Edigo Austin's ace monster, though a humble HERO, was one with limitless fusion potential.
"This is the answer Edigo left for you, Ren. Let the light of the HERO that surpasses the darkness of the Earthbound Immortals awaken now!"
The girl's slender fingers gripped the [Elental HERO Neos] card. The radiance from the Neo Space illuminated the burning racetrack ahead—the road of a speeding charge.
"Can we do it, Miles? With this card!"
Even though the excitent of drawing Neos montarily dispelled Ren's fear, she still felt uneasy about whether Neos could really create a miracle coback now.
Could her Deck still carry her brother Edigo's will? Could her Elental HEROs still unleash the power of Neo Space?
"Can we do it... Miles!"
"Of course we can, Ren!"
That one sentence was all it took to completely dispel the girl's doubts.
Both sides were HEROs of their own!
"I'll leave it to you, Miles. Edigo's will, Edigo's card! This ti… this ti for sure, defeat the Earthbound Immortals!"
"The interwoven wills of HEROES shall blossom into a new miracle through Fusion! A justice even the Earthbound Immortals cannot eclipse!"
As the D-Wheel bathed in light accelerated even faster, Miles lifted the Neos card toward the sky. The flying Shining Flare Wingman resonated with the newly ignited Neo Space power from the card.
"The interwoven wills of HEROES, blossoming into a miracle through Fusion?"
The Shadow Duelist was stunned to find that no matter how much horsepower he poured into his D-Wheel, he couldn't close the distance to Miles ahead.
He was completely outpaced. The red-haired girl, with only 50 Life Points remaining, had at the last mont pushed her D-Wheel to its absolute limit.
"You're insane! If you use [Polyrization] now, you'll take 2000 damage and lose imdiately!"
"In a Turbo Duel within [Speed World], if the winds of speed brushing past your fingers can beco the power of a Spell Card, then you'll definitely need another Speed Card to accompany it!"
Miles slowly flipped open the final card set parallel on his D-Wheel.
That card was Miles's last trap.
"Accelerate! Enter the state of speed that reaches the ultimate limit—Clear Mind!"
In that instant, light engulfed Miles and his radiant crystal D-Wheel.
And the next second—
"He disappeared?" The Shadow Duelist riding behind could only watch as Miles vanished from the track.
"Who says Fusion Summons can't accelerate! Let show you—Accel Fusion!"
The D-Wheel beca pure light, circling the fiery Nazca circuit in re seconds.
When Miles reappeared, his D-Wheel had completely lapped the Shadow Duelist.
The crystal D-Wheel shimred behind the black D-Wheel, overtaking it a second ti in a brilliant pass.
"Trap Card activate—[Speed Spell - Sonic Detonation]!"
The Trap Miles had revealed was the secret of performing an accelerated Fusion even during the opponent's turn in a Turbo Duel.
[Send 1 Spell Card from your hand to the Graveyard; this card's effect becos the sa as that Spell Card's activation effect.]
By using a Trap's effect to copy a Spell's activation, Miles could bypass the Life Point penalty of casting a Spell under Turbo Duel rules.
And through Sonic Detonation, a Speed Spell could even reach the Speed 2 threshold!
"I send the Spell Card [Polyrization] from my hand to the Graveyard to perform a High-Speed Fusion Chant!"
The face of the Trap Card shimred, its runic circle transforming into the spiraling helix of Fusion.
"This is the final Fusion of HERO light in this Turbo Duel!"
Ren's crimson eyes trembled with excitent. "A Fusion Spell at a ti like this, Miles! Could it be... could it be—!"
"That's right, Ren. I'm fusing Edigo's [Elental HERO Neos] with the [Elental HERO Shining Flare Wingman] you created!"
The ultimate coback victory—born from the Austin siblings' shining HERO Fusion!
Ren Mumured, "My and my brother's cards..."
"Will create the strongest HERO!"
With the shout of Miles, the spiraling fusion animation erupted into the sky over the Turbo Duel circuit. The soaring Shining Flare Wingman and Neos from Miles's hand rged together.
The ultimate double-layered HERO Fusion descended from the heavens, its radiance outshining even the twin Earthbound Immortals!
"The light of Neo Space shines upon the earth, the light of HERO illuminates the cosmos! The crossing lights upon the path of victory shall beco the ultimate HERO Fusion, transcending ti and space!"
"Transcending ti and space... Edigo's will!"
The HERO Summon Miles achieved at top speed truly transcended ti and space.
Edigo's ace HERO of the past and Ren's ace HERO of the present fused together across the years into a new ultimate HERO!
"Fusion Summon! Shine forth and bring victory—Elental HERO Shining Neos Wingman!"

The Neos-type monster donned armor of silver-white radiance from Shining Flare Wingman, its gleaming wings slicing through the fusion aura as it descended high above the Turbo Duel track.
Ren yelled excitedly, "So cool! This is the miracle Fusion created by my brother's and my HERO!"
"Now the mightiest HERO of miracles will swing its radiant blade and obliterate the darkness of the Earthbound Immortals! Prepare yourself, Immortals! Or rather, cursed spirits bound to the earth!"
"Ridiculous!"
The road ahead was completely engulfed in light. The Shadow Duelist's black D-Wheel even trembled, unwilling to advance.
"That level of Fusion Monster alone isn't enough to attack the Earthbound Immortals!"
"Not enough to attack the Earthbound Immortals? We'll see about that!"
Riding at full speed, Miles raised his arm skyward, and the radiant wings of Shining Neos Wingman fully unfurled, beaming light toward the two massive Earthbound Immortals.
"The strongest Fusion HERO doesn't even need to battle to destroy the Earthbound Immortals! That's the effect of [Elental HERO Shining Neos Wingman]!"

