Now reading: Chapter 2931: About the Inheritance from Eternal Cultivation of Alchemy, a Action novel by SnoringPanda.

Bladedance’s face was a mask that Alex couldn’t see through. He waited for her to speak instead, wondering if his decision to co out with the information had been wrong for so reason.

"You... you have the Alchemy God’s inheritance?" she asked.

Alex nodded slowly.

Bladedance tried to make sense of what she heard, slowly realizing this might’ve been the reason why her disciple was so good at Alchemy. "How did you co by the inheritance?"

Alex was a little taken aback by his master’s calm nature. He had assud anyone would be surprised to learn that he had the Alchemy God’s inheritance. This was the first ti he had ever told soone who wasn’t his imdiate family.

Not even Silvermist knew the truth, although he would’ve likely told him by now if he had the chance.

The White Tiger remained oblivious to their conversations as they made sure they could not be heard. He remained focused on the tribulation that Battlesage was going through, having just now defended against the 7th lightning bolt, which carried the strength of Immortal Spirit 6th realm.

Bladedance waited for an answer to her question, and Alex finally gave it after so ti.

"I received it through a book I found," Alex said.

"A book you found? One of his treasures?" she asked.

"No, not his treasure. A different book, one he wrote himself that carried his inheritance. It ca down to our world along with the other items."

Bladedance frowned. "So this was part of the War Deterring Treaty too?"

"I believe so."

"And you were so lucky that you found it?" Bladedance asked.

"Not... really," Alex said. "In this case, it was more so that I was given this book because of my compatibility with it. It will take so ti to explain what I an by that, so I would appreciate it if you could ignore it for now."

Bladedance nodded, a look of confusion budding on her face.

"So you have his mories?" she asked. "What does it say?"

"They’re fragnted, and so are still hiding, I believe," Alex said. "But from what I know, there was a person who tried to find him because of sothing he had. He left behind no na in the mory for so reason, but he does refer to this person as a male. The Alchemy God refers to his pursuer as a ’he’."

Bladedance frowned. "I do not recall the Alchemy God’s death being a major controversy. It was sad news since we had lost such a valuable mber of the human race, but nothing about his death had a reason to arouse suspicion that he died for any reason other than being part of the war."

Alex frowned. "Are you certain?"

"I do not know, but such an important death would have had the gods trying to find out how he died," she said. "It was warti, so each ti soone important died, we did everything we could to find out who it was that killed them. It was necessary so that we could tell whether there was a demon scout who had infiltrated our core, giving away knowledge of where the important people were."

Alex couldn’t help but frown upon hearing that. "Do you rember if his death revealed whether the demons were responsible or not?" he asked.

Bladedance shook her head. "I’m sorry, but I cannot tell you. I do not know particularly myself. This sort of information would be sothing that the Sky God would know about."

Alex took a deep breath. "Could it have been Godslayer?" he asked. "Could he have killed the Alchemy God?"

Godslayer lacked mories of who he had killed during the initial years of when he had co to life. It had taken so ti before he had been strong enough and alive enough to rember anything.

"No," Bladedance said with clear confidence. "The timing wouldn’t align. If I have my years right, Godslayer was born around 20 thousand years before the Alchemy God’s death. But during the 30 thousand years after his birth, Godslayer had been slowly corrupting the previous Sword God. And we knew where the Sword God had been around that entire ti."

"I see." A soft sense of relief passed through Alex. He had been worried that Godslayer had rembered wrongly about who he had killed, but he was happy to hear that Godslayer hadn’t been it.

"What was this pursuer after again?" Bladedance asked. "So sort of secret?"

Alex nodded. "That’s what the Alchemy God’s mory said, but I don’t know much more than that."

"How do you get these mories?" she asked.

"Every ti I break through to a major cultivation realm, or when I gain one of his three treasures," Alex said.

"How did you unlock this one?" she asked.

Alex brought out the Book of Boundless Healing. "Through this."

Bladedance looked at the book. "What is this?" she asked.

"It’s called the Book of Boundless Healing. It’s one of the Alchemy God’s treasures."

Bladedance’s eyes widened slightly. "That’s one of his treasures? You’ve had this all this ti?" she asked.

"Not all this ti. I only obtained it after leaving Hell."

"Huh?" Bladedance frowned. "You found it when you lost your mories?"

"No, before that. I found it in the void, along with all those people I saved there."

Bladedance’s face held no emotion. "You... found one of the only three artifacts belonging to a man whose inheritance you hold... in the Void. Do I have that correct?" she asked.

Alex nodded.

Bladedance let out an exaggerated sigh. "How does this make any sense? This is beyond just luck at this point. It’s like... it’s like you’re fated to have all of these things."

"I think it’s just a coincidence though," Alex said.

Bladedance gasped. "Don’t you dare call it just a coincidence. This is more than that. You’ve been far too lucky for this to be a coincidence. Urgh, I’m actually feeling angry now. Why couldn’t I have been this lucky when I started out."

Alex didn’t know what to say to that. He simply scratched his chin and let his master’s rage simr down.
