When Dim Dim shared Alex’s journey to everyone, it portrayed it in a way that made them all laugh and giggle.
However, seeing it in reality was different.
Lotte saw the raw fear and anxiety Alex felt at that ti when he fought against the goblins.
They were one of the weakest monsters in Arcana, and she could easily kill a bunch of them without breaking a sweat.
But the Alex she was watching now wasn’t anything like the Alex she knew.
The young man before her was weak.
Incredibly weak that even a goblin could kill him if he wasn’t careful.
She watched as Alex used hit and run tactics to kill the goblins one by one.
She watched with bated breath as he finally succeeded in killing them all with a lot of effort.
Holding each other’s hand, they flew toward the Floating Islands of Thaloria to watch the young man start his training with Dim Dim.
Lotte saw the humble beginnings of the young man who would soon beco her lover.
"Seeing this made realize that you really worked hard to achieve everything you have now," Lotte said softly while clinging to Alex’s arms. "I’m glad I got to see this weak and vulnerable side that even Lumi and Latifa haven’t seen in the past."
"Yes, it was a lot of work," Alex replied, his voice filled with pride. "There were a lot of close shaves along the way."
The two of them watched as Alex fought a deadly battle with the spider that suddenly appeared while he was in the outskirts of the forest.
Lotte saw how valiant Dim Dim had acted as it threw brittle vials to help Alex overco the danger.
She couldn’t help but feel anxious as she watched this deadly dance, knowing full well that Alex was weaker than the monster trying to kill him.
If not for the fact that the real Alex was currently standing by her side, she might have interfered with the mories playing out in front of her.
When the spider was finally defeated, Lotte breathed deeply before burying her head into Alex’s chest. She was trying to calm herself down by breathing in his scent to know that he was safe by her side.
A few minutes later, she once again activated her powers.
She watched the part where Alex had co to the forest and saved a few adventurers.
"That is Efa and Elaine," Alex said. "The two of them had beco my friends."
"Only friends?" Lotte arched an eyebrow.
"Um... I guess you can say I have a history with Efa."
"Oh... I’d like to see that history."
Lotte snapped her finger, and soon, they found themselves in a room. The corner of her lips twitched when she saw that Alex’s hand was currently on Elaine’s chest after just waking up in the morning.
Though, after he realized what he was holding, he flinched and hurriedly removed his hand.
Yet, it didn’t end there. His other hand accidentally touched Efa’s chest, which made his mind blank out for a bit.
The real Alex covered his face with embarrassnt, while the past Alex gave Efa’s chest a gentle squeeze to confirm if he was dreaming or not.
"I see. This must be what 100% cotton feels like," the past Alex said, making the current Alex wish there was a hole right beside him where he could hide himself from the embarrassnt.
"100% cotton, huh?" Lotte said in a teasing tone.
"Lotte, please keep this a secret."
"Of course. This will be our little secret~"
Alex could only chuckle nervously because he believed that this would just be one of the many embarrassing monts Lotte would see after peeking through his mories.
Wanting to know more about Efa, she snapped her fingers once more and saw a scene where Alex and the young lady were in the bathroom together.
Both were naked, with the young lady hugging Alex from behind.
"She’s... sothing, alright," Lotte blinked when she saw that Efa’s chest was slightly bigger than hers.
Perhaps reaching his limit, Alex finally broke the connection. Both quickly returned to the real world with Lotte looking at Alex as if he was so kind of party pooper.
"We will continue that scene next ti," Lotte said.
"Please have rcy on ," Alex replied.
"I’ll think about it if you kiss ."
"Okay."
Alex kissed Lotte’s cheek after that, making the latter smile.
"Now I feel like I’ve gotten to know you better than Latifa and my other sisters," Lotte said in satisfaction. "Thank you, Alex."
"You’re welco," Alex replied.
Suddenly, the two of them realized that they weren’t alone inside the old library anymore.
They sensed a presence right above the book shelf. When they looked up, they saw Evangeline standing with her arms crossed over her chest.
"You two look very snug together," Evangeline said in a teasing tone. "Is there any space for one more?"
Alex and Lotte blinked at the sa ti. They then glanced at each other before giggling and smiling.
Evangeline took that as a yes and landed gently on the floor. She then sat beside Alex and, without a hint of embarrassnt, she kissed his cheek.
