The night wind howled, sweeping up scattered napkins and broken wine glasses on the rooftop.

People in the banquet hall evacuated in an orderly fashion under the escort of guards.

Screams and cries gradually faded, leaving only a ss on the ground.

Madam Kaori, pale-faced, squeezed out of the crowd.

She looked around, her eyes anxiously searching, and visibly relaxed when she saw the familiar figure in the corner.

She quickly walked up to Mr. Matsutake, who was impersonated by Caesar.

“It’s so dangerous here, why haven’t you left?”

Madam Kaori’s words were reproachful, but her beautiful eyes were filled with unconcealable concern.

Zhou Huai understood.

It seed the relationship between Matsutake Gen and Madam Kaori was not just simple physical comfort.

Perhaps there was even a bit of genuine affection involved.

Madam Kaori didn't give him a chance to answer, extending her soft hand to grab his arm.

“Quick, co downstairs with .”

“This isn’t where we should be.”

Zhou Huai’s brow furrowed almost imperceptibly.

Are you kidding?

Two top SS-Rank big shots were about to fight; such a scene of Divine Ability was a once-in-a-lifeti opportunity.

This was an excellent chance for him to most directly understand the top combat power of this world.

How could he leave so easily?

Zhou Huai’s gaze fell on Madam Kaori’s pretty face, which was full of worry.

He casually raised his hand and snapped his fingers.

The crisp sound was barely audible in the chaotic environnt.

Madam Kaori’s body trembled suddenly.

The look of concern in her eyes instantly faded, becoming hollow and bewildered.

The hand gripping Zhou Huai’s arm weakly loosened.

She turned around like a soulless puppet, silently following the evacuating crowd and heading downstairs.

Although this woman was also a Professional, her Rank was not high.

She was easy to control.

Having dealt with this minor trouble, Zhou Huai once again focused all his attention on the two confronting big shots in the arena.

On Soma Kosuke’s wrinkled face, the last trace of filial devotion to his ntor had also dissipated.

What remained was only icy determination.

He said no more.

He simply pulled out an ancient scroll from the wide sleeve of his kimono.

The scroll, made of an unknown animal hide, was severely worn at the edges, exuding an old ink fragrance and the scent of ti’s accumulation.

He flicked his wrist.

“Whoosh!”

The scroll unfurled in response.

There were no landscapes or figures on the painting, only a Chaos of thick ink, as if it could devour all light.

The next second.

Soma Kosuke bit his fingertip, and a drop of crimson blood fell onto the painting.

The mont the blood touched the ink, it was like hot oil hitting water, and the entire painting began to boil violently!

The thick ink on the painting seed to co alive.

They twisted, rolled, and transford into countless black tentacles, frantically gushing out from the painting, intertwining and condensing in mid-air.

A colossal, suffocating outline was taking shape at a visible speed!

“Roar—!”

An inhuman roar erupted from the writhing mass of ink.

The sound waves turned into a physical shock, sending all the surrounding table and chair debris flying!

In the corner, Zhou Huai narrowed his eyes.

He could clearly feel a terrifying pressure, far exceeding that of the previous Shikigami, rapidly escalating.

In just a few breaths.

A giant Shikigami, over ten ters tall, was fully presented before everyone’s eyes.

The Shikigami was entirely composed of flowing thick ink, its form resembling an upright demon.

It had two horns on its head, a ferocious face, and a pair of scarlet eyes that stood out on its black body, burning with flas of tyranny and destruction.

Its limbs were thick and powerful, its ten fingers were sharp claws gleaming with cold light, ❀ Nоvеlігht ❀ (Don’t copy, read here) and it dragged a long tail covered in barbs behind it.

Most unsettling was the position of its chest.

There was no heart there, only a constantly rotating vortex made of ink-colored runes.

Each rotation seed to draw energy from this world.

“Ink Colossus...”

At the other end of the rooftop, Watada Heizan, who had been observing from the sidelines, muttered to himself.

“This old fellow actually brought out his trump card.”

Qin Ze, standing at the very front, still maintained his calm and composed deanor.

He even had the leisure to look up, studying the colossal creature exuding a destructive Aura with interest.

He nodded, as if comnting on a work of art.

“Not bad.”

“Soma Kosuke, after all these years, your painting skills have beco even more exquisite.”

His voice was gentle, without a trace of worldly dust.

“This Shikigami, both in form and intent, has touched the threshold of ‘reality’.”

“Given ti, you might truly be able to paint living beings with independent Divine Soul.”

However, the next mont his tone shifted.

“What a pity.”

“If you only fight using such crude thods, you are not worthy of the title of Spirit Painter.”

Soma Kosuke couldn’t be bothered to waste words with him.

He pointed his paintbrush from afar.

“Kill him.”

Two cold words, like a death sentence.

The Ink Colossus, over ten ters tall, moved.

Its scarlet eyes instantly locked onto Kujō Kōji, and its massive body, carrying the force of ten thousand jin, charged forward violently!

With every step, the entire rooftop trembled violently.

Gravel flew, and the floor cracked.

The destructive sense of oppression made the air thick.

Kujō Kōji, however, didn’t even bat an eyelid.

He rely snorted coldly and drifted backward, his posture casual.

Qin Ze stood still, not moving an inch.

He looked at the mountain-like ink giant fist pressing down, his face still maintaining that calm and composed expression.

The giant fist, accompanied by a sharp whistle that tore through the air, smashed down ferociously!

Boom—!

A deafening roar.

The entire hotel building shook violently.

Where Qin Ze had originally stood, the marble floor, along with the reinforced concrete structure beneath, was blasted into a giant pit several ters in diater.

Smoke and dust filled the air, and shattered stones rained down.

The crowd downstairs was scared Soul Flying Away and Spirit Scattering by this sudden violent tremor.

