Quite a bit of ti passed before the tallic sphere started to give him visuals in his mind, but when it finally did, Ery found himself to be quickly overwheld.
Pieces of mory after mory rushed at him in droves, filling the blank he had in his head. The recent ones were easier to retrieve than the older ones, but their sheer number still weighed a bit on his mind.
First, Ery rembered the white-haired girl called Silva. The days they had spent on the island together and the months she took care of him.
After that, it took a while to go through the mories of being in the dark, where the only connection he had with reality was his hearing sense as people ca and went talking about his condition.
Ery's body began to tremble when the mory of multiple fights on a dark elven planet replayed back in his mind. The sights, sensations, and feelings he experienced back then ca flooding back to him.
The mory of braving nurous dangers as he rescued people who seed important to him, especially a black-haired girl. He knew she was soone significant to him, but he couldn't get the na no matter how hard he tried.
Instead, his mind was constantly plagued by great hatred and deep sorrow for the death of his master, which subsequently led him to despise two particular figures: a woman called Zenonia and a man called Lucius.
Even though one of them had died, Ery still hated her so much he wished he could kill her again dozens of tis. As for the other one… he could only hope the man was still alive, as the blood within him began to roil at the thought of his na.
"He… is supposed to be my protector, my patriarch. How… how could he use … and kill my master."
The indescribable feeling of intense despair, coupled with the inexplicable hatred for that man, seed to beco the catalyst that Ery needed to finally make a breakthrough.

Once again, Ery was greeted with a vision of two familiar wolves. This ti, however, he wasn't startled nor afraid. On the contrary, as he stared at the two srizing yet nacing creatures, they approached him with obvious respect, as if bowing to their master.

When Ery opened his eyes again, a sense of calm settled over him, as if a missing piece had fallen in place. The entire process had taken five days and all the [Fey Serum] that was given to him.
As his body started to cool down from the changes taking place, Ery turned his gaze to the bracelet on his wrist and checked his updated status. His eyes widened slightly when he saw the result the breakthrough brought.

Apart from going through an unexpected breakthrough, Ery had managed to regain most of his mories from the ti he was on the elven planet. For that reason, he was now able to make a proper comparison between his past and present self, but the conclusion was not one he liked.
"I was much stronger than this…" He muttered under his breath.
Before his death, Ery rembered his battle power had reached 350 points. Not only that, he had also attained the magus' fad [Immortal Body] which gave him a much better regeneration ability for combat.
Unfortunately, he now seed to have lost the innate ability, which ant there was still sothing needed to be done for him.
The other difference he found between his past and current self was the percentage of his gene essence, where the latter had by that ti reached the 50% mark, just a step to break into rank 7. Though, he did rember he had failed the breakthrough, to which he assud he had gone berserk and died from the aftermath.
Finally, the one thing that annoyed him the most was the existence of his second core ― or rather its absence, which was really the biggest reason for his strength being weaker compared to his past self.
"Does this an I won't be able to cast dark magic anymore?"
If that was the case, Ery's situation could only be described as disastrous. After all, that basically ant he would no longer be able to use his strongest gravity spells or the space magic he relied on the most, one of which was the storage spell he always used [Spatial Space].
At that thought, Ery's face contorted in complete horror. All his items and belongings…
"This cannot be!"
Ery let out a deep sigh, venting out his frustration before he was compelled to destroy anything. Now that he knew what he had lost, he felt more irritated than ever.
He should definitely ask soone about this matter. He hoped that there would be… maybe so trace of it left in his soul or sothing that perhaps could be used to retrieve his possessions… maybe.
Closing his eyes, he took a deep breath and cald his raging emotions, telling himself he had to do things one at a ti, step by step, lest anything else went wrong.
That said, the first thing he decided he should do was recover his ability to cast spells. After all, if he couldn't even cast a spell with the core he now had, he really shouldn't bother thinking about the one he didn't have.
Taking another deep breath, Ery quickly returned to the lotus position and tried to probe his magus core.
He noticed there was much lower percentage in the Law of Light compared to the stats before he died, but other than that he should still be able to cast nature spells with the comprehension of law he had.
Diving into his mind, he went back and forth through the mory labyrinth just so he could rember what kind of spells he had. The result, two days passed by and it was a complete failure.
By this ti, the 7 days were up and Annara ca to pick him up for the task he promised to the Queen. When he finally saw the red-haired girl again, she simply nodded before motioning for him to follow her.
"Let's go."
