Last ti, Yan Xue stord into the Xie family and slapped her across the face. For Xie Shiyao, it was an extraordinary humiliation.

How could she possibly forget?

Now, seeing Yan Xue laughing and chatting with Amos, a shocking suspicion suddenly surfaced in Xie Shiyao’s mind.

"Well, Yan Xue, you’ve got guts. You’ve actually colluded with outsiders to fra my uncle and Xu Lang, scheming to seize the Xie family’s assets. What have we ever done to you that made you so ruthless?"

Xie Shiyao’s eyes were red with fury as she shouted hysterically.

Yan Xue was initially puzzled but quickly understood sothing, and a hint of disdainful sneer surfaced on her graceful and elegant face.

She didn’t even look at Xie Shiyao, as if the latter was rely an insignificant passerby, not worth her attention.

"Xie Shiyao, this is not a place for your hysterics and insanity. If you disturb my honored guest, you simply can’t afford the consequences. Guards, throw her out."

Bodyguards pushed open the wooden door and walked in, ready to drag Xie Shiyao away.

Yan Xue looked ashad as she turned to the blue-eyed young man, "I apologize, Mr. Amos, for letting you witness such a scene."

The young man smiled lightly, "It’s quite entertaining."

Xie Shiyao pointed at Amos, "What kind of honored guest is he? He’s the mastermind behind the plot to seize the Xie family’s assets! You’ve been plotting with him for this, haven’t you? Planning to take down Xu Lang and the Xie family all along!"

The bodyguards restrained Xie Shiyao’s arms behind her back and were ready to forcefully take her away. Still refusing to give up, she yelled, "Your silence proves you’re guilty! Yan Xue, a lightning strike will punish you from heaven...!"

Such a commotion drew the attention of guests in nearby private rooms, who couldn’t help but peek out curiously.

Yan Xue snorted coldly, "Let her go."

The bodyguards loosened their grip, and Xie Shiyao shook her hands free, looking smug. "So I wasn’t wrong, was I? This Amos is dubious and scheming. Your alliance with him will lead to no good outcos."

Yan Xue frowned slightly, "Do you even know what nonsense you’re blabbering about? Do you have any idea about Mr. Amos’s identity?"

Xie Shiyao scoffed, "The only thing I know is that he’s the scheming mastermind trying to grab the Xie family’s assets."

The young man played absentmindedly with a delicate porcelain teacup, his finely crafted features exuding a languid air and cold detachnt.

Yan Xue took a deep breath and spoke, enunciating each word clearly, "Do you know of Siland’s i Fei Family?"

Xie Shiyao was perplexed as to why she brought up the i Fei Family.

Of course, she knew. She had studied abroad in Europe; naturally, she knew about the ruling elite of that white-skinned world.

i Fei—a surna steeped in antiquity, traceable to over a thousand years ago. This family had mastered the capital transformation ga during the Age of Colonization and Mariti Exploration with exceptional success.

Through a thousand years of historical progress, they had seamlessly transitioned from nobility to silent, behind-the-scenes controllers of vast capital empires.

One could say that the surna i Fei itself symbolized the pinnacle of power and wealth.

It was also the oldest "old money" lineage globally.

Mysterious and formidable.

However, the true heir branch of the family had already faded into seclusion a century ago. The ones active in public were rely a distant side branch of the i Fei family. The head of this branch, De La ffi, was a world-renowned investor with unthinkably vast assets.

He had three daughters and two sons, all extraordinary individuals.

His eldest daughter, Sula ffi, founded Xingji Entertainnt, a globally renowned company that invested in countless films, ranging from blockbuster sci-fi productions to emotionally stirring artistic pieces—all renowned masterworks that made their mark on cinematic history worldwide.

She herself was hailed as a groundbreaking figure in global film history, a "godmother" of cinema. Anyone in the entertainnt industry would be acquainted with the na Sula ffi.

While studying abroad, Xie Shiyao had t a senior whose aunt graduated from the International Royal Managent College and, after enduring rigorous selection processes, successfully entered the i Fei family’s service, currently preparing to succeed the old butler as the family’s next head steward.

She had once dread of using her connection to that senior to get close to Sula ffi, hoping to leverage this relationship to break into international spheres—after all, the global stage was larger and offered more opportunities.

The plan hadn’t even begun to take shape when trouble befell the Xie family.

"Of course I know the i Fei Family. But don’t tell ... you’re trying to claim he’s the i Fei Family’s young master? What a joke! If he’s from the i Fei Family, then I must be a royal princess!"

Xie Shiyao sneered mockingly.

Yan Xue rely smiled, looking at her as though she were an utter fool.

Xie Shiyao’s laughter gradually faded. "No... That’s impossible."

She scrutinized the blue-eyed young man: his exquisitely mixed-race features, remarkably pale skin, his faintly visible greenish veins adding a touch of fragile pallor.

De La ffi indeed had a youngest son, and rumors circulated that his mother was a woman from Hua Country. However, this young master was rumored to have been born prematurely, chronically frail, and has always lived in seclusion for dical care. De La fiercely shielded him, leaving the outside world entirely ignorant of his voice or appearance.

"Any random person can pretend to be the i Fei Family’s young master, huh? Do you realize what a miserable end awaits you if the i Fei Family finds out?"

The young man remained impassive, raising an eyebrow slightly, "Do you happen to know soone from the i Fei Family?"

Xie Shiyao snorted coldly, "Since you’re so obstinate, don’t bla for calling you out."

How could the i Fei Family’s young master possibly co to Hua Country? This man’s identity must be a sham.

The people of Hua Country had no direct ans to contact the i Fei Family, so were easily duped by him.

But she had connections within the i Fei Family; one phone call and the truth would be revealed.

Once his identity was exposed, not only would the i Fei Family punish him rcilessly, but she could also earn herself a favor from them.

Not only seeking revenge but also building connections—it was the perfect win-win.

Unable to wait, Xie Shiyao took out her phone and dialed an international number.

She activated the speakerphone, and a man’s fluent and pleasant foreign accent echoed aloud.

"Senior, it’s , Anna."

"Ah, Anna! What’s the occasion for your call?"

"Here’s the situation, Senior. In Hua Country, I’ve encountered soone pretending to be the i Fei Family’s young master. I’d like you to notify the i Fei Family’s steward to ensure characters like this don’t tarnish the young master’s reputation or compromise the century-old honor of the family."

The man’s tone grew heavier: "Soone dares to impersonate the young master? Hold on, I’ll call my aunt."

Xie Shiyao gleefully stared at the young man, "Just you wait for the i Fei Family’s retribution. Their legal team is among the world’s elite. Of all identities, you dared to impersonate the young master of the i Fei Family? Bet you never thought I’d have connections to the i Fei Family."

Yan Xue frowned slightly and instinctively glanced at the teenager beside her.

Unexpectedly, her gaze t his. His blue eyes were as deep as the ocean—mysterious and tranquil.

The young man stared at her in silence before smiling. "Ms. Yan, do you also think I’m an imposter?"

Yan Xue picked up the teapot, personally refilling his porcelain cup with tea, smiling softly. "Young master’s poise and eloquence are unparalleled. From the first mont I saw you, I knew you were anything but ordinary."

Just then, the ringtone of an incoming call sounded. Xie Shiyao eagerly answered, even kindly putting it on speaker.

She raised her eyebrows, ready to relish the young man’s humiliation.

Keep pretending; let’s see how much longer you can keep up the act once you’re exposed.
