Back in the bedroom, Gu Tiantian focused solely on her book.
But not long after she started reading, her phone rang again.
Seeing it was that unknown number again, Gu Tiantian frowned.
After a mont’s thought, she simply turned off her phone.
No one else would be looking for her at this hour, she could just turn it back on tomorrow morning.
On the other end of the line, Gu Yunyun heard the ssage that the number she dialed was turned off, and was so angry she nearly smashed her phone.
Gu Liang, watching from the side, widened his eyes in anticipation.
Seeing his sister’s expression, he frowned in dissatisfaction.
"Sis, is it that Gu Tiantian isn’t answering? Just keep calling until she goes crazy!"
Gu Yunyun glanced at Gu Liang. She did want to annoy Gu Tiantian enough to make her co to the hospital.
But unexpectedly, Gu Tiantian turned off her phone without a word, which infuriated her.
Seeing her daughter fail twice to get through, Zhang Yuexin also fud with anger.
"That Gu Tiantian, she’s getting bolder. Does she even consider her aunt or you her sister?"
Hearing her mother’s words, Gu Yunyun got even angrier.
She ca here partly to see her mom, and partly to vent her mom’s and brother’s anger.
No matter what, her mom’s hospitalization this ti was because of Gu Tiantian, and even if her dad tried to protect her, she had a reason to make sure he couldn’t.
She never expected Gu Tiantian would decide to avoid her, which made her grit her teeth in frustration.
Previously, when she went to their grandmother’s, she thought she could confront Gu Tiantian for her unfilial behavior in front of her. But when she got there, she found only her grandmother; Gu Tiantian wasn’t ho.
She had no real attachnt to this not-so-close grandmother.
If her dad hadn’t told her to visit, she wouldn’t have bothered.
If her dad weren’t there, she would have directly questioned her grandmother about why she had always favored Gu Tiantian, and corner her until she couldn’t utter a single word.
The more she thought about it, the more frustrated she beca. She had taken a week’s leave to co here, and after two days, she still hadn’t seen Gu Tiantian.
"Yunyun, don’t rush. Let mom think of sothing."
The more Gu Tiantian wanted to hide, the more Zhang Yuexin wanted to bring her over.
When the ti ca, they would confront Gu Tiantian together, and Zhang Yuexin didn’t believe there was any way Gu Tiantian could avoid it.
In fact, Zhang Yuexin had already decided that once Gu Tiantian arrived, she would skip any discussion and just beat her up, to show that the three of them weren’t to be ssed with.
But she hadn’t seen her yet, so where would she carry out that plan?
Zhang Yuexin’s eyes shifted as she ca up with an idea.
She glanced at her daughter and pulled her close.
"Yunyun, co here, listen to mom."
Gu Liang wasn’t pleased and squeezed in as well.
Zhang Yuexin never held back anything from her son, which is why he turned out the way he did, a lot due to her influence.
The three of them whispered their secret plan, and most of Gu Yunyun’s anger dissipated.
"Mom, don’t worry, I know what to do. I’ll make sure that brat Gu Tiantian stays bedridden for at least half a year!"
Ideally, she’d be stuck in the hospital even during New Year’s.
Their family would be celebrating together, while Gu Tiantian would be miserably alone in the hospital, hopefully missing her family until she was crushed.
The more miserable Gu Tiantian was, the happier she would be.
