The other seven Celestials didn't understand what had just been said, but the six that did needed no explanation. They stared at Shumi, now believing her more than ever to be the Moon Goddess.
"We are prepared," the snake matriarch said quickly. "Whenever you need us, please just let us know."
"Not yet," Shumi said. "But the ti will co soon."
The other beasts nodded.
The White Tiger patriarch looked toward Alex. "Should we wait for you?" he asked. "That is if you intend to leave with us."
"Do as you please," Alex said.
The patriarch nodded. "And what of Jingshen and Pearl?" he asked.
Alex paused for a mont before answering. "They should be at the Tip of the Third Claw, in a city by the na of Blackland."
The patriarch nodded before turning around and leaving. The rest said their farewells and left as well.
Alex waited for a while, just in case they turned around and ca back for sothing else. Thankfully, they seed intent on leaving the Talon as soon as they could. Once he was certain they were gone, he finally turned toward Shumi.
"What was it that you told them?" he asked. "Do you know about their Vows?"
Shumi shook her head with so hesitancy. "I just said what felt right," she said.
Alex was sowhat taken aback. "You guessed what to say?"
"Not entirely," Shumi said. "Ever since I connected to the Heavens, I have been understanding them a little more day by day. Earlier, in
order to prove to them that I was a god, I tried to seek the Heavens' aid. I got nothing from it, but I did learn what to say."
Alex narrowed his eyes. He couldn't believe at first that Shumi had gotten so random answer from the Heavens, but then he rembered soone else that had done sothing similar before.
Rosemist had also been able to tap into the Heavens and look for answers. In a way, he had heard that it was what the seers did as well, so it wasn't sothing that had co out of nowhere for him.
"Does it hold any aning to you? What is the Architect's Design?" Alex asked.
"I..." Shumi crossed her arms. "I have a faint impression or feeling, sort of like a déjà vu, that there was soone who made sothing for the Heavenly Beasts. I can't tell what, though."
"I see," Alex said, narrowing his eyes. When he tried to connect to the Heavens, however it was even done, nothing happened. That made him more or less certain that he wasn't the Sun God. At least, not yet.
"Well, that's that," he said, turning toward Ray. "There's no more point in trying to keep our presence here a secret since the Celestials have already found out."
Ray lowered his head. "You an..."
"Shut down the trial," Alex said. "Let the beasts who are already taking part finish, but don't take any more. Once they're done, start pulling all the islands back toward here. I'll start placing them into my Soul Space when I'm ready."
"As you say, Master."
Ray vanished, leaving Alex and Shumi behind to work on their things.
Shumi had finished absorbing the elixir and had just started eating one of the fruits. She still had a ways to go, so she vanished into his Soul Space, where she continued with it.
Alex returned to the Sun to continue with his absorption.
Afterward, he absorbed from the Void, and at the sa ti started learning a bit more of the Space daos he hadn't yet fully learned about. Having considered taking the islands there with him, Alex more or less knew what Dao he would need to make it happen safely. The Dao of Spatial Release, or at least a high understanding of that Dao, was most definitely required if he wanted all the islands to be within the sa space and not be separate floating pieces of land. After another year, Alex was finally done absorbing the aura from the
Sun.
With only two more years left before his planned departure from the Sun's Talon realm, Alex had finished fully transcending his third
Origin.
Once done, Alex took a small break. He would have to start learning Sun Fire soon and do as much as he could to make it his fla, but for now, his task was to bring the islands into his Soul Space.
Alex arrived outside the island and saw the many islands that were now close enough that they stretched out to the horizon. With there being nearly twenty islands in each route, there were over eighty islands in total. So were barren, but most had so sort of plant
life on them.
If Alex were to take the islands into his Soul Space just as they were, the life on these islands would imdiately die, as there was no atmosphere inside his Soul Space. It was a cold void, no different
from outer space.
So, he needed to first hide the islands in spatial pockets, along with the atmosphere within them, and then take them in. Once inside, he could use the Dao of Spatial Release to release the space of one island into another, essentially rging two separate spatial pockets into
one.
The plan was there. Now all that mattered was the execution.

Which ant that Alex had to start figuring out how he was going to
form a spatial pocket around an island. He was certain he had all the essential Space daos required to make it happen, so all that was needed was for him to actually try doing so.
With such a thought, Alex moved to the island furthest away that was entirely barren and began his first ever attempt at it.
