Not sure how long she had been waiting outside the ICU, Gu Tiantian ca to her senses when she heard Dean Xu’s voice.
"Miss Gu, you’re here."
Dean Xu’s voice was gentle, with a hint of affection.
Feeling a bit uneasy, Gu Tiantian forced a smile and nodded.
"Dean Xu, how is Mr. Bai’s condition?"
Dean Xu frowned slightly and sighed.
"The situation is quite serious. He was already injured, fell from the third floor, and was also crushed by a heavy object. The injuries are severe. Although he’s out of life-threatening danger, his condition is still unstable, so he remains under observation."

"President Cheng is still at Renmin Hospital, not in any life danger."
At this, Li Mu’s gaze towards Gu Tiantian grew colder.
"Mr. Bai and Miss Gu won’t be disturbed here, nor will anyone know that you’re here now."
Perplexed, Gu Tiantian looked at Li Mu in astonishnt.
"To the outside, the ssage is that Mr. Bai has taken Miss Gu abroad on a business trip, to return in the shortest one month, longest three months."
Gu Tiantian beca more confused and asked hesitantly.

After asking, she suddenly rembered what Li Mu had said about Bai Chenyao’s gunshot wound and shuddered.

Her mind suddenly flashed back to when she first t Bai Chenyao, when in a video, the man hiding in the cabinet was clearly shot and killed by Bai Chenyao.
The more Gu Tiantian thought about it, the more scared she beca. She wanted to ask Li Mu about Bai Chenyao’s true identity.
However, she feared that the more she knew, the harder it would be to escape when the ti ca.
She was grateful to Bai Chenyao for saving her but still did not want to stay by his side.
