Writing these thoughts with trepidation...
First, a quick defense: I really didn’t plan to reach a cliffhanger here, I thought it would be next week. I was preparing for Shi Yuezhu to et the protagonist as the point for getting on track.
Now, let’s talk about how I’ve been feeling during this ti.
I used to write light-hearted, codic romance stories that generally didn’t receive much criticism.
Luckily, I can still handle it. As long as the criticism isn’t in the reader circles, I can accept random Chapter and paragraph reviews (unless they completely break my defenses).
Here, I would like to defend myself a bit more.
There will be no sugar-coating or forgiveness. There’s no need to hold it high and let it go lightly. I’m a reader too, and I find that quite disgusting.
As for the slow pacing, I’ll try to think about it. Insufficient details can lead to shallow emotions. Actually, there are many fast-paced stories on the market. I feel that changing the pace might also cause problems for the book, so I’ll think about it more.
The novel ca into existence by standing on the shoulders of giants, borrowing many writing theories from great authors.
For example, Shi Yuezhu has so traces of Yun Yun.
When I read Battle Through the Heavens, Yun Yun was my favorite. (* ̄3 ̄)╭♡
In this book, if the disciple doesn’t marry the master, she must marry!
Overall, this book is actually not easy to write.
When looking at the many web novel platforms on the market, readers on the Yuewen platform are probably the most culturally sophisticated. This isn’t flattery, just the way I genuinely feel.
This often makes afraid that I might use the wrong word while writing, causing my words to lose their aning and making seem quite ignorant.
Often, while writing, I have to pause and search to see if I’ve used a word incorrectly... I’m sowhat anxious about it.
Regarding updates, there will be a minimum of four Chapters tomorrow, and if there are five hundred initial subscriptions, I’ll add another Chapter.
Usually, I post two Chapters, but if I get to a cliffhanger part, I’ll try to add more.
After all, I’m just doing this part-ti, commuting takes three hours, so I’ll do my best.
The book is about to go live. If you have the ans, please support it by subscribing, big bosses.
If this expense affects your life, of course, there’s no pressure. The author understands, just hope you can spare a cent for the initial subscription.
Thanks to editor Ziliang, not that he’ll see this, but just a perfunctory thanks. (͡°͜ʖ͡°)✧
Finally, I wish you all peace and prosperity, and may good things keep coming your way.
