As the class was over, Jia Hao packed his things and prepared to leave.
" You aren't coming with today?" Lin i blocked his way as she asked.
" Well, I was thinking…"
" Jia Hao, I thought you are coming with us?"
Lin i turned around and saw Su Xing'er walking towards her. Jia Hao felt sparks in the air as their gaze t. Suddenly, Lin i moved and hugged Jia Hao's arms.
" Dear, Looks like your step sister ca here to check on you."
" Lin i, what are doing…"
" Lin i, Aren't you big too close to Jia Hao?" Su Xing'er snorted lightly. " You guys aren't even going out together."
" Wh-Who said that?" Lin i glared at her.
" Who said that you are in relationship?" Su Xing'er lips curled. " Did Jia Hao confessed to you? Or you confessed to him?"
" That…"
Lin i was dumbfounded when she heard Su Xing'er. Although Jia Hao and she were currently together and did many things a couple would do…they technically didn't officially confessed to each other.
" Dear…"
Jia Hao rubbed his forehead from frustration when he saw Su Xing'er and Lin i glazing at him. ' Fuck, What am I suppose to do here?' Jia Hao couldn't help but mumble inwardly.
Thankfully, him lucky charm Su Lan arrived. " Jia Hao, What are you doing here?"
" Ah, You ca here in right ti, Big Sister Lan." Jia Hao's eyes brightened as he walked towards her, holding her hands. " Didn't you say you have so work?"
" Uhh…Yes?"
Su Lan glanced at Lin i and Su Xing'er, making her understand everything. Her lips curved as she nodded. " Yeah, I did call you. But I guess you are busy…"
" Nope!" Jia Hao answered instantly, " I am not busy at all. Let's go, Sister Lan."
Su Xing'er and Lin i glanced at each other with dismay when they saw Jia Hao escaping like that.
" That jerk!"
Both of them spoke at the sa ti.
anwhile, Jia Hao and Su Lan walked out of the school. Su Lan couldn't help but purse her lips. " Well, You are really a chick magnet, aren't you? Mingling with beauties all the ti."
" Well, A taoist priest said I have the fate of heavenly peach blossoms." Jia Hao rubbed his chin as he spoke with a serious voice. " Therefore, I will have multiple romantic encounters in my life."
" You are lying, right?" Su Lan cast a side glance at Jia Hao, but he rely shrugged.
" Sister Lan, have I ever lied to you? I am just telling you what I heard from that taoist priest."
" Alright, Uncle He said he is going to be a bit late. So we have to wait outside." Su Lan nodded.
But at that mont, all the students gasped as they pointed at a car coming towards the school entrance.
The slick design of the car instantly made everyone's eyes turn wide with shock. The shining pitch black skin with golden pinstripes on it makes it look like a black gold dragon.
The low yet deep hum of the engine represented its power it slowly stopped before the entrance of the academy.
" Holy shit! What car is that?"
" That looks like an Imperial! And the bonnet design! It's a golden sword and crimson shield! Fuck, How is that possible?"
" What do you an by that?"
" The golden sword and crimson shield represent the most luxurious edition of Imperial Cars!" Soone explained.
" A single of them can easily cost over a hundred million Yuan! And that's just the base versions!"
" This is has been modified. ans it's even costlier!"
" Good heavens! What the fuck with that car price?"
Jia Hao and Su Lan were stunned as they also saw the car. However, as the car stopped, Jia Hao saw a familiar figure coming out.
The man looked around for a while as his gaze fell on Jia Hao. Out of enthusiasm, He got off and hurried towards Jia Hao.
" Little Brother Jia, You are here! I was thinking of calling you!"
It was none other than Brother Biao, the organizer of West Lake Street Racing. Su Lan's brows creased when she saw soone looking like a gangster trying to flatter Jia Hao.
However, Jia Hao remained calm as he replied with a smile. " Well, It's been a while, Brother Biao. I believe you took care of your business?"
" Of course, of course." Brother Biao grinned. " And in the anti, I asked my subordinate to prepare a gift for you."
" As you asked for a car matching with your status, I was busy preparing that. And, the V8 Nitro X engine took a bit long to arrive."
" Anyway, Are you satisfied with this gift?"
