So ti later, the group separated from the hall and each went their own way. Ronron showed Alex and the rest their rooms. There were enough that no one had to share.

Alex arrived at his room, but before he could enter, he heard Hannah calling out to him.

"What is it, sister?" he asked, turning to look at her.

"So, listen. I will need to leave for a while. I might be away for a decade or two this ti. You won't go anywhere, will you?" she asked.

"No, I plan on staying here for at least a few decades," Alex said. "But why are you leaving so soon? I just arrived."

"Well, I was supposed to leave half a decade ago, but I had to delay it so I could et you. Now that I have seen you safely arrive, I can get back to work as well. It will be a short trip, so you don't have to worry as long as you won't leave right away."

Alex thought for a mont, considering the timing for the Artifact God and the people of the Nine Yang Court. They would have to receive the ssage before they could even co here, so he definitely had ti.

"At best, I might leave in a century to go to the Three Jewel World for the Godkiller's tomb opening. Though, I will still return soon enough even then," he said. "But can I ask why you're leaving? What work do you have to go back to?"

"The thing we just talked about earlier," Hannah explained. "I need to gather the Qi from different worlds so I can convert them into Divine Spirit veins."

Alex nodded slowly in realization. "What do you do with them?" he asked. "Do you bring them back or do you leave it in the world where you absorb the energy?"

"I bring it back. I give it to Her Brilliance, and she takes care of things," Hannah said.

"Oh! Where will you be going?" Alex asked.

"I'm not sure," Hannah said. "It's probably going to be the Eternal Isles or the Divine Sanctuary realm."

"I see. Will you be going alone?" he asked.

"I'll probably have so help. I can't tell who it will be this ti around though, since they change each ti," Hannah said.

Alex raised an eyebrow. "Will brother-in-law not go with you?"

"No," Hannah said with a soft laugh. "Huan has to train. He has just enough talent to make it into the Sky God's army. So if he can beco a Divinity soon, he will get to beco a soldier. Don't tell him I told you this, but I think he feels like he's dragging , so he's working extra hard. So I want to let him work as much as he can."

Alex couldn't help but smile a little. "Hmm. Well, do take the elixir and the fruits with you. Oh, and wait a second." He quickly reached into his soul space and brought out a talisman, into which he wrote sothing down quickly.

"I've written a technique on it. It's one of the more powerful techniques I've co across in my journey. Learn it when you have the ti," Alex said, handing it over.

Hannah took the talisman and quickly read through it.

"Spirit Reversal Technique?" she asked, a little curious about it.

Alex explained the purpose of the technique, causing her eyes to brighten slightly.

"That's not a bad technique, thanks."

She put it away.

"I'll see you later then, sister."

"Alright. See you later."

Hannah left.

She would be gone for a couple of decades, but at their stage, it was far too short a ti to care about. Even Saints treated decades no differently than mortals treated weeks, so it wouldn't be that long for them.

'Besides, I have so cultivation to catch up on myself,' Alex thought. 'That alone will take decades as well.'

Thinking as much, Alex opened the door to his room and walked in. The mont he did so, he froze, realizing that his room wasn't empty at all. Soone was already inside, sitting on a couch to the side.

Alex slowly closed the door behind him and faced the person with a strange look.

"It's nice to see you again, Div— no, senior. May I ask what you are doing in my room?" he asked.

"I've been waiting for you," the Divination God said while he remained seated on the chair. He gestured toward the bed to the side. "You may take a seat."

Alex accepted the offer and sat down on the soft bed. He looked around at the barren room that only had the bare minimum.

"How did you know this would be my room?" Alex asked. "I don't think they had decided who was going to stay where until minutes ago."

"It was decided ages ago," the Divination God said. "Everyone simply took until now to realize it."

Alex blinked. The man viewed things quite differently, it seed. He wondered if the man had perhaps foreseen their entire conversation already. If so, then would there be a point to having a conversation?

"Did you know I was the one who sent you to Hell?" the Divination God asked suddenly.

All of Alex's thoughts halted in that very mont. "Huh?" He was sure he heard it wrong at first, but that couldn't be true. "What do you an?"

"Starsight is a brilliant Diviner, but she doesn't hold the capacity to foresee a future where either the Sun God or the Moon Goddess are involved," the Divination God said. "That is why I aided her back then, allowing her to see both the real and the fake futures."

Alex could have never guessed that could have possibly been the case.

"What do you an by the real and fake futures?" he asked. "Aren't both futures true?"

The Divination God shook his head. "One was undeniably false because I made it up," he said.

Alex's eyes narrowed. "Which future was the real one?" he asked. "The one where I destroy it all, or the one where my death leads to the end?"
