Still playing at unrequited love, Kyle?
At this mont, Kyle Kinston was rely staring intently at the person not far away. He deliberately concealed himself, so there was no worry that she would notice him.
His gaze was unwilling to leave her for even an instant, as if the suppressed longing from the past few days erupted upon seeing her.
Why did he so desire to watch her? The more he watched, the more nostalgic he felt, as if rely being able to look at her was sothing he had longed for countless tis.
Was this a deep-rooted yearning for destiny? Or was it sothing else...
Every ti he saw her, it seed to stir within him a complex mix of emotions like sadness, regret, and sothing else.
But what’s the matter? He had found his lifeline; he should be happy, shouldn’t he? What was there to be sad or regretful about?
Suddenly, another figure entered his line of sight, cloaking his eyes in a shadow.
Atlas Shaw!
The person she was watching from under the stand at that ti must have been Atlas Shaw!
Even though Atlas Shaw’s appearance and deanor differed from what he had seen in the news, causing him a mont’s hesitation, he was certain when he saw him walk straight to her side.
This person was indeed Atlas Shaw, and it seed he had a significant relationship with her, even though Alexander Quinn’s na had never appeared in the dia’s gossip about him.
Kyle Kinston’s lips tightened, while Atlas Shaw walked up to Mabel Quinn and suddenly said, "How’s the new script coming along?"
Mabel turned and saw the familiar face, finally exhaling, "You startled ."
"You seed so focused," Atlas Shaw smiled, "Are you gathering material for the new script?"
"Yes," she responded, "The outline and the first three episodes are already written and submitted to the film company. Since it includes case reasoning, quite a bit of research is needed." After all, the reasoning content must be rigorous, especially in the logic aspect.
"Well, it’s settled then. Let act in your script, any role will do," Atlas Shaw said.
"With your stature, if you really play a supporting role, the producers probably wouldn’t agree," Mabel Quinn laughed, "But why are you here?" she asked while glancing around the library. Fortunately, there weren’t many people, and of those present, no one noticed the film star casually sitting in the library.
"I was nearby discussing sothing, and saw your car parked outside the library. I thought you might be here gathering information again," he said, knowing that over the years, they had beco quite familiar with each other’s daily routines.
"Wouldn’t it have been easier to call first? What if I wasn’t here?" Mabel Quinn asked.
"Then I’d just consider it a day tour of the library," Atlas Shaw laughed nonchalantly and then sat beside Mabel, languidly placing his head on the table, "I’m going to take a nap, wake up when you’re ready to leave."
With that, he really did fall asleep lying on the table.
