A few days quickly passed since Aditya and Rin officially did the deed. The experience was unforgettable for both of them.
Rin's entire personality switched when they were doing it. She beca bolder and more aggressive.
But that just made the whole experience even more fun.
Every single day, the Female Divine Dragon would sneak into his office when everyone was busy and spend at least one hour making out with her future husband.
As for Aditya, his routine stayed the sa. These days, he was spending most of his ti studying Runes.
And he was making rapid progress as well.
At this rate, he estimated that within a month, he should beco a 5-star runemaster.

"Co in!" Aditya quickly teleported Rin out of the office. Fortunately, before Spencer ca, he had already used an air freshening Artifact so that no sll remained in the office. Not even Lilith or Sasha would be able to sll anything.
He knew from experience that Succubus Empresses can sense the sll of sex even after 24 hours.
Spencer walked in with a face that scread that this man was extrely tired and seriously needed so sleep.

To Aditya and the rest of the World, the whole integration of the Radiant Empire's territory into the Istarin Empire might have felt very smooth and easy, but behind the scenes, things weren't easy at all.
There were too many things to do. For example, around 9 nobles from the newly integrated territory chose to give up their territory, title, and power and went to settle down at the Capital of the Radiant Empire. Most probably, those nobles will receive so kind of compensation or rank from the Emperor.
But these 9 positions had to be filled imdiately. To make matters worse, those 9 nobles and their families took everything. This ant money, resources, and other valuable assets. The Istarin Empire couldn't really hold them accountable since it was theirs, and even half of the money that ca from revenue belonged to Emperor Rowan. So resources from the Istarin Empire had to be allocated in these territories so that the next chosen noble can govern the Territory without any worries.
Another example was the Istarin Empire, which inherited almost 200,000 troops from the Radiant Empire. This wasn't in the agreent. But Emperor Rowan had no way of maintaining 400,000 troops with half of his territory gone.
Among 200,000, about 170,000 chose to join the Istarin Empire, which was already a really good number. As for the rest, so rebeled which was destroyed by the Dragon Monarch's generals and the rest just beca rogue cultivators or rcenaries.
Now, the 170,000, to match the high standard of the Istarin Empire's troops, had to go through a 6-week training course. Everyone, regardless of their rank, had to go through this. Unfortunately, the largest training ground of the whole Empire, which was located in Azure City, could not hold this huge population, so as a result, temporary training grounds had to be built in their newly acquired territory.
For each training ground, Spencer had to carefully calculate the budget. He also had to make sure that he did not leave any openings for any spies to infiltrate. He even had to go on his own to visit so of these temporary training ground locations just to make sure everything was safe and running smoothly.
Spencer put everything on the desk for Aditya.
"Oh, I can finish this much within an hou....!!" But Spencer wasn't done yet. He took out another fat stack from the storage ring.
Then another!
Then another!
Then another!
"Alright, stop.....!!" Aditya was already panicking. Just finishing all these would take him more than 12 hours.
But then another!!!
"These are all the things that must be urgently checked, adjusted, and approved of."
Gulp!!!
With Spencer around, Aditya had nearly forgotten the weight of paperwork.
'Dammit! Why did I even offer to help?'

'Bruh! All this will take him at least 24 hours to complete.' At this mont, Aditya rembered how much worse things were in the past when he had no Pri Minister. Watson was good, but not as efficient as Spencer was.

"These days, Alfred isn't doing much."

anwhile, Alfred and Watson were in the kitchen making a new type of dessert. The desert is very famous in the Celestial Dragon Empire. Alfred decided to teach the recipe to Watson since Aditya used to love it when he was young.
Watson suddenly stopped cutting the carrot. He looked in the other direction before covering his mouth with the back of his left hand to sneeze out loud.
Achooo.....!!!
"Sir Watson, it seems you are not feeling well."
But then Alfred also sneezed.
"Sir Alfred, it seems I could say the sa about you."
Both of them stared at each other. There were almost invisible sparks between their eyes. Although they spent ti together, this did not an their relationship was harmonious. Both of them simply acted politely and respectfully towards each other out of professional courtesy as Butlers.
"Sir Watson! Sir Alfred! His Majesty wants both of you in his office now."

Seeing the multiple stacks of fat docunts creating a wall between them and Aditya, Watson imdiately knew why they were summoned here. He was already feeling nervous and had started sweating.
"Watson, do you rember that you are the unofficial Pri Minister of the Istarin Empire?" Hearing this, Watson trembled for a second.
"But Your Majesty, I was released from that position with Spencer's appointnt as the Official Pri Minister." He hoped the sentence would work in his favour.
"Yes! But as you can see, Spencer is not here, and you are not retired."
"So, unofficial Pri Minister, grab a chair or whatever and start helping ."
"....." - Watson
Alfred looked at Watson and then shook his head, feeling sorry for the Butler.
"Your Majesty, can you tell why I was summoned?"
"Grab a chair as well!"
"...." Alfred!
That calm and collected look on his face imdiately disappeared.
"Your Majesty, respectfully, I know next to nothing about the affairs of the Istarin Empire. How can I even help?"
"Sit next to Watson."
"You are Watson's assistant for today."
"...." Alfred!
anwhile, Watson looked like soone who had finally found a ray of hope amidst despair. He looked at Alfred and almost wanted to laugh, seeing the man's suffering. But then again, he was a butler, and a butler must always remain professional and show Professional courtesy to a fellow butler.
Both butlers sat down side by side.
While Aditya began working on the more serious and important things, he gave the less important docunts to Watson. Since they had worked together before, everything went very smoothly.
Even Alfred was able to integrate quickly and demonstrate his worth. His centuries of experience were on full display. Aditya and Watson were very impressed by the old man's ability.
Then one particular docunt caught Watson's interest.
[Expansion of the Seven Division.]
"Your Majesty, what are you planning with this?" The docunt in front of him was almost blank.
Only the title and a few initial markings were present, while the rest of the pages remained empty, waiting to be filled. This alone was enough for Watson to understand the situation.
This was not the final proposal.
This was only the frawork.
It ant that either Aditya and Spencer were about to discuss this matter in detail, or they had already spoken briefly and Spencer was now preparing the complete proposal. But the Radiant Empire situation ca up, and things were delayed.
Spencer never submitted unfinished work for approval. He always followed a proper process: discussion first, planning second, and final approval last. This blank docunt existed in the space between discussion and execution.
Spencer would soon begin outlining the full proposal. He would include the objective, the expected benefits, the required resources, manpower allocation, and the projected tiline. Every important detail would be carefully written, making sure nothing was left unclear or open to misinterpretation.
Once the proposal was fully prepared, Spencer would present the completed draft to Aditya.
Only after receiving Aditya's approval would the plan move forward.
Until then, nothing would be implented.
This was one of the key reasons why the Istarin Empire functioned so efficiently. No large decision was carried out without proper review. Every action passed through a clear chain of authority. Spencer handled the preparation and analysis, while Aditya made the final decision.