Alex then enjoyed a bit of cuddling and kissing with the two ladies inside the old library.
While this was happening, Dim Dim, Daisy, and Rex were patrolling the academy grounds.
Since the trio were now well known at the academy, the students would sotis feed them sweets like candies, cookies, bread, and other desserts.
During one of their rounds, they ca across Vaan, who seed to be surrounded by four guys.
Thinking that its friend was in danger, Dim Dim imdiately pointed in that direction.
"Dim!"
"Moo!"
Daisy didn’t hesitate to head in the direction where Dim Dim was pointing at.
When the guys surrounding Vaan finally noticed the academy’s Patrol Brigade, all of them looked at the little bun that was pointing its little, stubby arm in their direction with amusent.
"Dim Dim!"
"It’s okay, Dim Dim." Vaan smiled at the little bun. "They’re not harassing or anything. They’re just asking for pointers on how to confess to girls."
"Dim?" Dim Dim blinked.
"Yes, we were just asking Vaan how Alex confessed his feelings to her," one of the young n said with a beet-red face. "Also, we wanted to know if the rumors about him having many lovers is true. We tried looking for him earlier, but we didn’t see him in class. All of us wanted to get so love advice from him."
"This is why we decided to ask Vaan, who is very close to him instead," another guy comnted. "Maybe she will be able to give us so pointers."
"Dim Dim!"
"You will teach us Alex’s secret on how to make girls fall in love with us?!"
"Ahem!" Dim Dim raised its body proudly.
"How much for the information?" one of the guys wearing glasses said with a hopeful expression.
"Dim!"
"Free?! Are you sure?!"
"Dim Dim!"
Vaan looked mildly amused. This was the first ti he had seen Dim Dim give so love advice to people.
Frankly, he was also very curious, so he listened to the little bun’s explanation on how to increase one’s chances of succeeding in their confession.
"Dim Dim!"
"Girls hate it if you don’t respect their personal space?"
"Dim! Dim!"
"But according to my friends, girls are more into bad boys," the young man wearing glasses countered.
Dim Dim shook its head, crossing its arms into an X before saying "No!"
The little bun puffed its chest proudly before pointing at the young man with glasses.
"Dim Dim!"
"Be sincere?" the young man with glasses repeated.
"Dim!"
"Don’t pretend to be soone you’re not?"
"Dim Dim!"
The four young n glanced at each other before nodding in understanding.
"Dim Dim!"
"Talk naturally?"
"Dim!"
"And don’t imdiately confess after seeing a pretty face for the first ti?"
"Dim!"
Vaan smiled faintly before nodding in agreent. "Honestly, that’s probably the best advice you’ll get. Alex didn’t magically make girls fall for him overnight. Instead, most of the people close to him stayed by his side because of the kind of person he was."
"Dim Dim~" Dim Dim nodded in agreent.
The young n looked thoughtful after listening to Vaan’s words.
One of them scratched his head awkwardly.
"I guess... we’ve been overthinking things."
"Yeah. I thought girls only liked confident guys who acted cool all the ti."
"Confidence is good," Vaan replied. "But trying too hard usually backfires."
"Dim!"
Dim Dim suddenly raised one of its tiny arms and pointed it at the young man wearing glasses.
"?" the young man with glasses asked as he pointed at himself.
"Dim Dim!"
"You think I have the highest chance of succeeding?"
"Dim!"
"W-Why ?"
Dim Dim placed both hands on the corner of its lips before slightly pushing them upward.
The young man blinked once before realization dawned upon him.
"You an... I smile the most naturally?"
"Dim Dim!"
The young man’s ears imdiately turned red. "T-Thank you..."
The other three students imdiately protested.
"That’s unfair!"
"Are you saying my smile is fake?!"
"Wait, should I practice smiling too?!"
"Dim Dim!"
The little bun hurriedly waved its hands around as if trying to calm them down.
Vaan finally failed to hold back his laughter after seeing the panicked Dim Dim try and stop the four boys from arguing.
It was then that the rumor of Dim Dim being a Love Master began to spread throughout the academy.
The little bun had no idea that this little incident would prompt the girls to approach it and ask for love advice as well, which made its patrols in the academy take a little longer than usual.
