"The Earth faction leads again! 6 to 5!"

"Unbelievable! These duels have beco far more intense than anyone predicted!"

Hers’s voice rang through the coliseum as the wounded Hephaestus was carried off the battlefield. What remained of his once-mighty Titan Breaker lay scattered across the arena floor—glowing shards, twisted armor, and broken runes. Workers rushed in, sweeping up the remains while cheers erupted from Earth’s corner.

Chumo, stand tall, didn’t bask in the praise. Without delay, he downed a high-grade healing pill, his breaths long and slow as he steadied his pulse.

In the Earth corner, elation erupted.

Chumo’s power was undeniable now. The arrow that shattered Hephaestus’s armor wasn’t sothing any ordinary Magus realm warrior could conjure. Even the Earth faction hadn’t expected such force from the quiet Chumo.

Klea narrowed her eyes. Where did such power co from? That final attack—sothing about it made her uneasy.

On the other side, Kronos’s faction seethed.

The Kronos faction had only four fighters left.

But more than just numbers, it was the pressure that weighed heavily upon them now. They could no longer afford to send another Magus Realm warrior into the fray—not after Chumo’s overwhelming display against Hephaestus. Another loss would be devastating. If Chumo managed to secure yet another victory, the Earth faction would climb to seven points, leaving Kronos with little chance of recovering before the final matches. And with their maximum possible score being eight, Earth would only need one more win to secure a draw, a result Kronos could not tolerate.

They were the gods of Olympus. A draw, to them, was no different than defeat.

Zeus stepped forward with divine sparks flickering across his skin. His eyes burned with conviction as he addressed the throne behind him.

"Father," he said, his voice heavy with thunder. "Let finish this."

But Kronos shook his head. "No," he said.

Instead, he extended his hand toward another figure standing tall at his side—stoic, unreadable, clad in seafoam-colored armor that shimred like deep ocean current.

"Poseidon."

The god of the seas t his father’s gaze without a word.

"Do not fail. Whatever it takes."

A silence fell as the god of the sea stepped forward, clad in dark turquoise armor that shimred like ocean depths. The mont he entered the arena, the crowd exploded.

"POSEIDON! POSEIDON! POSEIDON!"

The chants thundered through the coliseum. For centuries, Poseidon had served as Kronos’s most dependable general. While Zeus may have held the title of heir, many whispered that Poseidon was the stronger of the two—steadier, and more disciplined.

Unlike the chatty Hephaestus, Poseidon was a man of few words. He raised his trident, aiming it directly at Chumo—a silent stance that made one thing clear: he would not underestimate the young magus.

Across the field, Chumo rose. His expression remained unreadable, but within his eyes, a sharp edge had ford. Despite the overwhelming presence now before him, Chumo didn’t flinch. He had anticipated this outco. From the beginning, his goal had been to defeat one of Kronos’ Grand Magus—either Zeus or Poseidon.

"I would’ve preferred facing Zeus. But I’ll defeat any of you just the sa."

From the Earth side, Julian and Klea exchanged glances. There was sothing different about Chumo. His old timidity, his hesitation—it was gone. In its place was a terrifying calm.

Hers raised his hand. "Let the duel begin!"

Chumo wasted no ti.

A surge of shadow burst from beneath him as he unleashed [Immortale Gate – Stage 8], then wrapped his entire body in a dense field of Khaos. His body blurred, then fragnted—splintering into eight identical forms. In a blink, they scattered, darting in all directions like shadows cast by a shattered sun. Each drew a bowstring back simultaneously, conjuring crimson-black energy arrows. Without warning, forty energy bolts scread toward Poseidon in a spiraling formation.

But Poseidon didn’t flinch.

Poseidon raised his trident—three jagged, ocean-blue prongs shimring with ancient might—and swept it in a slow, graceful arc. From that single motion, a wall of water erupted. Not ordinary water—this was a dense, viscous torrent imbued with the Law of Oceans. It didn’t just block the arrows—it swallowed them, devouring their montum mid-flight as if they had been fired into the heart of the sea.

So arrows clattered uselessly against the trident’s spinning defense. Others sank in midair, vanishing into hovering orbs of suspended water.

"I have no ti for gas," Poseidon said, his voice cold and deep as the abyss.

Then he raised his trident again and began chanting in an ancient tongue:

"By the oaths of the deep, by the tides unbroken... I summon the ocean’s dominion."

A pulse of power rolled through the arena.

Then, without warning, a colossal vortex of water erupted from all directions, encasing the entire coliseum in a massive, spherical bubble of oceanic pressure. Sound beca muffled. Movent slowed. It was as if the arena had been subrged into a vast underwater world.

The crowd gasped in awe. Water rippled between the transparent do and the stands, the boundary glimring with runes of containnt.

"Is that... a battlefield domain?" Hardy whispered.

Klea’s eyes narrowed. Her stomach twisted in dread.

"No... it shouldn’t be possible," she muttered. "Poseidon only recently broke into the Grand Magus rank. A single-cosmos grand magus shouldn’t be able to form a domain battlefield..."

Julian clenched his fist. "No... not a true domain. It’s a high-grade mimic—his Law of Ocean lets him simulate the sa effects."

Even so, it was more than enough to crush a Magus realm fighter.

Inside the watery do, Chumo’s clones faltered. The dense currents pulled at their forms, distorting their movents. His techniques struggled against the oppressive liquid field.

Poseidon lifted his trident again—this ti with speed.

WHOOOM!

A blast of pressure swept through the chamber. Like an underwater shockwave, it detonated from his weapon, instantly annihilating the clones with brutal efficiency. Each shadowy double burst into black mist, leaving only the real Chumo, hovering near the edge of the bubble.

"There you are."

Poseidon surged forward, diving through his domain with serpentine grace. Water twisted around him like an extension of his own will. He closed the distance with terrifying speed, his trident poised to impale.

Just ters before impact, sothing changed.

A blood-red sigil blazed to life on Chumo’s forehead.

With a roar, he pushed back. A sudden spike of power burst from his body, disrupting the flow of water around him. His figure vanished into a swirl of shadow just as Poseidon struck, piercing only a ripple of black mist.

Poseidon skidded to a halt, turning sharply.

On the far edge of the domain, Chumo reappeared—hovering low, breathing heavily, but still calm.

"Hm," Poseidon muttered with a flicker of intrigue. "Interesting technique... but I’ve seen these tricks before."

He raised his trident once again, this ti channeling not force, but life.

All around him, dozens of glowing jellyfish-like spirits materialized. They pulsed with light, shedding illumination across the entire battlefield. Their radiance spread rapidly, creeping across the watery do until no corner remained dark.

"You fight in shadows," Poseidon declared. "So I’ll take those from you."

The glowing jellyfish drifted like lanterns in the deep, their tendrils spreading soft brilliance into every crevice. Chumo’s expression tensed.
