The nearby bodyguards almost fainted. Please, would the CEO lack self-confidence? It just doesn’t connect with the CEO at all.
"Alright, I’m not a policeman uncle. If you’re looking to thank the police, then you’ve got the wrong person," Kyle Kinston said, stooping to set the little one down.
"You’re not a police uncle? Then why are you standing together with the policen?" Katherine Quinn asked in disappointnt.
Those nearby who heard this just wanted to retort. What kind of logic is that!
"No," Kyle promptly replied with those two words.
So the little one thought for a mont and said, "Why don’t you beco a policeman? Policen are good people who catch bad guys."
The policen nearby were speechless, having a CEO beco a small-town cop? Such statents could only co from a child.
Besides, if soone isn’t a policeman, does that an he’s not a good person?
"Mr. Kinston is also soone who saved you, he’s a good person," he quickly added, fearing the little one might say sothing even more surprising if they didn’t stop her. The police officer thought it would be best to take the kid to the police station and find her family.
If she lingered around here any longer, who knows what shocking words might co from the little one’s mouth.
But by this ti, the little one’s feet had already touched the ground, yet her hands were still wrapped around Kyle Kinston’s neck, keeping Kyle in a bent-over position.
"Co, the policeman uncle will take you to find mommy," a policeman beside them said, hoping the little one would voluntarily let go of the hand around Mr. Kinston’s neck. He dared not pull that hand away himself.
The word "Mommy" clearly touched the little one. She imdiately turned her head to look at the policeman who had just spoken.
The policeman hurriedly made a gesture to embrace, opening his arms, waiting for the little one to co over on her own. But instead, the little one turned her head back to look at Kyle Kinston, "Even though you’re not a policeman, you also saved . Thank you!"

Kyle Kinston was left a bit stunned, slowly straightening up as he watched the policen take the little girl into the police car and then leave the scene. Raising his hand, he gently touched his cheek where he had been kissed earlier, feeling it sowhat warm.
And when the little one left his embrace, he unexpectedly felt a sort of emptiness.
