A crimson dress covered her body, layered with lace that seed like a cloud accompanying her movent, the neckline plunging to below the collarbone, exposing a fair neck, her hair dancing as if freed from gravity.
The woman looked at Hert, and Hert looked back at her, in an instant seeing many faces flash upon her.
Hert saw his mother, who had given him warmth and care, the first girl he loved in childhood, the silent crush he buried deeply in his heart, the passerby who stunned him with a glance in the crowd, and his true beloved, his wife, as well as the embodint of that love, his daughter.

Everything appeared on the woman’s face, and then they all vanished, leaving only that uniquely exquisite face and those soul-stirring eyes.

Hert’s mouth felt dry, a fla seed hidden in his chest, burning his flesh and evaporating his blood, waves of wild and primal desire rampaged in his mind, he struggled to control himself, surrounded by whispers like countless butterflies fluttering around.
With trembling steps, Hert stiffly walked toward the woman, in the silent darkness, his heartbeat sounded as clear as drumbeats.
Hert gazed at the woman’s figure, his eyes crawling along the hem of her crimson dress, tracing its perfect curves, he could see the snow-white skin beneath the lace, and imagined the deeper secrets, all sorts of sinful and dark thoughts swirling in his mind, stirring a storm of desire.
Screams rose and fell amidst the storm of desire, Hert cursed himself, he loved his wife and daughter, defending loyalty and purity, yet his thoughts uncontrollably slid into the abyss.
Hert felt utterly sickened, extrely hypocritical, in the sinister fantasy, he had already betrayed his marriage vows, Hert knew he shouldn’t be like this, but he couldn’t control his footsteps, step by step, approaching the woman.
Until the crimson dress was close at hand, Hert felt powerless and knelt before the woman, head bowed, staring blankly at the ground, not daring to look up.
The woman silently extended her hand to Hert.
Hert knew what this ant, suddenly he laughed at himself, spitting upon his fate.
He should have known, when he agreed to the Devil’s first request, his soul was already hers, it was only a matter of ti.
Hert reverently took the woman’s hand, kissing the back of her hand, thus bestowing the Devil’s protection and the fantasy of that wish upon Hert.
When Hert raised his head again, the darkness vanished, the woman was gone, leaving only Nolen swinging his sword at him, and the ruins where flas and torrents coexisted.
The blade pierced Hert’s chest, pain sharpening Hert’s senses from the daze, then he grasped Nolen’s blade, a strong light surging from the gaps between his fingertips.
As the Ethereal Blade ford, it simultaneously destroyed Nolen’s blade, Hert swiftly and lethally slashed back, amidst Nolen’s cry, Nolen’s sword-wielding wrist was severed, the limb thrown into the torrent, disappearing.
It all happened so quickly, no one could react in ti, Hert, supposedly Ether exhausted, was now igniting a terrifying power, the sinister and mad force rolling within his Alchemy Matrix.
Protection·Chaotic Joy.
"It’s too late," Geoffrey said sadly, "he has given everything."
A few seconds later, a cold, rciless voice echoed in his mind.
"Alright, I understand."
In an instant, Hert detected multiple Ether reactions rising around him, tal clashing with tal, producing crisp sounds, blades scraping against blades, emitting ominous hums.
Hert knew who had arrived, truth be told he had long expected this day, finally able to determine victory or defeat.
But before that, Hert had to settle so matters.
"Farewell, brother."
Hert abandoned reason, letting hallucinations swallow him, the glow of the Ethereal Blade illuminating Nolen’s face, the light consuming his entire gaze.
Lula had had enough, she reached out to Hert, radiant light forming on her palm, she no longer wanted to hide everything for Nolen, since Hert wanted answers, then give him answers, regardless of the consequences.
At the sa ti, intersecting blades split the iron plate overhead, a pack of ghostly blue wolves roared in, like angels of death descending upon the world.
