"Father, I will never repeat your mistakes, never." Kyle Kinston stared at the headstone and said.
The man on the gravestone, so handso, no doubt countless won would be moved by him, yet the one he wanted never felt anything for him.
Suddenly, Kyle Kinston frowned slightly and turned his head, only to see a figure walking towards him.
"What are you doing here?" Seeing the person, Kyle Kinston asked sowhat displeased.
Francine Howards walked to the gravestone, placed the bouquet of flowers she was holding in front of it, and bowed three tis before saying to Kyle Kinston, "You co here at this ti every year, I just wanted to keep you company."
"I never needed anyone’s company," Kyle Kinston said coldly.
"If you don’t need company, then what’s your relationship with that girl in J City? Why did you hold her hand? And why did you let her move into your place in J City?" Francine Howards asked.
Kyle Kinston sneered coldly at Francine Howards, "You don’t need to know that." After saying that, his gaze returned to the gravestone, as if everything around him was just air.
Francine Howards pressed her red lips together and, after a long pause, said softly, "Kyle, do you really think this woman will love you, will accept everything about you? If one day she knows everything, do you think she will still accept you?"
Kyle Kinston’s tall body stiffened ever so slightly.
"Only I, only I am the one who loves you the most," Francine Howards continued, reaching out to wrap her arms around Kyle Kinston’s waist from behind, "Only I can truly accept you, all of you. No matter how cruel you may be, or what you’ve done, I can accept it..."
"Shut up!" Kyle Kinston said harshly, his pitch-black almond eyes staring fiercely at the woman before him, "You better not utter another word, otherwise, I don’t care who you are, you won’t leave here unhard today!"
His eyes seed to be stained with a bloody crimson, making Francine Howards montarily speechless, the many words she had prepared stuck in her throat.
After a long while, she murmured, "Kyle, what’s so good about that woman in J City? That woman isn’t even worthy of you! She’s not from your world at all." Only she, only she was truly worthy of him!
Over these years, she constantly made herself better, hoping that one day she would truly be worthy of him.
Kyle Kinston turned his head, staring fixedly at the gravestone etched with nas, "If one day I die, then I will certainly be buried together with her like this."
Francine Howards’ face turned pale instantly, she stumbled back, looking at Kyle Kinston in disbelief. Did he really say such a thing...? Was that woman in J City so important to him?
After the candles and incense had burned out, Kyle Kinston bowed three more tis to the gravestone and turned to leave.
Francine Howards suddenly shouted, "Kyle, have you forgotten your parents’ matters? Do you think that woman will really accept you? Maybe in the end, she will be just like your mother..."
