"Stealing my [Polyrization] from the Graveyard...? Fufu... how amusing. But do you even know how to use it, little cutie?"
Even her mockery dripped with seduction.
Regardless, that charm... was about to be incinerated by HERO power.
"Do I know how to use it? Watch and learn."
With [Polyrization] in hand... victory was already within reach.
"This... is how HEROES fight! Spell Card activate—Polyrization!"
Controlling Irene's body, Miles threw the borrowed [Polyrization] along with the last two HERO monsters in hand toward the skies above the skyscrapers.
As the cards ascended, a swirl of fusion light exploded—HEROes transforming into their true battle forms.
"I fuse [Elental HERO Avian] and [Elental HERO Burstinatrix]! Co forth—the 3000-slayer!"
Despite that nickna, this card's real na was one every HERO fan knew.
A HERO who stood atop skyscrapers... a symbol of countless Duelists' dreams—

Irene's soul-state self was stunned. She'd never imagined HEROes could be summoned like this. A HERO born through Fusion... sothing she'd never achieved.
"With 2100 Attack and [Skyscraper] boosting it... It works! Miles, it works!!"
"Let's end this, Ren!"
"Yeah... I'm counting on you, Miles!"
Entering the Battle Phase, Miles raised his arm toward the top of the skyscraper.
"Let's carve this victory with a HERO's strike! Field Spell [Skyscraper]—activate!"
[Skyscraper Field Spell Effect: If an "Elental HERO" monster battles a monster with higher ATK, the "Elental HERO" gains 1000 ATK during damage calculation only.]
2100 1000 = 3100.
That exact number... was why Fla Wingman earned his nickna as the "3000-slayer."
"Go, Fla Wingman! Smash Archfiend's Manifestation!!"
Fla Wingman's dragon-headed arm ignited, superheating to white-hot intensity. With a surge of burning wings, he dove from the rooftop—crashing down like a teor.
"—Skyscraper Shoot!!"
The explosion engulfed the demonic titan, flas consuming it entirely.
A crimson blaze lit up the skyscraper-studded night, glowing with the radiance of every HERO player's dreams.

No response. As the demon's body crumbled to ash, the monster that should've appeared—never did.
"What... what's going on?!"
gan smacked her Spirit Eyes like it was malfunctioning.
"Don't bother. Let explain." Miles's grin was sharp, full of swagger, stretching across Irene's delicate face. "You're already dead."
"BAKANA!?"
"And now... for [Elental HERO Fla Wingman]'s bonus effect!"
Without pause, Fla Wingman rocketed forward, weaving between the towering skyscrapers, closing the gap to gan.
The other reason behind the nickna "3000-slayer"—
[If this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's original ATK.]
"[Archfiend's Manifestation] had 2500 ATK before its buff. Fla Wingman's effect turns that into damage—straight to you!"

Terrified, gan glanced at her LP display.

It was as if this whole duel had been perfectly calculated for this outco.
"Erase the darkness—EXECUTE JUSTICE! This is a HERO's ultimate finisher!! Zero-range blast—Skydive Scorcher!!"
The flas detonated right in her face. gan's elegant, seductive figure vanished beneath the inferno.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!"
Her shriek echoed through the fire—the rightful punishnt for one who had embraced the darkness.

A victory line—perfectly fitting for a HERO.
Using his dream HERO deck to recreate an ani-worthy finisher in another world... Miles couldn't have asked for more.
Though truthfully, his satisfaction was nothing compared to how ecstatic Irene was.
"We won! We actually won the Shadow Ga!! Miles—you really kept your promise... You won!!"
"Heh... but I couldn't have done it alone, Ren. It was because of your fight until now that the HEROes could claim victory."
If Irene hadn't survived until Miles and Aisha arrived—if she hadn't chipped gan's LP down to the lethal line—then this stylish Fla Wingman finish wouldn't have been possible.
"This is our victory, Ren. You should be proud."
"!!!"
If souls had faces... Irene's soul would be so red right now, she'd be trying to dig a hole and hide in it.
