Minder Plane, New Rivendell.
As the most prosperous city in the world and the Holy City in the hearts of believers, this bustling tropolis, teeming with all races, remains lively and vibrant.
Yet, within half a year, so things have subtly changed.
The temple rooftops in the city no longer bear the original tree-shaped symbol, replaced instead by an emblem of a shining scepter.
Believers coming and going in the temple, the chapel is filled with figures in prayer, but they no longer face the worshiped tree-shaped symbol, instead gazing at a sacred and beautiful statue of a goddess.
In the city’s square, missionary activities that have persisted for months continue. However, the listeners and preachers have changed again and again, yet the only constant is the heavy "Life Scripture" in the hands of the believers.
anwhile, the wanted notices concerning the blaspher Organization have long disappeared from the square’s bulletin board, and even the bounty on Kai Leici that hung for unknown years has been taken down.
Replacing them is the praise for steadfast believer Kai Leici’s nearly eight hundred years of dedication, denunciations blaming the Evil God for misleading the church and believers, and proclamations celebrating Dark Night Shadow Eris’s announcent, extolling the faith’s correction...
In half a year, much can happen.
Following the destruction of the Evil God, spawned from the Fallen Divine Artifact, by the goddess, the influence left by Dark Night Shadow Eris within the church was enough to realign everything back on course.
Of course, the new direction of faith was no longer towards the ethereal and "yet to awaken World Tree," but to the sacred, beautiful, kind and mighty Life Goddess Eve.
In the new legends, Eve is said to be the successor of the World Tree, the savior and redeer of the believers.
An ebb and flow of prayer echoes throughout the city, adding a rich religious atmosphere to New Rivendell, and instilling a sense of peace and sincerity in the people.
Yet, by a building’s windowsill in the street overlooking the square, a furtive figure craned to watch the proclamation eting, then withdrew, writing on the letter paper on the table:
"Demigod Eris has returned, the Mother Goddess Church has been thoroughly renad to Life Church, the mysterious Divine nad Eve has completely seized control of the faith..."
"Three months of investigation have thoroughly confird that it was the Otherworldly Pseudo-God ntioned in Sea God’s oracle that defeated the Mother Goddess Tree, usurping its rank..."
Just as he finished writing, the room’s door was suddenly opened with force, and in his eyes filled with terror, a group of Church Knights stord in.
The player Optimist stood at the forefront, clad in church standard armor, looking handso and dashing, far superior to his previous gear.
He seized the letter from the other’s hand with a sweeping glance, smirking:
"As expected, Leviathan’s lackey, seize him! Lock him up in Judgent Court!"
He waved and several knights rushed forward, subduing the terrified figure.
Optimist then selected the "submit quest" option in his ga system, feeling quite satisfied with the reward received.
With a glance at the captive being escorted by knights, he snorted.
The Goddess had no fear of such infiltrating spies.
Such furtive figures, beneath the light of faith, were like beacons in the dark...
Thinking this, Optimist couldn’t help but look towards the distant Tree of Life.
He wondered why the Tree of Life increasingly resembled the Goddess’s true form in the Chosen City.
"Why is the Goddess not taking action, even with the Elf Forest besieged?"
Recalling a post he just saw on the forum, he shook his head slightly.
Of the ten players involved in the hidden quest, half couldn’t resist returning by suicide.
While the quest still needed soone to persist with, and with his funds running low, he might also be battling in the Elf Forest soon.
Nonetheless, he was prepared, should Milovia truly fall into peril, despite the potential task rewards, to return by suicide.
Even though he knew, adding his strength might change little.
Perhaps, he truly regarded the Elf Forest as another ho.
Just then, the ground subtly shook, akin to a mild tremor.
"What’s happening?"
Optimist’s heart tightened.
The tremor lasted rely an instant, seemingly an illusion.
However, observing the alert glances of other Church Knights, Optimist realized it was no illusion.
Suddenly, he felt his chest heat up slightly.
With curiosity, Optimist looked down, eyes widening in surprise.
On the chest of his Church Knight armor, the Life Scepter emblem, blessed by Divine Arts, was emitting a faint light...
"The Holy Emblem...is glowing?"
Optimist’s expression was startled, and looking at the other Church Knights, he found them equally surprised at their glowing emblems.
Every person’s Goddess Holy Emblem was glowing.
"A Divine Miracle! It must be a Divine Miracle! The Goddess has noticed us!"
Excited, the knights knelt down in reverence, praying towards the direction of the Tree of Life.

He opened his mouth to speak but was interrupted by exclamations from the square below:
"The statue! The statue is glowing!"
"The Goddess heard my prayers!"
