"Hey, Tian Tian, finally got to see you!"
Gu Tiantian was lost in thought when she suddenly heard a lively female voice. She looked up and was slightly stunned to see Dong Tong’s white and tender bun-like face.
Then, she followed up with a laugh.
"Hey, Tongtong, long ti no see."
When she saw Xu Ziqiao smiling and nodding at her from behind Dong Tong, Gu Tiantian slightly nodded back as a greeting.
"So, are you guys done with classes?"
It seed like the two of them were coming from school.
Dong Tong nodded and, smiling sweetly, took Gu Tiantian’s arm.
"Tian Tian, where have you been lately? You have no idea, when we heard you disappeared, Ziqiao and I were so worried! We’ve been asking around for news about you!"
Gu Tiantian felt a bit guilty, her eyes flickered while letting Dong Tong hold her arm.
She truly liked this straightforward and adorable Tongtong.
"Uh... sothing ca up at ho suddenly, and I left in a rush without telling you. I’m really sorry!"
Gu Tiantian spoke very vaguely because the issue with Bai Chenyao was really a sticking point.
Dong Tong blinked, showing an "Oh, I see" expression, and then she laughed.
"Is that so? Everything’s okay now, right? You have no idea how the school went abuzz when you disappeared from the train station."
Gu Tiantian was shocked and looked at Dong Tong with so concern.
Dong Tong quickly shook her head, smiling sweetly at her.
"No, no, I misspoke. To be precise, so students with certain backgrounds were really surprised. After all, when both the dean and the principal are personally involved, how can it not be shocking?"
Gu Tiantian: "..."
Thinking about what Li Mu had said, claiming that they had already inford the school that she took a leave due to health issues, apparently, many knew the inside story.
At least, Dong Tong and Xu Ziqiao knew the real reason.
Gu Tiantian felt a bit embarrassed, slightly uncomfortable.
Dong Tong noticed and chuckled a bit.

"Um... you could say I have a little bit of that, but definitely not enough to get the principal involved. Maybe I could try with the dean!"

Seeing Gu Tiantian’s awkward expression, Xu Ziqiao smiled and tried to diate.
"Alright, Tongtong, even if you’re happy to see Tian Tian and want to have a good chat, why not find a place to sit down and talk? Standing here with people coming and going, aren’t you tired?"
Dong Tong imdiately nodded and joined in.
"Yes, yes, yes, let’s go, Tian Tian. Let’s find soplace to chat."
Gu Tiantian quickly shook her head, smiling as she explained.
"Tongtong, I’ve missed so many classes, I need to go to the class advisor to see how things are arranged, maybe next ti."
Dong Tong’s eyes rolled around, and she smiled sweetly at Gu Tiantian.
"How about this, since I’m free anyway, Ziqiao and I will go with you!"
Gu Tiantian: "..."
She really didn’t want to be the third wheel under pressure!
Yet, Dong Tong seed completely oblivious, and Xu Ziqiao just went along with Dong Tong’s whims, leaving Gu Tiantian with a headache.
"Tongtong..."
"Gu Tiantian!"
Suddenly, a male voice drifted into Gu Tiantian’s ears from the side.
It even carried a hint of anger.
Gu Tiantian was slightly taken aback, turned her head, and saw a face that seed familiar.
When she suddenly rembered who it was, Gu Tiantian frowned a little.
