Dorian Howards slightly furrowed his brows, leaned down and said, "What, it’s been three years and you don’t rember ?" Just the thought of this possibility made him uncomfortable inside. He had rembered this woman for three years.
If she dared to say those three words, "I don’t rember," he would have to grab her by the neck and make her swallow them back, one by one.
Alice Conley continued blinking her eyes, then raised her hand and touched Dorian Howards’ face.
Dorian’s long brows arched, but he didn’t move.
The result was that she pinched his handso face, causing Dorian to painfully seize her hand and demand, "What kind of madness is this!" He figured there was only ever one person in his life who dared to pinch his face like that.
And then she said, "Well, turns out it’s not a dream after all."
He sneered, "You really wish this were a dream, don’t you?"
She nodded, "Yeah, because seeing you, it just feels like nothing good can happen." While saying this, she pulled back the covers, got out of bed, and looked down to see she was still wearing the clothes from yesterday, and breathed a small sigh of relief. Safe enough.
Dorian could see through what this girl was thinking with one look, so he said, "Clothes don’t an anything. Last night you were hugging and didn’t let go, we did everything we were supposed to do."
Actually, nothing happened, but right now, he just wanted to irk her. It made no sense that the only one feeling bothered was him while she could be indifferent and carefree.
Alice’s expression did indeed change, but what she said was, "You better not expect to give you money, I’m busy looking for a job myself and struggling to get by, I have no money for you."
Dorian was exasperated, "Alice Conley, you think I care about your asly money?" He’s seen all kinds of money, as the heir to the Howards Family, he could throw away billions without flinching.
"Good if you don’t care." Alice shrugged, "Then let’s say I took advantage of you this ti, from now on, let’s go our separate ways, stay out of each other’s business, alright?" She finished speaking, found her shoes, put them on, and got ready to leave.
Dorian’s ominous voice ca from behind her, "Are you so sure? Can you really go our separate ways with ?"
Her steps hesitated for a mont, "Why wouldn’t I be sure, haven’t we been like this for three years already?"
She opened the tavern door and left, while Dorian looked solemn, lowering his gaze to his hands—these hands... had just touched her, held her hand.
This woman really didn’t care about him, and the funny thing was, at the mont he saw her again, he realized that he had never let her go.

Mabel Quinn was on set when she received a call from Alice Conley.
"Mabel, what exactly happened after I got drunk last night?" Alice asked anxiously.
Mabel quickly recounted what happened last night, then said, "That Dorian Howards is a friend of Kyle’s. Did he take you ho yesterday?"
