Jia Hao took a deep breath as he tried to calm his beating heart. ' I…I feel drained a bit like I usually feel when I use the desire qi to influence people's minds.'
' Ugh, I guess I am not proficient in channeling the spiritual qi yet. If I try to use more of it, the desire qi will get triggered, influencing my thoughts.'
The Six Desires Myriad Thought Art is a double edged sword. If one manages to grasp his seven emotions and six desires, he can conquer anything.
However, if one falls prey to his desires, he would be nothing more than a monster with base instincts.
Actively, desire qi won't harm Jia Hao or influence his thoughts. However, if Jia Hao remained careless and let the desire qi mix with his soul, his personality and thought process would change greatly.

The natural energy of the Yunlan Continent was much higher than the Azure Sea World. Therefore, his Jia Hao cultivates the internal energy here, it would be much faster.
He could feel the energy of surroundings turning into a small whirlpool, and getting sucked inside his dantian.
The energy flow inside his body beca greater and greater as Jia Hao imrsed himself in the practice.
The Profound Awakening Stage is all about refining one's personal energy and rging their body with the energy. Once all of their internal qi becos one with their physique, they can ascend to the Innate Master Realm.
' But the thing is, What is my internal qi?' Jia Hao's expression turned odd when he thought about that.
The blue qi is for those with good defense and heavy weapons, the red qi is for those who are good at attack and lighter and deadlier weapons, the violet qi is for agility and senses, especially good for archers and assassins.
As for the spiritual qi, they are good for elental power and spell castings. Technically, they aren't the sa as internal qi as the power stems from the soul itself.
' But what about ? My internal qi is white…with a tint of gold? It's like fresh milk color.'
Jia Hao pondered for a mont and realized it must the the pure Yang energy cultivated by the buddhist monks.
The Yang energy is the purest and more righteous energy in this world, sourced from the sun itself. The Yang energy refines is innately perfect for males and makes their physique better and more masculine.

' Too bad there aren't many buddhist spells or techniques written in this chapter.' Jia Hao sighed.
