However, even in a pinch when there wasn’t enough ti to inscribe the complete Array, he could still use one of the smaller, individual Arrays to get a corresponding boost. After a long silence, they finally snapped out of their daze.
A thunderous cheer erupted from the crowd, soaring into the heavens.

"So these are the so-called ’Immortals’? They call us insignificant, wretched ants, yet they use our flesh and blood as ingredients for their alchemy. And in the end, before His Majesty, they turned out to be so fragile!"

Before, when the Cultivators sat enthroned in the heavens, using their Array to manipulate a rain of fire and destroy everything, countless Martial Artists had trembled in fear, feeling they could be crushed as easily as ants at any mont.