They looked up in horror, their faces filled with shock.

“Oh my god! The rooftop... the rooftop collapsed!”

“What happened? Was it an earthquake?”

Soone with sharp eyes quickly saw the ink-colored giant god standing atop the ruins of the building.

Its ferocious posture and tyrannical Aura were like a Devil King crawling out of Hell.

“That... isn’t that Soma Kosuke-sama’s Shikigami painting?”

“Who is it? Who is fighting against this master?”

The smoke and dust slowly dissipated.

A white figure floated silently in mid-air.

His robes fluttered, unstained by dust.

That punch, which could split mountains and crack stones, hadn't even touched the hem of his clothes.

Incredulous gasps erupted from the crowd.

“He... he actually dodged it!”

“Who is he? Who is that young man in the white kimono?”

On the rooftop, the Ink Colossus let out an angry roar.

Its scarlet eyes locked onto Qin Ze, and its other arm swept across like a black lightning bolt.

Qin Ze’s figure traced an elegant arc in mid-air, easily avoiding it.

He even had the leisure to shake his head at Soma Kosuke opposite him.

“Too slow.”

“And, utterly without beauty.”

Before he finished speaking, his figure instantly vanished from its original spot.

The next second, he appeared like a ghost beside the Ink Colossus’s right arm.

He didn’t use any weapons.

He simply brought his fingers together like a sword and lightly sliced at the thick, ink-colored arm.

“Pfft!”

A soft sound.

The giant arm, capable of easily crushing steel, actually broke and separated silently, as if butter had been cut by a red-hot iron.

There was no gushing ink at the break, but rather it seed to have been instantly vaporized by so force, turning into wisps of smoke.

“Roar—!”

The Shikigami let out a painful roar, revealing its ferocity.

The runic vortex on its chest spun wildly, and countless ink gushed out from the broken arm, attempting to re-condense.

At the sa ti, it opened its gaping maw, and ink-colored energy bullets, compressed from highly concentrated energy, shot towards Qin Ze like a barrage of cannon fire!

Qin Ze’s figure weaved through the hail of bullets, moving with leisurely grace.

Those energy bullets, capable of blowing a tank to pieces, couldn’t even catch his afterimage.

The crowd below was completely dumbfounded.

“This... how is this possible?”

“Soma Kosuke-sama’s Shikigami... is completely no match for him!”

“Who exactly is that person? Why have I never heard of such a powerful expert in Sakura Country?”

In just a few seconds of confrontation, the superiority was clear.

Qin Ze also seed to have lost interest in continuing to play.

He stopped, floating in mid-air, looked at the Ink Colossus still furiously attacking, and let out a soft sigh.

“It’s over.”

His left arm began to twist and deform without warning.

Flesh and blood seed to turn into flowing light and shadow, and his bones made a grating “clack, clack” sound.

A hideous, giant snake head covered in pale scales appeared out of nowhere, replacing his entire left arm!

The snake’s eyes were cold gold, devoid of any emotion.

“Roar!”

The giant snake head let out a Soul-shaking roar and suddenly opened its gaping maw.

An invisible suction force erupted.

The colossal Ink Colossus let out a mournful shriek, its massive body uncontrollably dragged towards the snake’s mouth.

It struggled, it roared.

But in the face of absolute power, everything was futile.

“Crack!”

Accompanied by a crisp tearing sound, the Ink Colossus was bitten in half.

Its body rapidly dissolved, turning into the purest ink energy, completely devoured by the giant snake head.

From the appearance of the Shikigami to its complete annihilation.

The entire process took less than half a minute.

Everyone was speechless, stunned by this shocking scene.

However, as the master of the Shikigami, Soma Kosuke’s face showed no emotional fluctuations whatsoever.

He didn’t even look up.

He still had his head down, the ink-stained brush in his hand rapidly moving across a brand new scroll.

Qin Ze’s left arm returned to normal.

He raised his hand and made a grasping motion towards Soma Kosuke’s location.

The ferocious snake head that had just devoured the Shikigami reappeared, rushing forward with an Aura that seed to devour everything!

“Puff!”

A soft sound.

The snake head easily pierced through Soma Kosuke’s body.

But Qin Ze’s brow furrowed slightly.

That feeling was wrong.

There was no sensation of tearing flesh and blood; it was more like... poking through a layer of paper.

The Soma Kosuke in front of him, along with the scroll in his hand, swayed like a reflection in water, slowly dissipating.

Fake?

A hint of surprise appeared on Qin Ze’s face.

A bit interesting.

He slowly closed his eyes, and his vast ntal Energy spread out like a tide.

Every inch of space on the entire rooftop, and even the entire building, was revealed under his perception.

In just two seconds.

Qin Ze suddenly opened his eyes, his gaze like lightning, shooting towards another corner of the rooftop.

He smiled.

“Found you.”

The ferocious snake head roared out again, but this ti, it didn’t attack directly.

Instead, it suddenly opened its mouth and spat out dozens of exquisitely condensed azure wind blades!

“Tear—!”

Wherever the wind blades passed, space actually tore open layer by layer, like fragile painting paper!

Twisted cracks spread outwards, revealing the real rooftop night scene behind the cracks.

Soma Kosuke’s hiding place was exposed.

However, when that layer of fake “painting paper” was completely torn apart.

On the other side of the paper, it wasn’t Soma Kosuke holding a paintbrush.

But another person.

A young man also wearing a white kimono, with a faint smile on his face.

That face was exactly the sa as Qin Ze’s!

The other Qin Ze stood there silently, watching him calmly with his deep eyes.

Seeing an identical version of himself.

Qin Ze was stunned for a mont.

Then he started to laugh.

“It seems to be getting a bit interesting.”
