A woman in leather jacket and pants crossed the street and walked up to Shen You’an. "Shen, we et again."
Gao Yuyue instinctively blocked in front of Shen You’an. "Who are you?"
This woman was strikingly beautiful, yet there was a majestic air to her, clearly not an ordinary person.
Xiang Chenyu’s gaze fell on Gao Yuyue’s face, raising an eyebrow: "You’re Gao Dongting’s daughter, right?"
Gao Yuyue’s expression instantly turned sullen.
"Police sister, what do you want with ?"
Shen You’an stepped out from behind Gao Yuyue, speaking calmly and respectfully.
Gao Yuyue frowned even more; was the woman in front of her actually a police officer?
"Zhou Qin is your aunt, right?"
While Xiang Chenyu asked, her eyes remained fixed on Shen You’an’s face.
The young girl frowned slightly, seemingly irritated, her tone subconsciously turning cold.
"Yes."
"She’s missing, so I’ll need you to co with to the police station for an investigation."
Xiang Chenyu glanced at her watch: "Is the timing alright? Once we’re done, I’ll give you a ride ho; it won’t take much of your ti."
Before Shen You’an could speak, Gao Yuyue interjected: "What does Zhou Qin’s disappearance have to do with An’an? Instead of finding her, you are troubling a student. We have an exam tomorrow morning and need to go ho to study. If we miss it, can you be responsible, officer?"
The tone was not the least bit courteous.
Xiang Chenyu wasn’t annoyed and didn’t argue with the little girl, she just turned to Shen You’an: "Is that alright?"
Shen You’an patted Gao Yuyue’s hand, looked at Xiang Chenyu, and said lightly: "Cooperating with the police investigation is every citizen’s duty. Officer, let’s go."
Gao Yuyue imdiately said: "I’ll go with you."
Shen You’an looked at Gao Yuyue, "You should go ho and wait for . Finish the test papers I gave you yesterday before I return; I plan to check them."
Gao Yuyue was dissatisfied: "But..."
Shen You’an pushed her into the car, instructing the driver to leave.

The two crossed the road, and Xiang Chenyu opened the passenger car door.

Shen You’an fastened his seatbelt and said: "It would be my honor to be your friend."
"Haha, there’s plenty of ti ahead; let’s take it slow and see."
The car rged into traffic, and soon it was rush hour, unsurprisingly caught in a jam. Surrounded by the blaring of horns, Xiang Chenyu seed at ease, taking two bottles of water from the back and handing one to Shen You’an.
"Thank you." Shen You’an received it with both hands but didn’t open it imdiately.
Xiang Chenyu took a sip of water and casually asked: "I need to treat a friend to dinner in a few days. Can you suggest a good and affordable restaurant in Qingzhou where you grew up?"
"What kind of cuisine do you and your friend like?"
"We both love spicy food, so Hunan cuisine would be great."
"There’s a private Hunan restaurant on Spring Road that should suit you."
"Really? Have you been to this private kitchen before?"
"I went there with friends."
"Zhou Qin doesn’t treat you well, does she?" Xiang Chenyu suddenly changed the subject.
Shen You’an’s tone turned cold as he looked out the window: "Not particularly good or bad."
"When was the last ti you saw her?"
A long silence followed.
Xiang Chenyu didn’t rush him, patiently moving slowly with the flow of traffic.
"I forgot. I never pay attention to people or things unrelated to my studies, especially soone unimportant."
"You’re truly a genius." Xiang Chenyu praised him generously.
Ahead, police officers were directing traffic, and soon the cars began to disperse and flow again.
Fifteen minutes later, they arrived at the police station.
This was Shen You’an’s first ti here, and she didn’t look around, following Xiang Chenyu to a separate questioning room.
Xiang Chenyu placed a cup of hot water on the table before Shen You’an.
