Pov: Kyo
When I read Rina's ssages, I imdiately started panicking. Yeah, it was the first ti I had genuinely panicked because of one of Rina's ssages. Her ssage said the following:
[Hey, did you see that soone uploaded an audio of you singing on YouTube!??? Everyone's talking about it! Where did they even get that audio from?]
Her ssage had been sent an hour ago, before I had even woken up to go to school at six in the morning. What the hell happened overnight? How could news like this beco so huge during the middle of the night?
Shouldn't people be sleeping?
I quickly replied to Rina's ssage.
[I seriously have no idea how that was recorded. That's the song I composed for Aoi Hoshino! I sang it to create a demo to send to her, but sohow soone ended up recording it!]
Fortunately, the audio only captured my voice, not the actual beat of the song.
But the rhythm of the song could still be felt just from my singing.
As I listened to the audio, I took a look at the comnts. More than five thousand comnts, holy shit… Most of them were in Japanese, but there were comnts in English and Korean too.
Many of the comnts were from people who didn't even know and were simply enchanted by my voice.
'I have to admit, my voice is pretty good. My classmates were right to be impressed.'
I let out a sigh and finally gathered the courage to read Aoi Hoshino's ssages. She had even called several tis. Her ssages were pure desperation; she had sent more than twenty ssages within the span of an hour.

Yesterday, when I finished singing, I didn't imdiately start mixing the track. I started finalizing the demo later that night, but I went to sleep before finishing it. I wasn't able to send the song to Aoi Hoshino.
Before I went to sleep, there wasn't any audio of circulating online. I had even checked Twitter before going to bed!

There were many more ssages.
I sighed and replied to her.
[Sorry about this, I don't know how it happened. There's no recording device in my room, I'm sure of that. And my parents would never do sothing like this. It was probably so neighbor who recorded it.]
That was the only possibility.
[Don't worry, I don't want to enter that industry right now, that song is yours.]
[Really!??? I love you, Kyo!]
[Don't say those words so casually.]
[I'm serious, I love you! I can't wait to sing that song!]
I sighed and sent another ssage.
[I'm not going to school today. I'll finish the demo within the next two hours and send it to you. Ah, and I already registered the song under my na through JASRAC, so no one will be able to steal it. Fortunately, even though I'm underage, I can still do things like that.]

I stopped replying to Aoi's ssages and washed my face. As I looked at myself in the mirror, I let out a long sigh.
"Well, I guess it doesn't really matter."
I simply shrugged and decided to genuinely ignore it.
It doesn't affect negatively, and it also brings even more fa.
But seriously, who recorded it?
'Was it the woman living next door? I barely ever see her. I think she's a college student… Or maybe she just works? I'm not sure.'
Honestly, I think it's ti for us to move out of this place.
I want more privacy.
I also want a lot more space. A place where I can set up an office to write novels and draw manga, another area to build a music studio, and so on.

"Since I already registered the song under my na, it's fine. I just wanted the song to truly be a surprise."
"I see… But how's it going? The public's reaction."
"Hmmm… They're praising the song lyrics and my voice a lot. They even want to release a full version sung by . But I'm not going to do that."
"I see…" My mother looked at expectantly. "Are you planning to beco a singer?"
I smiled at her and said, "Who knows?"
