Chapter 515: Chapter 473: They Are the Chosen Ones

“Moreover… I also seed to have mastered the ability of innate magic! I’ve beco one of those legendary magical beings!”

Taylor was beside himself with excitent.

Magical beings referred to those who were born with the mastery of magic.

In the Oros Half-plane, there was only one such existence, and that was the legendary Divine Race.

Feeling the changes in his body, Taylor was very excited.

*Who wouldn’t want to beco more exceptional, stronger?*

*Taylor was no different.*

As he was grinning foolishly at the mirror, a young Divine Race mber wearing a Priest Robe appeared before him.

He was a young Divine Race boy who looked to be about eleven or twelve, with silver hair and blue eyes.

Though he appeared young, there was a hint of maturity and composure in his expression.

In an instant, Taylor recognized him.

This was none other than the High Priest of the core temple in Segis City, the Divine Favored—Lord El Moonlight.

However, unlike the other Divine Race mbers he had t before, Taylor always felt that the Divine Favored El gave off a completely different vibe.

*He couldn’t quite pinpoint how.*

*There was just sothing about him… how should I put it? Although this High Priest appeared young, he seed far more composed than the Divine Race mbers he knew.*

*The way he carried himself, even as he walked, set him apart.*

From Taylor’s impression, the Divine Race mbers were fond of jumping and dashing around, sotis even casting spells while traveling…

*Well… it was odd, but most of the Divine Race mbers in the Half-plane were like that.*

*As long as they weren’t preaching their faith, the Divine Race mbers felt down-to-earth.*

*Sotis, they were so vibrant that Taylor subconsciously overlooked their status.*

*He had always thought the Divine Race was like that.*

Coming upon such a composed and dignified Divine Race mber now was sothing Taylor was not quite used to.

*At the very least, he felt inexplicably pressured and nervous.*

Pumping himself up, Taylor quickly paid his respects,

“Taylor… greets Lord El!”

There were only a few surnas among the Divine Race, so generally, even when they were unfamiliar with each other, residents would address them directly by their nas.

And hearing Taylor’s words, the Divine Favored El smiled slightly,

“Mr. Taylor, congratulations on purifying your bloodline and becoming one of ‘us.'”

“One of ‘us’…”

Hearing these words, Taylor felt a thrill, an inexplicable sense of recognition that moved him.

*He had initially been a little uneasy.*

*In his mind, the Divine Race was an exceedingly distant existence, completely different from his own identity.*

*He was not a true Divine Race mber, so would he be treated differently or sothing like that…*

*But now, it seed, he had worried for nothing.*

“You are now a Half-Elf and have earned the qualification to go to the Segis World, to return to the Elf Forest. Mr. Taylor, are you willing to return?”

The Divine Favored El continued.

Return to the Segis World?

The holand of the Divine Race, the legendary, higher-energy, beautiful, fertile, and divinely blessed land?

Taylor was moved greatly.

Though after purifying his bloodline, the Life Church had not made any mandatory demands about Taylor’s next destination, after a brief contemplation, Taylor decided to journey to the Upper Realm.

“I am willing to return to the Elf Forest!”

He exclaid excitedly.

*He was all alone, with no relatives left in the world.*

*To be able to travel to the legendary holand of the Divine Race, he was naturally willing.*

*After all, it was a broader world, filled with more possibilities.*

*And if he wanted to beco a true Divine Race mber, only by returning to the Upper Realm could this be achieved.*

“Then co with .”

The Divine Favored El smiled slightly.

After speaking, he turned and walked into the depths of the temple.

Taylor took a deep breath, picked up the baggage he had prepared long ago, and followed him.

Following the Divine Favored El, Taylor quickly arrived at the rear hall of the Life Temple.

There, he saw a huge “mirror.”

This mirror stood at the center of the temple, its surface shimring with undulating ripples.

Every mont, new Divine Race mbers erged from the mirror, while others entered it, vanishing from Taylor’s view.

“Could this be the legendary Ti-Space Gate that connects to the Upper Realm?”

Taylor marveled inwardly.

“Yes, this is the Plane Channel that connects the two realms, crafted by the Goddess with her own hands.”

The Divine Favored El said, his face alight with zeal.

The Goddess…

Taylor’s expression turned solemn.

“No need to be nervous, co with , let us return to the Elf Forest.”

The Divine Favored El said again.

After speaking, he stepped first into the “mirror.”

The mirror’s surface rippled, and the Divine Favored El’s form vanished in a flash of light.

Taylor licked his lips.

With wonder and curiosity, anticipation and apprehension, he also stepped inside.

In an instant, Taylor felt himself enveloped in light, as if his body had entered so unseen liquid.

His vision blurred, and a sense of weightlessness washed over him.

In the next second, Taylor felt as though he was moving through sothing…

And when he could clearly see his surroundings again, the environnt had changed.

He was still within a Life Temple, but it was no longer the core temple of Segis City.

This temple was far more solemn than that of Segis City, engraved with complex and exotic magic patterns and murals, carrying an indescribable sense of weight and beauty.

And various Divine Race mbers were busy within the temple.

*Is this the Upper Realm?*

*Taylor wondered curiously.*

*He realized the difference the mont he arrived here.*
