Despite that, his Predecessor had never been defeated. The concept of Eternal Transcendence was beyond him, yet he understood it surpassed Tier-10 by far, a realm he couldn't even begin to fathom.
Moreover, learning that the Universe was just a fragnt within the vast expanse of OMNOS revealed that Tier-10 was not the ultimate pinnacle but rely the start of a much longer journey.
That revelation left Jay both awestruck and apprehensive. As a re Tier-2 lifeform, the knowledge of entities far beyond Tier-10 weighed heavily on him, filling him with both dread and anticipation for the future.
The System's voice, resonant a hint of lancholy, continued, "As for how the Prehistoric Era ended, even I am uncertain. I was just a seedling when it happened, hearing only hearsay and rumors from the elders of my kind before being sent to govern this Law-fragnted Universe.
The truth was known only to the PRIMORDIALS and my kind's Forefather. You will learn about it once you et the requirents set by your Predecessor to access the inheritance he left for you, just as you did with his treasured skill, ."
Every piece of information challenged Jay's understanding. He had assud the System was a unique entity, never imagining there was an entire race of such ominous beings, each governing a Universe.
He marveled at the scale and profundity of OMNOS, envisioning countless Universes overseen by those enigmatic entities. The mystery behind the end of the Prehistoric Era intrigued him, but he could only wait to unravel the inheritance left by his Predecessor.
With his pressing questions answered, he turned to a lingering curiosity. "Why do you keep referring to this as a Law-fragnted Universe?"
The System responded, "Normally, a lifeform of your Tier wouldn't be privy to this information, but as a PRIMORDIAL Successor, you are an exception. Before I explain further, tell what you know about Unique Innate Talents."
Jay replied promptly, "Unlike Talents from other categories, Unique ones don't have a grade, and their Mastery stages are extrely hard to raise."
The System nodded in approval. "Indeed, but do you know why that is? Unlike the Laws corresponding to the other categories, the Laws for Unique Talent users to cross higher Universe Limits are incomplete. Once my assimilation with the Universe reaches its end, that will change, and Unique Talent users will rise to their destined prominence."
Compared to earlier revelations, that didn't shock Jay, as he had already suspected the potential of Unique Talents. He had encountered two others, Dante and Zeix, both formidable but limited by their slow Mastery growth.
The System continued, "Your talent falls into the Unique Category because of your Predecessor. ORPHEUS was a Unique Talent user before being chosen by the 3rd ORIGIN CRUX. Their rger created the ORIGIN SIGILS you use, not the actual ability of itself."
Jay gasped, comprehending the intricate workings behind 's evolution. "The fact that you picked the FRA created by ORPHEUS before he was chosen by is a testant to the similarity you share with him. As his Successor, I believe you could achieve heights unimaginable to many. Your playground is the vast OMNOS, and this Universe is but a stepping stone. I shall await your ascendance."
Jay was stunned to learn that the ABYSS FRA was created by his Predecessor. A surge of questions flooded his mind about OMNOS and his Predecessor, but the space around him began to dissipate.
The System, with a sense of urgency and importance, said, "Your Bloodline is the key to completing your FRA or any FRA in existence. Awaken it, and you could even create the almighty ORIGIN FRA, the mark of a PRIMORDIAL. You are about to be sent out of the simulation. I have transmitted the necessary intel to the child by your side. Nurture him with Origin Energy, and he might grow to beco an entity like . Farewell, ORPHEUS Successor."
Jay quickly asked, "Hey, what do you an by my Bloodline?"
Before the System could answer, he was abruptly teleported out. The System's voice echoed within the dissipating space, tinged with surprise and concern, "Strange, he seems unaware of carrying ORPHEUS' Bloodline."
The System seed to daze, accessing so unseen archives, and mumbled with growing confusion, "How did an unawakened 3rd Lineal Pure Blood end up in a desolate part of the Zion Universe? Truly strange. They don't usually send unawakened ones out for Void exploration. Did they make an exception, or..."
The System fell silent, its tone turning grave and worried, "...Or did soone dare to abduct those from the ORPHEUS Lineage? If this matter reaches them, this entire Universe will be implicated, Fiends and Sentinels alike."
"Whoever was behind it had covered their tracks exceptionally well. For soone to escape the surveillance of even the Great Forefather, it could only an the involvent of a PRIMORDIAL." The System's thoughts spiraled into dark possibilities, a sense of dread creeping in as it contemplated the depth of machinations at play.
anwhile, Jay's consciousness returned to his body, leaving the simulation behind. A series of notifications hovered in front of him.
