Cai Ling continued smiling. "These newcors here are on a tight schedule. If we delay Director Huang’s shoot, as a makeup artist, I can’t possibly bear the responsibility. I hope Miss Sun can understand."
"Just a few newcors, aren’t they? Aren’t your apprentices here to help? I think their makeup is almost done. Teacher Cai, don’t keep our Qianqian waiting impatiently." The girl emphasized her last sentence.
"I’m afraid that’s not possible; I still have another actor waiting for to do their makeup."
"Who? Who else? Who could possibly be more important than our Qianqian?"
Cai Ling only smiled but said nothing.
The girl’s gaze swept the room and landed on the young girl in black standing beside Gao Yuyue.
Though the girl was understated in appearance, her aura was far too captivating. Even though her face was obscured, her silhouette alone revealed a figure that could only belong to an exceptionally stunning beauty.

Cui Jie sighed. "Miss Sun, she’s just here accompanying a friend. She’s not the actress auditioning for the Commandery Princess."
"Sneaky, isn’t she? What kind of face is she hiding? I’m curious now." The woman gestured subtly to her assistant.
The assistant lunged toward Shen You’an, but Gao Yuyue imdiately stepped in front of her. "What’s this? Are you trying to bully soone in the crew? Sun Qianqian, you’ve got quite the nerve thinking you can push anyone around. My best friend isn’t soone you can intimidate."
Sun Qianqian narrowed her eyes, her gaze venomously locking onto Gao Yuyue’s face.
"Do you even know who you’re talking to?" Sun Qianqian asked with an icy smile.
Gao Yuyue laughed scornfully. "Oh? Do you think you’re a real princess or sothing? If you so much as touch a single hair on my best friend’s head today, I’ll make sure you’re thrown out of the entertainnt industry tomorrow."
The onlookers were stunned by Gao Yuyue’s bold words.
Was she serious? Didn’t she know who backed Sun Qianqian? If she did, she’d think twice about making such big claims.
Sun Qianqian chuckled coldly, her voice dripping with malice. "You foolish girl. You’ll be the one getting kicked out first."
Shen You’an patted Gao Yuyue’s shoulder and walked out from behind her.
