Ye Tian glanced at Qin Xiaowan. He was already well aware of sothing the War Dragon Remnant Soul had told him during his battle with Qin Lin: Qin Xiaowan also seed to possess a Dragon Pearl, albeit one of a lower grade than his own War Dragon Pearl.
He knew that one day, Qin Xiaowan would be able to completely absorb the Energy within her Dragon Pearl and awaken her Bloodline Power. She would beco a formidable power in her own right. More importantly, there was an inexplicable feeling between them, a sense of déjà vu.
Ye Tian wasn't a cold and heartless man. He suspected Qin Xiaowan was trying to convey sothing more with her words, but with Ye Feifei right there, he couldn't allow himself to entertain any improper thoughts. It would be disrespectful to Ye Feifei and a betrayal of their relationship.
"Qin Xiaowan, so things can't be changed just because you wish them to be. As for whether I beco your family's mortal enemy, I'm sure your father knows where the line is. If he tries anything funny with again, the Qin Family might just face true annihilation."
"Don't think I'm just trying to scare you. I killed all three of the Black Iron Guards your father hired. I'm sure he knows just how strong they were, so you'd best not test my limits. I'm well aware of everything your father has done to , and I have no intention of letting it slide," Ye Tian said.

"I understand! I know how to handle this! Don't worry, I won't let my father try anything else. However, I also hope Ye Tian can give so ti to resolve the conflict between us," Qin Xiaowan said with a serious expression.
Ye Feifei was actually quite puzzled. 'Why does Qin Xiaowan care so much about Ye Tian's attitude toward the Qin Family?' She even suspected that Qin Xiaowan, like her, had found herself uncontrollably falling in love with Ye Tian. Although her own feelings were due to the Divine Phoenix Feather, she couldn't be sure about Qin Xiaowan's reasons.
"Qin Xiaowan, I don't want to think about that right now. If your Qin Family dares to make another move against , I promise you, they will disappear from Lisha City forever. Enough said. We're leaving!" Ye Tian said, standing up.
He truly didn't know how to face Qin Xiaowan at that mont, especially with Ye Feifei present. All he could do was act cold and indifferent. 'Perhaps so things are better handled privately.'
After speaking, Ye Tian walked straight out of the private room. Ye Feifei followed, but paused at the doorway and turned back to Qin Xiaowan. "Xiaowan," she said, "so things can't be forced. Don't try. I'm not a petty person. If you really feel that way... I can accept you."
The two of them then left, leaving Qin Xiaowan alone in the room. Her expression revealed a maelstrom of emotions. 'What did Ye Feifei an by that? Could she have noticed my strange feelings for Ye Tian?'
When Ye Tian and Ye Feifei ca downstairs, they imdiately drew the attention of everyone in the restaurant. Qin Lin and Qin Li stopped eating, stood up, and walked directly toward Ye Tian.
"Ye Tian, you've got so nerve, daring to et with my sister. Are you trying to make a move on her?" Qin Li was the first to speak.
"What if I am? What if I'm not? It doesn't seem to be any of your business, does it?" Ye Tian said coolly after a single glance. In truth, he didn't give a damn about either of them.
"Nonsense! Xiaowan is our sister, how can you say it has nothing to do with us? Looks like having one isn't enough for you. You have Ye Feifei, but you still want to ss with my sister? You really do have so nerve."
"We haven't even settled the score for you injuring us last ti, and now you pull a stunt like this. You're not leaving here today until you give us a proper explanation," Qin Lin interjected, unable to hold back.
Ye Tian was about to speak, but Ye Feifei cut in first. "Qin Lin, you and your brother had better watch your mouths. If it's an explanation you want, I'll give you one. Do you want to co at one at a ti, or both at once? My Brother Tian doesn't even need to lift a finger for the likes of you."
Ye Feifei's words stunned everyone in the restaurant. The young mistress of the Ye Family was daring to fight both young masters of the Qin Family by herself? This was an unprecedented event.
A buzz of excitent instantly filled the air. This was going to be a spectacular show! Everyone eagerly awaited the fight that was about to break out.
A flash of surprise crossed the faces of Qin Lin and Qin Li. Since when was Ye Feifei so formidable that she would dare to take on both of them? This was a blatant show of disrespect to the Qin Family.
"Don't get so arrogant, Ye Feifei! Don't think we won't touch you just because you're a woman. If you're determined to stick up for Ye Tian, we don't mind teaching you a lesson. But I'm more than enough to handle you myself," Qin Li said.
"Feifei, let's go," Ye Tian said disdainfully, his expression icy. "Why waste breath on ants like them? If you're really looking to die, don't say I didn't warn you."
"Don't get cocky, Ye Tian! Last ti, I was just careless and let you get the upper hand. You really think I'm afraid of you? If my dad hadn't stopped , I would've settled the score with you long ago. You think you can just walk away today?" Qin Lin's expression darkened as he roared.
"Heh, you two really are clueless about the danger you're in, aren't you? Perhaps you'll understand when your sister, Qin Xiaowan, cos down," Ye Tian chuckled.
Qin Lin laughed. "Enough talk! If you've got the guts, let's fight again! I have to pay you back for last ti's humiliation. Otherwise, you'll think my Qin Family is full of nobodies."
Ye Tian said nothing. His senses told him that Qin Xiaowan had just left her room and was now slowly walking down the stairs.
"What's the matter, scared now? Aren't you supposed to be the Ye Family's genius? Aren't you supposed to be so tough? Now you need a woman to fight your battles for you. Looks to like your reputation is all smoke and mirrors!" Qin Lin continued to taunt.
"Big Brother, stop embarrassing yourself. You're no match for Ye Tian! Listen to your little sister and go ho. Otherwise, you're going to suffer for it," Qin Xiaowan said, her voice preceding her as she suddenly appeared in front of Qin Lin.
"Little Sister? You... how can you say that to your own brother?" Qin Lin was completely baffled. His sister, who was always so gentle, elegant, and respectful toward him, was suddenly acting so out of character...
