I started thinking about what I should write. Should I write a drama novel? But honestly, I didn't read many in my previous world, and I only have access, through my mories, to things I've already consud.

I have a huge library of novels, manga, Japanese songs and songs in other languages, series, and movies. Everything is perfectly stored in here.

However, I don't have EVERYTHING stored. For example, the series Ga of Thrones is very popular in my previous world, but I didn't watch the show—only read the books. In other words, I have the content of the books in my mind, but not the content of the series.

If in the future I decide to write those books and publish them in this world, and they get an adaptation, other people would probably handle that adaptation.

There's a high chance it would go wrong, since the level of talent in this world is limited. So far, I haven't found an author or a series that really stands out. There are so that are good, but they're all romances.

I've noticed that most of the truly good series in this world are romances.

Whether Japanese or Korean.

'Romance… Should I write a romance? I have so good novels in my mind. Or I could make a romance manga.'

But thinking about it, I already have contact with Mr. Kuroda. It would be easier to publish a novel under his supervision than trying to publish a manga in a magazine. I'm confident I could get serialization because of the quality of my writing and art, but it might take so ti.

'Yeah, I think I'll write another novel. Which one should I choose?'

After thinking for a bit, I decided to write my favorite romance light novel.

Oregairu.

It's a novel focused on romance, but its strongest point is character developnt, and the author's writing is very engaging. I've noticed that the number of romance novels in this world is quite low compared to romance series.

And the ones that do exist are diocre at best.

People in this world have an even bigger problem developing romance. It always ends up becoming boring to read.

"I wonder what Mr. Kuroda will think when I tell him I want to write a romance light novel. Will he think I've gone crazy?"

Overlord is a fantasy with a lot of gore and heavy content, along with extrely detailed and well-crafted world-building.

anwhile, Oregairu is a cute yet very dramatic romance set in a normal Japanese high school.

The difference is absurd.

"But I'm sure he'll support ."

I'm more worried about my readers. Will they accept such a drastic change?

Well, I'm sure true fans won't complain.

So I opened my email and noticed there were many unread ssages from Mr. Kuroda. Most of them were asking if I was doing well and offering help to finish Overlord.

Those emails had a more professional tone.

The others were more personal. He was genuinely worried about since I wasn't replying, and my mother had told him I was struggling to write.

He might be acting like this just because I'm the company's "gold mine," but I really like the fact that he's so concerned about .

"It's like an uncle."

I chuckled and started writing an email to him.

First, I made it clear that I'm fine. I also said that I will finish Overlord, even if it takes so ti. I told him I'm thinking carefully about how to end the story without creating a disappointing or incomplete ending, and that I don't need ideas or help.

Then, I started talking about the new novel I wanted to begin.

I wrote the full Japanese title of Oregairu and included its synopsis below.

I told him I would write the first volu and send it for him to read.

Normally, an author wouldn't need to send an entire volu in cases like this, but since I write quickly, it's fine.

After sending the email, I created a new folder nad "Oregairu" and then created a new text file called "Volu 1."

After taking another look at my social dia, I started typing frantically.

Like an extrely advanced copying machine, I began reproducing volu 1 of Oregairu while trying to improve the writing as much as possible with my Rank S skill.

POV: Third Person

Kuroda was in an editorial eting when suddenly his phone made a sound. Everyone in the room looked at him. Embarrassed, he took out his phone and saw it was an email notification.

He had set notifications for emails from only one person: the author Aoi Haruki!

"It's him!" he shouted instinctively.

"Him who? What's going on?" Kuroda's boss asked.

"Author Aoi Haruki just sent an email."

"Aoi Haruki!?" the boss shouted. He was the most important author in the company at the mont, so of course he wanted to know what the author wanted. After all, he hadn't been in contact for a long ti. "What did he say? Did he say he finished volu 17 of Overlord?"

Everyone at the table was curious as well.

Kuroda quickly read the email and then said, "The author said he's having difficulty writing. He can't think of a satisfactory ending for the story—that's the main problem."

"So even a genius author like him has that problem. Tsk!" The director clicked his tongue. "But honestly, does he really need to finish the story now? You could try to get him to extend it a bit more."

The greedy director said.

Kuroda smiled and replied, "That's impossible. The author said he won't stretch out his stories and that everything is carefully planned."

"He says that, yet he's struggling to finish his only story…" the director laughed.

"But that's not all that's in the email." Kuroda smiled and continued. "Author Aoi Haruki is planning a new story."

"A new story!?" everyone in the room shouted in unison.

"This ti it's a… school romance?"

"A school romance!?" they all shouted at the sa ti.

Had the author gone crazy?
