Soon, Ye Feifei saw Ye Tian lying on the ground, and tears imdiately stread from her eyes. She had been seriously injured during her fight with the Three-headed Demon Wolf, and the sight of Ye Tian's condition caused her such distress that she spat out a mouthful of blood.

We should move Ye Tian out of here as soon as possible. What should we do? Go back to Linyuan Academy, or find a cave to look after him?" Lin Ling said.
"Let's not go back to Linyuan Academy. If my father finds out Ye Tian is in this state, we'll all get an earful. Since his life isn't in danger, let's find a cave for him to recover in peace. There's one not far from here. It's in a nice, secluded spot," Xiao Yaoyao said.
So, Xiao Yaoyao led the group to the cave. Its location was excellent. There was a waterfall nearby, the scenery was beautiful, and the fresh air was perfect for Ye Tian's recovery.
The cave was quite spacious, though it was unclear what kind of Demon Beast had once dwelled there. The entrance was over a ter high, and the main chamber was dozens of ters across, so it didn't feel crowded even with everyone inside.
Ye Tian was laid on a flat stone slab. Everyone watched him quietly, at a loss for what to say. Their only hope was for his speedy recovery.
「Three days passed in the blink of an eye.」 The Eight-winged Golden Scale Python and the Snake King stood guard outside the cave. While no powerful Demon Beasts were likely to appear in this area, they wanted to prevent any Low Tier ones from causing a disturbance, ensuring Ye Tian had a peaceful place to recover.
"Lin Ling, do you think it's strange? Why I care so much about Ye Tian?" Xiao Yaoyao asked.
"Not at all. I know about your relationship with Ye Tian. He told everything. Being one of Ye Tian's won is a true blessing," Lin Ling said lightly.
Xiao Yaoyao blushed. She was about to say sothing but stopped when she saw the sweet, blissful look on Lin Ling's face. The expression startled her. 'Could it be... she and Ye Tian have sothing going on, too?'
With that thought, she imdiately asked, "Lin Ling, is there sothing between you and Ye Tian, too? You know how exceptional he is. We're good sisters; I don't want you hiding things from ."
A blush appeared on Lin Ling's face as well. She hadn't planned on telling Xiao Yaoyao. 'Why is she asking this? Did she find sothing out?' Lin Ling wondered.
In the end, however, she chose to deny it. Looking at Ye Feifei and Xiao Yaoyao, she said, "You're imagining things. Why would soone as exceptional as Ye Tian be interested in ? I'm not as lucky as you two."
The two were puzzled, but since she put it that way, they didn't press the matter further. The three won fell silent, their gazes returning to Ye Tian, and the cave grew quiet once more.
"AH!" After what felt like an eternity, a sound escaped Ye Tian's lips, and his eyes slowly began to open.
This developnt made the three won ecstatic. Lin Ling, in particular, felt she had contributed the least to his care and was riddled with guilt. The mont she saw him awake, she instinctively grabbed his hand. "Ye Tian, you're awake! How do you feel?"
