Mabel Quinn didn’t know how long she had stared at Kyle Kinston’s face before she fell asleep. When she opened her eyes, she was greeted by a sowhat unfamiliar ceiling, and when she naturally turned her head to the side, she saw Kyle Kinston’s face.
His sleeping face, with closed eyes, was so beautiful. For a mont, Mabel felt as if she were looking at the male lead on those movie posters, as if this man carried a sigh-inducing story, as if he were waiting for soone to reach out to him.
She couldn’t help but extend her hand to touch his cheek, feeling a warm heat in her palm, which was his warmth.
Hmm, the skin texture feels nice.
At this mont, Mabel’s mind was still in a daze from just waking up, acting almost on instinct.
Until the phoenix eyes on that face she touched slowly opened, their dark gaze staring at her, she jolted awake with a start.

In an instant, Mabel felt her whole body stiffen. This is no male lead from a poster, co on! Dear god, how could she be so out of it as to touch his face!
She awkwardly lifted her hand from his face and sat up in a flash, "I didn’t an to, I just... just couldn’t help it for a mont... No, it’s because you look so good asleep, that’s why I..."
For god’s sake, what is she saying, the more she explains, the worse it gets. Mabel’s face flushed red, feeling like everything she said was just wrong.
But her helpless deanor made the corners of his lips twitch, "Couldn’t help it? Think I look good?" He sat up, exuding a lazy charm.
She pressed her lips together, nodded stiffly under his gaze, even though these words ca out without much thought, but... they were the truth.
"So, would you fall in love with ?" he asked lazily.
Jaw to the floor. Fall in love?! A man like Kyle Kinston, is she really capable of loving him? If she really fell for this man, she was sure she’d be wrecked to nothing.
"You... probably don’t need to love you, right? A big figure like you shouldn’t be lacking won around," she cautiously replied. Surely it’s not that Mr. Kinston lacks love, needing her to fall for him?
He gave a light hum, but didn’t pursue the topic further.
Getting out of bed, after freshening up, Kyle Kinston said to Mabel Quinn, "Change clothes and co down for breakfast in a bit."