Su Lan's eyes turned wide when she saw what Brother Biao was pointing. It was the black-gold Imperial standing like a tourist attraction.
" Hehe, Thank you, Brother Biao." Jia Hao chuckled. " I can certainly see your hard work. And, I can't wait to drive it."
"Haha! Of course." Brother Biao laughed. " I an, It would be impossible for any man to resist riding such a beauty…"
Hearing such a crass sentence, Su Lan couldn't help but flinch. Brother Biao saw that as he clicked his tongue.
" I…I an, this car is simply irresistible. So, Brother Jia can go and try it. It's yours now." He handed the keys of the Imperial to Jia Hao.
" Alright, I have to leave now." Brother Biao grinned as he turned around to leave. A red Ferrari arrived and picked him up.
" No way, Who is that person?" Su Lan gazed at Jia Hao with wide eyes. " He just gifted you an ultra expensive car like that?"
" Well, I helped him in the past. So, He gifted this car to ." Jia Hao shrugged as he swung the keychain on his finger. " What do you say, Sister Lan? It's a nice car, isn't it?"
" Of course. This is really a…"
" Then what are you waiting for?" Jia Hao grinned as he held her hand and dragged her to the car.
The crowd parted as Jia Hao clicked his keychain, making the car blip. Everyone gazed at Jia Hao and Su Lan with surprised eyes as they got into the car.
" Holy shit! Isn't that Saintess Su?"
" And that young man, I think he is Jia Hao?"
" This car is theirs?"
" Hao'er, You know how to drive?" Su Lan raised her brows as she sat beside Jia Hao. Jia Hao grinned when he heard that. " Of course, How could I not know?"
The car gave a loud roar as JIa Hao stepped on the accelerator. Within a second, the car turned into a black blur, vanishing from the eyes of the crowd.
They looked at Jia Hao with utter fascination and jealousy as they saw him driving such a luxurious car and such a beauty.
" WHOA! WHOA! JIA HAO! SLOW DOWN!"
Su Lan could feel the blood rushing in her veins as Jia Hao sped up the car. The car was like a wind as they soon reached outside of the city.
The traffic was less there, letting Jia Hao drive without much trouble.
As they drove amidst the fields, Su Lan could see the distant crimson sun slowly rging with the western horizon.
" How do you feel, Sister Lan?" Jia Hao laughed out loud. " The scenery is magnificent, isn't it?"
The rush of wind along with the scene outside made Su Lan's heart thump. Seeing her reaction, Jia Hao slowed down his car and drove in a moderate pace.
" Gosh, Aren't you acting a bit romantic today?" Su Lan grinned as she held Jia Hao's palms.
" The car…This long drive, the scenery outside…Everything is breathtaking."
" As long as you are happy, Sister Su," Jia Hao smiled affectionately.
" Tsk, Quite a won pleaser you are." Su Lan puckered her lips.
But both of them looked at each other as they leaned forward, sharing a passionate kiss.
Su Lan didn't take long before pulling back. " Geeze, Keep an eye on the road."
" Hehe, As you say, Sister Su." Jia Hao smiled as he turned around the car.
" Well, Xing'er is going to be hella angry after she hears about your new car." Su Lan remarked. Jia Hao chuckled. " Don't worry, I have a plan."
" Hm?"
As they returned back, Jia Hao purchased a mint chocolate ice cream bucket and blueberry pie from a famous bakery.
" You sure know Xing'er's preferences, eh?" Su Lan chuckled. Jia Hao laughed as he also purchased a mixed berry pastry and cinnamon twist donuts.
" I know your and Aunt Su's favorites too. So, Can't be jealous."
" Bah, Who said I am jealous?" Su Lan retorted with a smile.
As they returned, they saw Xing'er sitting on the couch with a face puffed as pufferfish. Su Yunqi was sitting beside her with a wry smile.
" Hao'er, Lan'er, co here." She couldn't help but laugh. " Gosh, you three are really silly."
" Well, I know Xing'er is angry because I and Sister Lan went for a long drive," Jia Hao nodded as he placed the food before Su Xing'er.
" So, Xing'er, Please accept my apology."
" Hmph! I won't!"
Xing'er licked her lips when she saw the ice cream and pie, but her eyes remained determined.
