In a hurry, Moonlight Jasmine logged out and returned to the real world.
Unlike the feeling of fullness after eating snacks and drinking ale in the ga, the mont she left the pod, a strong sense of hunger hit her.
“If only getting full in the ga could make full in real life too.”
She muttered to herself, stretched lazily, and then started ordering takeout.

Fortunately, even though she never liked PVE (player vs. environnt), ‘Elf Kingdom’s’ monster system was incredibly well-made, with realistic combat that was as exciting as traditional PVP (player vs. player), making her very absorbed.
This was different from the monotonous monster hunts in other online gas.
In ‘Elf Kingdom,’ every battle with a monster was unique.
Initially, Moonlight Jasmine was unaccustod to such realistic battles, fumbling around clumsily.
Of course, like most experienced players, she got the hang of it quickly.
Now she even had a delusion, thinking that with her combat skills honed in the ga, she might be able to show them off in real life.
But, given her online flamboyance and instant social anxiety in reality, she probably wouldn’t manage…
However, with her personality, Moonlight Jasmine did not expect to show off in real life; doing so in the ga would be enough.
Her goal was to reach the top of the power ranking and defeat the long-standing champion, Boxed Lunch, before the next closed or open beta.
Today, being a weekend and not needing to work, she had more leisure ti.
She took a shower, finished her takeout, went to the bathroom, and browsed so entertainnt news…
After taking care of matters that could only be handled in reality, Moonlight Jasmine re-entered the pod.
The major update’s maintenance ti was over, so she could go online.
Putting on her helt, she uttered the voice command she had said countless tis:

Accompanied by the familiar system voice, Moonlight Jasmine returned to the virtual world.
Her view suddenly darkened, and the opening animation of “Elf Kingdom” started.
Moonlight Jasmine usually skipped the opening animation, watching it only the first ti she played a ga.
However, just as she was about to skip it as usual, sothing made her pause.
The reason was simple, the opening animation of “Elf Kingdom” had changed.
“The dev team sure loves their opening animations, creating a new one with every update.”
Moonlight Jasmine muttered to herself.
Even so, she did not skip it.
Although she didn’t care much for storylines or interacting with NPCs, “Elf Kingdom’s” cutscenes were sowhat interesting.
After all, the way players’ participation drove the storyline to form the opening animation was, in her view, quite an intentional move.
Yet, just as she assud today’s animated sequence would continue to “praise” players’ great achievents, reality surprised her.
As ethereal yet profound background music played, the scene unfolded before her…
And as the scene unfolded, a deep, powerful voice spoke:
“For the return of the Mother Goddess, I am willing to pay any price.”
The scene gradually brightened, revealing a dilapidated chapel, where a stunningly handso half-elf was praying to a statue.
Behind him, hundreds of hooded elves knelt.
They looked solemn, backpacks ready, as if preparing for a long journey…
“Who is this? An NPC?”
Moonlight Jasmine was a bit puzzled.
Just as she sensed sothing different about the new cutscene, her view suddenly brightened.
