Mabel Quinn followed Kyle Kinston to the car, only to find no Driver present. Kyle had taken the driver’s seat himself; it seed he hadn’t used a chauffeur and had driven over to pick her up personally today.
Mabel Quinn got into the car, fastened her seatbelt, and Kyle asked while driving, "Aren’t you curious about anything?"
"Curious about what?" she asked, puzzled.
"For instance, the Howards Family," he said nonchalantly.
She froze, then realized, "You overheard my conversation with Lyra Grant?"
"Just the last two sentences, but I can roughly guess what she was saying to you," Kyle replied.
Mabel Quinn turned to look at Kyle, thought for a mont, then asked, "Is it true that I’m your only girlfriend?"
"Yes," he confird.
"Before, you said you wanted my entire life and that if you ever fell in love with soone, it would only be . Was that true?" she asked again.
"It was true," he said.
"So, will you ever cheat in the future?" she asked once more.
He glanced at her with his phoenix eyes, this girl was getting bolder with her questions lately. Apart from her, no one else would dare ask him this, "No," he uttered firmly.
She smiled, "Then that’s fine. If you want to tell sothing, you will. If you don’t, asking you won’t help. Besides, Lyra Grant hopes I’ll be jealous and confront you, making you annoyed; wouldn’t that be playing into her hands?"
"So, you’re not jealous, are you?" Kyle suddenly asked.
Before Mabel Quinn could react, he abruptly swerved the steering wheel, stopping the car under a shady tree.
Then he unfastened his seatbelt, leaned toward her, placing both hands on either side of her seat, looking down and asked, "If you’re not jealous, does it an that you haven’t placed much importance on ?"

"I..." Indeed, how should she answer this question?
"Hmm?" he humd, lowering his head further.
Kyle lowered his head and asked, "How long do you plan to think before answering ?"
"I... I am jealous, but I just keep the jealousy to myself," Mabel quickly replied. At tis like this, she could only put aside her pride. If she didn’t answer soon, her heart might not withstand his proximity!
"Really?" he chuckled softly.
She nodded fervently, even if it wasn’t true, she’d have to say it was true at a ti like this. She didn’t want to put on a public display of affection with him here! If soone ca by, they’d probably witness their current situation in the car clearly.
