Ery could feel his entire body burning with excitent, the urge within him eagerly waiting for him to finally release the leash and throw itself into the fight. However, his last bit of conscience still managed to maintain control.
With the strength he currently had, Ery was confident on fighting one, or two Crescent Moon dark elf magus simultaneously. He even probably could take on a Half Moon magus. However, definitely not all three at the sa ti.
While he was still in control of his thoughts, Ery turned to the Half Moon magus, who was the leader of the group, and with a mocking smile on his lips he said, "Your n are not strong enough for … How about you? Do you dare to fight ? Or are you just good enough to gang up on an acolyte?"
It was a blatant provocation and challenge, as if that wasn't enough, Ery followed this by putting on a disdainful smile aid at the proud dark elf magus.
Even though the dark elf probably knew this was a trick, Ery was certain the forr would still accept it. The dark elf magus could not refuse such a challenge, his pride as a magus and elf lineage would not allow him to do so.
Accepting the challenge, the Half Moon magus ordered one of his n to stand guard to make sure Ery did not run away, while the last one went to check on the unconscious dark elf.
Seeing that his taunt was working, Ery gave another glint of a fierce smile. His right hand was wielding the Tier 6 dagger, while the other was set with three blades protruding from the knuckles. He was ready to charge at any mont.
The dark elf captain shouted loudly as an intense pressure radiated from him. As his body was engulfed in dark flas, he took out a two ter long double-edged sword and brandished it at Ery.
Baaaaammmm!
A deafening dull sound rang through the air as the captain dashed over and attacked Ery, sending him reeling from the incredible force. A look of shock appeared on Ery's face, as he found out that his opponent's strike was sothing his nearly 500 combat power could not handle. His face imdiately turned deadly serious.
anwhile, his opponent didn't remain idle. The dark elf captain imdiately gave chase after his initial attack, charging forward and barraging Ery with ferocious attacks as his double-edged sword moved swiftly like a hurricane.
Clankk! Clankk! Clankk!
It didn't take long for Ery's arms to go numb from receiving the relentless attacks. Coupled with the fact that his fighting ability with dagger and claws was limited, he found himself unable to match up to his opponent, neither in skill nor strength.
Nevertheless, Ery had no plans to change his current fighting weapon to a sword.
Instead, he stored away the dagger and drew out the blade claws on his other hand. Brandishing his clenched hands, Ery fought using the claw technique he had learned, while relying completely on his fighting instincts to make up his decisions in battle.
It was as if he had turned into a primal beast, unleashing the rage that had been building up inside.
The attacks from the dark elf captain continued, inflicting nurous cuts and wounds on Ery's body, yet he continued to ferociously attack his opponent without the slightest bit of inhibition.
Clankk! Clankk! Clankk!
After taking dozens more hits to his body, Ery could be seen staggering before finally collapsing to the ground. He could feel excruciating pain all over his body, but once again he stood up and let out a deafening roar.
Hooowwllll!
Ery charged at the dark elf captain, rousing his spirit energy and casting [Void Mist] he conjured several clones of himself. Together, they quickly surrounded the Half Moon magus and attacked in unison.
Clankk! Clankk! Splaatt!
After a dozen more strikes, Ery finally managed to get one hit from his opponent, seeing the blood on his claws, his eyes quickly narrowed dangerously as he was desirous for more.
It had been several minutes since the fight had started, by now the confident expression on the dark elf captain's face was no more. He was thoroughly drenched in sweat as he found himself being gradually pushed back.
To his surprise and dismay, each of his opponent's attacks was able to drain a bit of his strength when it hit his body. Moreover, the longer the fight went on, the more ruthless and relentless his opponent beca. He also couldn't help but be shocked by the terrifying regeneration his opponent had.
"What kind of wolf are you?!"
Unnerved by the abnormality that was Ery, the dark elf captain gritted his teeth and cast a spell that quickly set the surrounding area in flas.
Ery's entire body was quickly swallowed whole, however, the wolf inside him only beca more ferocious. Ignoring the excruciating burning sensation, he charged through the sea of flas and landed an attack, piercing through the dark elf's shoulder.
"Arrghhhh!"
A refreshing feeling ca to Ery's mind as more of the dark elf's energy was devoured by his claws.
anwhile, the dark elf captain turned anxious as he felt more strength leave his body. Knowing he would be defeated if this continued, he was forced to throw away all his pride and enlist the help of his other two comrades.
"Kill him! Quickly kill him!"
Hearing their leader's panicked voice, the two imdiately shot up and attacked Ery.
Unfortunately, his current body, which had received multiple injuries, could only perform a few evasive maneuvers, before one of the magus was able to land a flaming chain that restrained him while the other smashed his mace to the back of his head.
BAAAMMM!!!
Ery was forcibly brought down to his knee, held down like an animal. Even so, his ferocity was unstoppable, his mouth letting out a guttural grunt.
The dark elf captain walked up to him, swinging his double-edged sword ready for a killing blow as he said, "You are not a simple acolyte indeed. Unfortunately, the likes of you will have to die here! Now!"
It was at this ti that the dark elf captain realized the half-man half-wolf held down by his comrades wasn't actually grunting in pain. Instead, one of palpable excitent.
The rage within Ery had finally completed its accumulation and succeeded in unleashing it.

[Battle power rapidly increasing]
The three magus all sported shocked expressions as they watched the acolyte's body enlarge rapidly, becoming so large it shattered the chains of fire that bound him. Before they could react, the beast dashed forward, tackling the unprepared dark elf captain in front of him. The mont their bodies hit the ground, he thrusted his enlarged claws into his chest.
"Arrghhhh!"
