Each question circled around Alice Conley’s mind. When eting his gaze, she suddenly beca a bit flustered, a sense of unease rising in her heart.
"I... I need to use the restroom." She hurriedly said, then quickly walked out of the lounge.
anwhile, after the press conference ended, Mabel Quinn and Kyle Kinston headed towards the lounge, Mabel thinking to check on Alice there.
Just as they reached the stairway, they saw Indigo Quigley and Alice Conley seemingly arguing about sothing at the top of the stairs, just as Alice turned, intending to go upstairs, Indigo deliberately bumped into her with a smile on her face, "So sorry, bumped into you!"
But at this mont, who had the ti to care about her words, Alice stumbled, losing her balance and leaning backward. But behind her was the stairway; Mabel’s eyes turned red with urgency, only having ti to shout, "Alice!"
She dashed swiftly trying to catch the other person. At this mont, nothing must happen to Alice!
Seeing Alice falling down, about to hit Mabel, another figure suddenly pushed her aside and rushed up two steps, with a sudden burst of force, Alice’s body landed in Kyle Kinston’s arms, and because of the force, Kyle’s body shook but eventually absorbed the montum.
Mabel, because of being urgently pulled aside by Kyle, hit the wall beside her, her arm on one side hurting a bit, but at this mont, all of her attention was focused on Kyle and Alice not far away.
Thankfully, she was caught! She was caught!
Just as Mabel was about to breathe a sigh of relief, she noticed Kyle wasn’t putting Alice down; instead, he was holding her horizontally.
She hastily approached, only to see Alice’s face was ghostly pale, without a trace of blood, her hands covering her belly, groaning, "Pain... so much pain..."
"Hospital, I... I’ll call 911..." Mabel, in a panic, quickly took out her phone, intending to dial for an ambulance.
"I’ll drive her to the hospital directly. You call Caleb and have him contact a nearby hospital." Kyle said steadily, then carried Alice quickly towards where he parked his car.
Mabel hurriedly followed, dialing Caleb as she walked.
At this mont, Indigo Quigley, still standing dumbfounded at the stairway, was already terrified, her face pale. She was furious that Alice could have Dorian Howards speak of marriage, furious that she got so lucky, and that the child in her belly turned out to be Dorian’s!
When she ran into Alice at the stairway, she couldn’t help but mock her, but instead, Alice called her despicable.
Rage surged, wanting to teach her a lesson, but who could have thought that Alice would be so useless, really falling down the stairs, and yet Mabel and Mr. Kinston would catch sight of it.
What would happen to her? At this mont, Indigo was filled with apprehension.

In the car, Mabel tried hard to comfort Alice while also calling Dorian Howards and Alice’s parents, asking them to go to the nearby hospital they had contacted.
