"I'm going to fuse every monster on the field—Super Polyrization!"
Ren, now well-accustod to the ultimate fusion power, was using 'Super Polyrization' with greater and greater ease. Whenever she held that card, it felt as though she could, like Miles himself, glimpse the infinite potential hidden within HERO Fusion.
From deep within the girl's soul ca a dual resonance—the interwoven powers of the present and the future. The fusion energy seed to rip through the sky above, covering the entire Turbo Duel arena in its light.
"Nani?! You said… you're fusing all of my monsters?"
Overwheld by the sheer might of 'Super Polyrization,' Lloyd stared in terror at the five Heroic Challenger monsters arrayed on his field.
He had thought Ren would simply do as before: Using attribute-based fusion to create an Elental HERO, like when she fused away the 'True King of All Calamities.' In that case, his accelerated Xyz Summon of Rhongomyniad would have only lost one material at most.
But this ti, Ren was going for an all-in trade.
No. Calling it a five-for-one might not even do it justice.
By fusing all five of Lloyd's Heroic Challengers together with her own 'Elental HERO Fla Wingman,' she was performing a six-for-one Super Polyrization.
"No way… there's no way such a Fusion exists!" Lloyd roared.
"That's why I told you to watch closely! This is the fusion fighting style unique to HEROes!"
If one were to ask, among the Tri-Academy Turbo Duel exchange battles, who still carried the banner of Fusion Summoning at Fusion Academy—then the answer could only be Ren Austin, the girl who fought with HEROes.
Racing along the track on her D-Board, Ren left a blazing fusion trail behind her. "With my HEROes, I reforge the light of Fusion! Co forth, my Elental HEROes!"
The transcendent fusion effects of 'Super Polyrization' spiraled around 'Elental HERO Fla Wingman,' engulfing all six monsters within.
"The brilliance of justice shining through the form of Fusion, the slumbering souls of HEROes, awaken! Fusion Summon—[Wake Up Your Elental HERO]!!"
[Wake Up Your Elental HERO] Level 10│LIGHT│Warrior│2500 ATK / 2100 DEF
["Elental HERO" Fusion Monster 1 or more Warrior monsters]
Ren unleashed her ultimate power—a HERO Fusion Summon of pure brilliance.
Yet this ti, the monster born from 'Super Polyrization' was not a single, solitary HERO.
"That's a Fusion Monster?" Even Irena, also from Fusion Academy, was astonished.
"So many HEROes!" Ecclesia gasped. "Is that really a Fusion Monster?!"
Rather than fusing multiple monsters into one, it was as if Ren had summoned every Elental HERO all at once.
Various HEROes, fused into one card, filled the sky above the Turbo Duel arena, orbiting the girl who wielded their power.
"Well? This is my army of HEROes! The embodint of my Fusion spirit!"
[Wake Up Your Elental HERO] required an Elental HERO Fusion Monster plus one or more Warrior monsters.
Naturally, 'Elental HERO Fla Wingman' counted as the HERO Fusion Monster.
And the reason Ren could use 'Super Polyrization' to preempt Lloyd's 'Wonder Xyz' and fuse away all five of his Heroic Challengers before he could summon Rhongomyniad—was precisely because of that material clause: one or more Warrior monsters.
Every single Heroic Challenger on Lloyd's field was a Warrior-type monster.
"I can't believe this!" Leon from XYZ Academy—already burned twice by 'Super Polyrization'—looked as if he might faint. "She fused away all the materials for [Number 86: Heroic Champion - Rhongomyniad]! Just how terrifying is 'Super Polyrization'?!"
In Ren Austin's hands, before the HEROes themselves, 'Super Polyrization' had beco a card capable of fusing the impossible… the true nightmare of XYZ Academy.
"This ti, I won't lose again!"
He may not have avenged the defeat against the infinite serpent god, but Lloyd was still a proud duelist of XYZ Academy.
An Xyz Summon, a Fusion Summon—a fight is a fight, after all.
At the very least, Ren had perfectly reclaid both her pride and the glory of Fusion.
Super Polyrization! It even transcends Xyz Summons!
"And now, here cos the effect of [Wake Up Your Elental HERO]!"
[This card gains ATK equal to 300 tis the number of monsters used as Fusion Materials for its Summon. During each Battle Phase, it can attack monsters up to the number of materials used for its Fusion.]
The Elental HEROes circling Ren all turned in unison, cracking their knuckles and setting their sights on Lloyd, who trailed behind.
"Since I used six monsters in total, including your Heroic Challengers, my HERO's Attack increases by 1800! It can also attack up to six monsters this turn!"
[Wake Up Your Elental HERO, ATK: 2500 → 4300]
A 4300-Attack, sixfold strike against monsters… but unfortunately for Lloyd, there were no monsters left on his field after 'Super Polyrization' resolved.
And so, all that furious power, the combined assault of every HERO, now turned toward Lloyd himself.
"Even if it's a beatdown—as long as it's in the na of HEROes!"
At the center of her HERO legion, Ren guided the final strike—a direct attack.
"In the na of HEROes, it's righteous to gang up! Attack! Together!"
If you say it's justice, then so be it.
The righteous onslaught of the HEROes descended—blinding light, blade strikes, spectral flas, water bursts, and even pure punches all crashed into Lloyd at once.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!"
[Lloyd, LP: 1000 → 0]
Justice's group beatdown, showing no rcy.
Overwheld by the damage far beyond his remaining Life Points, Lloyd was blasted from his D-Wheel, tumbling just like Lost had in the previous duel.
Lost clenched his fist. "A righteous beatdown… not bad! Even if Synchron Academy didn't win, that was so satisfying!"
Takehiko shouted excitedly: "Even faster than [Number 86: Heroic Champion - Rhongomyniad]'s accelerated Xyz Summon! The HERO girl has vindicated Fusion Summoning! The winner of today's first Turbo Duel match—Fusion Academy's Ren Austin!"
To restore the glory of Fusion; that is our unshakable duty.
