"Your leg is fine." Kyle Kinston said, his fingers brushing over Mabel Quinn’s slightly swollen eyes, "Have you cried enough?"
She blushed a little with embarrassnt, feeling childish for crying like that at her age.
"Don’t cry like that again in the future, it makes feel helpless." He said.
She blinked her eyes, still shimring with tears, "Helpless?"
"Yes, I don’t know how to stop you from crying, I... also don’t really know how to comfort you in these monts." He said sowhat awkwardly, even his ears were slightly red.

In the evening, Mabel Quinn nestled in Kyle Kinston’s embrace, asking about what happened that afternoon.

Kyle Kinston’s body shook violently and he suddenly hugged Mabel Quinn tightly, as if to embed her into his body.
"Kyle?" She couldn’t help but gasp softly.
He embraced her, inhaling her scent, feeling her warmth, "Earthly Hell, what an apt description." If anything had happened to her, it would truly be an earthly Hell for him.
