Entering the office building, Jiang Feng casually grabbed a disposable cup, opened the sealed can of brown sugar given by Heizi, and brewed a cup of brown sugar water for Bai Zhiqing. He then continued upstairs with the cup in hand.

Although he thought it was unnecessary, as any serious situation could be resolved with a bit of Devouring Sky Demon Qi, this was ultimately a woman's issue, and he couldn't directly intervene, so he decided to check on Bai Zhiqing's situation first.

Luckily, Nangong Qingcheng and the others didn't co to the company today, otherwise it would have been quite awkward for him.

Upon reaching the familiar door of Bai Zhiqing's office, Jiang Feng found it slightly ajar and pushed it open to enter.

Little did he know, the scene inside would stun him in place!

Bai Zhiqing was sitting properly in her office chair, seriously looking at so docunts.

With the morning light shining, she wore a fitted small suit dress, highlighting her perfect, graceful figure.

Her long legs were bare of stockings, elegantly crossed, with high-heeled sandals taken off, liberating her jade feet. Her crystal-clear, delicate feet lightly swayed, toes teasing the air, which was incredibly alluring.

"Jiang Feng?!"

At the mont Jiang Feng opened the door, Bai Zhiqing was startled, evidently not expecting his sudden visit!

Seeing that Jiang Feng was alone, she quickly slipped on her sandals and stood up incredulously.

"Why are you here?"

"You're... alright?"

Jiang Feng asked in return, increasingly convinced that Bai Zhiqing seed perfectly fine. Her cheeks were flushed, her skin as smooth and fair as ever, with no signs of discomfort. Was Heizi seeing things?

"Is sothing supposed to be wrong with ?" Bai Zhiqing asked puzzled, then noticed the steaming cup of red liquid in Jiang Feng's hand.

"What's that...?"

"Ahem, nothing. I just went to the security office, and Heizi said you weren't feeling well, so I ca to check on you..."

Jiang Feng was speechless, and the brown sugar water in his hand had nowhere to be placed, leaving him at an unprecedented loss.

Feeling unwell... what does that have to do with brown sugar water?!

Bai Zhiqing quickly understood Jiang Feng's intentions.

"Pfft!"

At once, she couldn't help but laugh, covering her mouth as she chuckled, her laughter like silver bells, shaking with amusent.

She truly didn't expect Jiang Feng to do sothing so stereotypically male — how cute!

Truth be told, she didn't have a stomachache now, and even if she did, she wouldn't rely on brown sugar water but rather hot water.

Brown sugar water is only for really severe nstrual cramps.

She was just not fully awake this morning and lacking an appetite, hence her pale face at work, which Heizi misunderstood, passing on false information to Jiang Feng.

These big n are so clumsy yet endearing!

Nevertheless, she was moved by Jiang Feng's genuine concern.

"Silly~" Bai Zhiqing's eyes welled with laughter-induced tears, her gaze softening.

"I knew you were fine, Heizi has never been reliable," Jiang Feng muttered, placing the brown sugar water on the table.

Bai Zhiqing almost burst out laughing again, her watery gaze lingering on Jiang Feng, full of tender affection.

"Forget it, it's my fault for worrying too much. Did you have breakfast?" Jiang Feng deliberately changed the topic.

"Who said I'm fine?"

Unexpectedly, after laughing, Bai Zhiqing suddenly swept her hand through her long hair and spoke earnestly.

"?"

"Zhang Danian wasn't wrong; I'm actually not feeling well today. My stomach has been hurting since I woke up, and I still don't have an appetite," Bai Zhiqing said, casting a aningful glance at Jiang Feng.

To be honest, Jiang Feng's attentive care felt really wonderful, and the unexpected feeling of being pampered was a delightful surprise she cherished, wanting to keep him around even if it ant feigning illness.

"Really not feeling well?" Jiang Feng frowned.

"Yeah, it started hurting last night. I had to take painkillers to sleep, and it's just started to ease up. It might hurt again later," Bai Zhiqing said convincingly, her gentle gaze fixed on Jiang Feng, the man occupying her thoughts.

"Is it that serious? Have you experienced this before?" Jiang Feng asked suspiciously.

"Sotis yes, sotis no. It's unpredictable~" Bai Zhiqing's tone was incredibly soft and charming, though she was holding back laughter inside.

"Then... would you like to drink this?"

Jiang Feng had no choice but to hand the brown sugar water to Bai Zhiqing.

Since it was brewed by Jiang Feng himself, it would be a pity to waste it. Bai Zhiqing sweetly accepted it, took a sip, and then theatrically said, "This can only relieve the symptoms, not cure them. Once the effect of the heat wears off, I might still be in pain~"

"Then what should we do?" Jiang Feng asked knowingly, observing Bai Zhiqing's rosy face.

"If soone were to give a massage, I think it would help a lot," Bai Zhiqing said softly, averting her eyes aningfully.

Her words were laden with implications.

No, not implications — they were outright suggestions!

At this point, if Jiang Feng still didn't realize Bai Zhiqing was acting, he'd be quite dense.

But truthfully, he felt no irritation at Bai Zhiqing's feigned mischief.

He knew her tender affection was solely because of her deep feelings for him.

Perhaps he truly had neglected her recently, leaving her to silently give but lacking even the chance to be alone with him.

"Alright, I'll help you, as long as you feel better."

Accepting his fate, Jiang Feng could only sit down.

"Mm~"

Bai Zhiqing only ant to ask lightly, not expecting Jiang Feng to truly agree!

Imdiately, she felt even more pampered, a mix of excitent and an indescribable bashfulness and happiness.

"Could you... close the door first."

Even if she knew that Nangong Qingcheng and the others wouldn't be coming to work today, doing such things in the office in the morning was still quite embarrassing, Bai Zhiqing shyly said.

Jiang Feng nodded, went over, and closed the door.

"Lock it..."

Bai Zhiqing added, her eyes brimming with shyness, her cheeks and neck a light pink tint, even her ear lobes were rosy and emanating warmth.

Jiang Feng complied, locking the door before returning.

Seeing Bai Zhiqing at that mont, her face growing increasingly flushed, her nearly translucent face resembling a ripe peach, it made one feel an urge to take a bite, with her beautiful eyes half-closed and half-open, her long eyelashes fluttering like butterfly wings, she appeared both tense and expectant.

"How should I proceed?" Jiang Feng composed himself, pulling up a chair to sit opposite Bai Zhiqing, asking her.
