His phone’s wallpaper was her photograph, one where she was smiling and looking back, as if that glance could give him the whole world.
"Mabel, you’ll co back, won’t you? I’ll wait for you, wait for you to return." He murmured, his fingers sliding across her image on the screen.

Mabel Quinn didn’t know how much ti had passed now because her arms and hands were being held by Daniel Harris, so she couldn’t take out her phone to check the ti. But she could roughly feel that it had probably exceeded an hour by now.
