushed down to report to their border commander.

"What did you say to them?" Jiang Feng asked Situ Yan.

"I said we an no harm, we just want to do so business in Kazakhstan. I also have a letter of introduction for their garrison captain!" Situ Yan replied with a smile.

"A letter of introduction?" Jiang Feng frowned upon hearing this.

"Hehe, did you think I was busy last night for nothing? Just wait, we'll be able to disembark soon!"

Before long, the soldiers reappeared on the watchtower, laying down their weapons, one of them gesturing to Situ Yan that they could cross the river.

The boat continued to row across the river for another ten minutes and finally reached the other bank, officially setting foot in Kazakhstan.

Currently, Situ Yan's identity was that of a fur trade businesswoman, while Jiang Feng and Situ Jingjie were her subordinates.

Upon disembarking, the fully-ard soldiers imdiately surrounded them, instructing Jiang Feng and Situ Jingjie to unload all the cargo from the boat for inspection.

Following the orders, Jiang Feng and Situ Jingjie complied, but they also braced themselves: most of the large packages contained mink fur and pelt, but there was also one package with a ti bomb!

If discovered, their attempt at a discreet entry would collapse imdiately, leading to an inevitable bloody confrontation!

With the first few boxes opened, the Kazakh soldiers only found mink coats, and their tense expressions visibly relaxed.

From their perspective, Situ Yan, Jiang Feng, and Situ Jingjie were rely smugglers using connections to profit by selling these items in Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan's situation was different from China's; it is a country with highly developed heavy industries while severely lagging in light industries.

During the Central Asian conflicts, it was said that Chinese border civilians could trade a pair of boots for guns and military binoculars!

The mink coats were valuable dostically, and even more so in Kazakhstan, fetching astronomical prices, so don't underestimate the worth of those bundles, each one was real gold!

Situ Yan, after all, had the experience of being an operations commander and was skillful at reading people and handling situations.

Her calm and adept social skills quickly helped her beco acquainted with the heavily ard Kazakh soldiers, generously offering them each a mink product as a gift.

These soldiers were overjoyed—mink products weren't very useful to them, but they were guaranteed to win over a sweetheart back ho!

The inspections thereafter were much more perfunctory, with Jiang Feng and Situ Jingjie exchanging glances, seeing Situ Yan in a new light, not expecting her to have such ability!

With her by their side, infiltrating Kazakhstan beca considerably easier!
