Mabel Quinn pursed her lips. It seed that Francine Howards would attend the Quinn Family matriarch’s birthday banquet today, perhaps primarily to chat with her about Kyle Kinston.
"The first ti I saw Kyle, I was seven years old. When I looked into his eyes, it was like I was looking at a wounded beast. Obviously fragile, obviously lifeless and hollow, yet when soone approached, he beca so fierce. From that mont, I couldn’t take my eyes off him," Francine spoke to herself. "Have you seen him covered in scars? Have you seen him as fierce as a demon? Have you seen him cold and ruthless? If you haven’t seen all this, what right do you have to love him?"
"You don’t need a reason to love soone. Even if I haven’t seen him as you described, I’m still certain that I love Kyle," Mabel t Francine’s gaze and replied.
Francine chuckled softly, "Do you love Kyle because of his power and status, or because of his looks? How much do you really know about him?"
"Miss Howards, do you think Kyle’s personality lacks charm? Without power, status, or looks, is there nothing else about him that can attract people?" Mabel countered, "If this is all you wanted to talk to about, then I can tell you, Miss Howards, I love Kyle, because he is Kyle Kinston, and there is only one Kyle Kinston in the world."
After Mabel finished speaking, her phone rang. She picked it up to see it was a call from Kyle Kinston.
She pressed the answer button, and Kyle’s voice ca through, "Has the banquet ended?"
"It’s over, I’m just about to leave," Mabel replied.
"My car will be at the gate of the Quinn estate in about five minutes," Kyle said.
"Okay, I’ll be out right away," Mabel put away her phone and turned to leave. Just as she was walking out of the Quinn estate, she noticed Francine had also followed her out.
Francine suddenly spoke, "If one day, you discover that Kyle is a criminal with bloodstained hands, and realize that his coldness is far beyond your imagination, would you still say you love him like you do today?"
"That’s between him and , so there’s no need for you to worry, Miss Howards," Mabel replied.
"Kyle’s coldness and ruthlessness are beyond what you can imagine right now, Mabel. You can’t stand by Kyle’s side in the end," Francine said coldly.
At that mont, Kyle’s car drove up, and Kyle got out, casually noticing Francine standing with Mabel.
He furrowed his brow slightly but simply went up to hold Mabel’s hand, "Did anything troubleso happen?"
"No," Mabel shook her head.
Kyle held Mabel’s hand and led her back to the car. Francine bit her lip slightly, watching the car drive further away. Cold and ruthless... The words she had just said to Mabel she now deeply felt about Kyle’s coldness and ruthlessness.
If Kyle were a beast, then she would certainly be the best Beast Tar. No matter how cold and ruthless this beast was, in the end, he would be hers!

In the evening, after washing up, Mabel sat on the bed looking at the Jade Ring that Edward Quinn had given her. From the material, it was obvious that the jade was of high quality, and it wouldn’t co cheap.
