If those words hadn't co from the President herself, no matter how convincingly soone else spoke, he wouldn't have believed them.
The idea that his cunning brother, who had bullied him and played pranks on him since childhood, had actually beco a Holy Knight for the Church was a joke he couldn't have imagined in his wildest dreams.
In his mind, such a possibility never existed. He felt the words Church and brother were completely unrelated.
He even rembered when his brother went abroad to study, he was so overjoyed he celebrated for several days after hearing the news.
The joy he felt back then could still be savored today, it was the exhilaration of escaping the clutches of evil, a joy that emanated from every cell in his body.

The Three Factions suffered heavy losses, and the holy knight legion was almost completely wiped out. Therefore, the Church announced the disbandnt of the Holy Knight Legion to the outside world.
