A streak of dark light flickered across the Great Desert, even swifter than thunder compared to the Purple Red Sand Scorpions, striking like lightning, its presence undetectable. The scorpions, as if eting their natural nesis, were rapidly devoured.
All trialists sensed the most dreadful Purple Red Sand Scorpions diminishing rapidly, as if they had vanished into thin air. One mont, a trialist would see a Purple Red Sand Scorpion rushing towards them, ready to react in horror, but in the next mont, it had abruptly disappeared, leaving no trace, so sudden was its departure.
All this surprised and delighted the many trialists.
Even so trialists began to suspect that soone was secretly lending a hand.
But the Red Sand Scorpion Beast Tide was still swarming in, wave after wave, countless, and desperately charging toward the oasis.
At this mont, much of the vegetation in the oasis had been devoured by these Red Sand Scorpions, with the pearl-like oasis rapidly fading away at an astonishing rate, even the lake in front seed to be disappearing.
The battle went on.
"No, there are too many, impossible to exterminate them all," even the princes and princesses of the empire changed color, for the number of Red Sand Scorpions was overwhelming; it was unimaginable. Even though the number of Purple Red Sand Scorpions had been greatly reduced, eventually disappearing, the ordinary Red Sand Scorpions were no match at all, but they were too nurous.
