At this mont, her palm covered his lips, warmth radiating from it, while his eyes fixed intently on hers. Those dark eyes seed to hold an infinite desire.
Mabel Quinn gazed at Kyle Kinston’s eyes, sowhat transfixed, then suddenly wanted to pull back her hand. But just as her hand left his lips, his hand had already caught hers, placing it by his cheek, gently rubbing against it, "What’s the matter? Hearing your own script read by soone else makes you embarrassed?"
"Who told you to recite the exact part where..." She hesitated, her almond eyes glaring at him, her cheeks flushed, lips slightly pouting, and those glistening eyes, all of which stirred the possessiveness within him once again.
"What part?" He toyed with her fingers, raising an eyebrow as he looked at her.
Her face reddened even more. He obviously knew what she was referring to! "In any case, don’t recite... uh, and don’t even look."
As she spoke, she tried to withdraw her hand from his grip.
However, he still held her hand, drawing it to his lips, lightly kissing her fingertips, "In your script, is this how Jake Xenos kisses Margaret’s fingers?" he asked, scattering gentle kisses on her fingers.
Jake and Margaret were the nas of the male and female leads in her script.
Co on, was he planning to give her the full experience now? Mabel couldn’t help but think, then realized it seed indeed so. After kissing her fingers, he then pressed her hand to his heart, "Now, can you feel it?"
Boom!
Mabel felt the blood rush to her head, as if it were about to boil over. Those were... Jake Xenos’s lines! And he had just recited them aloud like that.
At that mont, his gaze shifted, as if the character she wrote appeared right before her, gazing at her in that way.
Suddenly, he chuckled, "What’s the matter? Just saying the character’s lines makes you blush like this?"
"No... no way..." she denied flatly, though her words clearly stuttered.
He seed to laugh even more joyously, pulling her into his arms, lowering his head, his lips gently brushing hers, "So maybe I should have beco an actor in the first place. Would that make you fall for even more?"
"No, being a businessman... is pretty good, too. I like businessn," she hurried to say. If he truly beca an actor or sothing, he might have beco a superstar, and then they wouldn’t even be able to shop without a crowd asking for autographs.
Thinking about it, although he was a CEO, he actually hadn’t appeared in public photos much. While so news reports ntioned his na, his appearance rarely showed up on screen. Instead, so gossip forums drew many female comnts because of his looks.
But ultimately, he hadn’t reached the point where everyone on the street recognized him, like the neighbor’s aunt who still asked her what Kyle Kinston actually did.
She could only vaguely reply with "corporation employee."
And according to the aunt, the community’s property service seed to have urgently replaced quite a few people recently, and the area around the community seed to have increased in security.