"Activate [Elental HERO Shining Neos Wingman]'s effect—destroy both Earthbound Immortals on the field!"
A strike that utterly transcended the dark gods—Shining Neos Wingman gathered elental power within his twin radiant wings and imbued it into the blade on his arm.
The infinitely extending blade of light sliced through even the burning Nazca Lines below, splitting the earth and sky in two. The hummingbird and monkey Earthbound Immortals were cleaved apart in a single stroke.
"This is the blade that cuts down the gods themselves—'Radiant Cosmic Wing Slash'!!"

"To think... to think the Earthbound Immortals could be destroyed so easily! Regardless, this will be your requiem toward ruin!"
The Shadow Duelist pointed skyward at the split remains of Earthbound Immortal Aslla piscu.
"You'll pay for your recklessness! I activate the effect of [Earthbound Immortal Aslla piscu]!"

"Taste the Earthbound Immortal's dying curse! Your [Elental HERO Shining Neos Wingman] will be destroyed, and you'll take 800 damage! This duel is mine!"
As the Shadow Duelist scread hysterically, the falling Earthbound Immortal radiated a cursed black aura as it crashed into the fla-scorched track.
"So that's the Earthbound Immortals' last struggle?"
Miles gritted his teeth with excitent, the corner of his mouth curling into an unshakably confident smile.
"How weak! So this is the power of gods? Pathetic!"
"What did you say?!"
"Open your eyes and watch closely. Push that so-called god back where it belongs—Elental HERO Shining Neos Wingman!"
"Just a falling Earthbound Immortal? Watch as I send it flying back with Shining Neos Wingman's power!"
With silver-white wings slicing the air, Shining Neos Wingman soared at lightspeed toward the plumting divine carcass.
Then—with one punch—it struck from beak to tail.
The Earthbound Immortal was obliterated mid-fall, leaving no trace; its final self-destructive effect failed to affect Miles in the slightest.
The Shadow Duelist's face twisted in disbelief. "Earthbound Immortal Aslla piscu's final demolition... had no effect at all?! How is that possible?!"
"Because it can't be destroyed! The strongest Fusion HERO, Shining Neos Wingman, doesn't care about so god's self-destruction!"
[This card gains 300 ATK for each monster in your Graveyard and cannot be destroyed by card effects.]
"With immunity to destruction effects, Elental HERO Shining Neos Wingman inherits the will of every monster in my Graveyard—its Attack soars to the limit!"
From the Graveyard burst a pillar of light made from the HEROES who had fought so far.
Blazeman, Lady Heat, Sparkman, Avian, Burstinatrix, Fla Wingman, Shining Flare Wingman, and Neos.
The infinite chain of HERO wills reached the strongest form at the top of that pillar of light.
"I have 8 HERO monsters in my Graveyard—Elental HERO Shining Neos Wingman gains 2400 Attack!"

The mightiest HERO, now at 5500 Attack and immune to effects!
The Shadow Duelist atop his D-Wheel, despair filling his eyes beneath his hood, glanced toward his set Trap Card, [Sakuretsu Armor].
[When an opponent's monster declares an attack: Target that attacking monster; destroy that target.]
Useless. Completely useless.
Before the indestructible HERO, even Sakuretsu Armor could not stop him.
Before this turn began, two mighty Earthbound Immortals had stood on his field, and his Life Points were still a full 4000.
Albeit in just one turn, after a single HERO Fusion's descent, both colossal gods were obliterated, and his 4000 Life Points were driven to the brink of annihilation.

This duel between Miles and the Shadow Duelist embodied that saying: My 50 Life Points are unbreakable, your 4000 are a candle in the wind!
The Shadow Duelist scread in despair. "Outrageous! How could sothing like this happen?!"
"It's over!" Miles spun his D-Wheel 180°, locking eyes with the Shadow Duelist as he declared the final Battle Phase.
"This is the final direct attack—HERO of light at maximum speed! Shining Neos Wingman!"
Miles's brilliant D-Wheel and the flying Shining Neos Wingman streaked toward the Shadow Duelist together.
"—Transcendent Flash, Sonic Neo Wing Slash!!!"
"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!"
[Shadow Duelist, LP: 4000 → 0]
The dazzling D-Wheel and Shining Neos Wingman pierced through the Shadow Duelist's black D-Wheel as light itself. The final blow of the Turbo Duel wiped out all 4000 of his Life Points in an instant.
Ren mumbled under her breath, "We... we won! With the HERO Fusion my brother and I created… we beat the Earthbound Immortals! Both of them!"
As the flas on the track faded and the D-Wheel slowed down, Miles drifted stylishly to a stop, glancing back at the overturned, defeated Shadow Duelist.
"See? I told you. The eternal light of HEROES will always create miracles, Ren!"
A true miracle had co to her side. After Miles inherited Edigo's HERO and defeated the Earthbound Immortals, Ren's heart overflowed with joy and exhilaration she had never known before.
"Miles! Miles! Miles! Miles!"
"What's wrong all of a sudden?"
"I really like you!"
"Ahem… this isn't exactly the ti to say that..."
